If it didn't cost a night in this guesthouse, how much it costed, I would say that it's a great guesthouse, but considering the high price, it's not worth it. The walls are very thin, every night someone will disturb you, and since there is no one at the reception at 10 pm, you have nowhere to complain. The breakfast was below average, the rooms could have been better equipped, bed was super unconfortable and better cleaned, the cleaners ladys did not try very hard. The receptionist was super nice and showed us everything. The guesthouse has three swimming pools and one whirlpool (the whirpool was little bit dirty), many possibilities for living.

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located near the town center and the lakeside. Cons: However, the room was tiny with very thin walls, making every cough and noise from next door clearly audible. The bathroom was dirty upon our arrival. Although we were promised a thorough cleaning the next day, it remained in the same condition, with hair on the walls, dust on the floor, and urine stains under the toilet seat. When we complained again, the receptionist cleaned it quickly, but it was too little too late. Breakfast is very basic. The wellness area is a nice extra, although we didn't use it much due to issues with the equipment and cleanliness. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel as it is too expensive for the poor service offered.

Awesome place. Kind service, typical bed and breakfast service. You can count on lots of add ons. Wellnes, pools (small) but enough to cool down, table tennis, snooker, sauna, bicycles. 10 min to Balaton beach(paid). Lots of restaurants nearby. Very good place to stay for a rest or a transit stop. Highly recommended for Google communitiy

Our family stayed here for 3 nights and it was fantastic! The staff were so friendly, the entire place was incredibly clean and there were so many things to keep our family entertained, swimming pools, darts, table tennis, snooker etc. we loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone! We had a 2 bedroom|Apartment which was spacious and ideally for a family with teenagers. The breakfast was also delicious. Thank you so much!

We were warmly greeted by Denis, the manager, who checked us in early. The room was clean and the amenities amazing. There was a new jacuzzi and a Finnish sauna that we used and felt great after a day of biking. Denis recommend a restaurant for a late lunch. There was a complimentary bottle of wine in our room. After a great night sleep we had a lovely breakfast. Denis” wife made us scrambled eggs and sausage as well as an array of breakfast treats. |There was also a secure place to lock our bikes overnight. When we checked out we discovered that the place was closing that day for the season. We would never have known that since we were treated as if we were as special as any guests in the middle of high season. We will definitely return.

Wonderful guesthouse with great service. We had a wonderful holiday, in the guesthouse you can not be bored. Pools, wellness, billiards, table tennis, playground. Breakfast great, many kinds of bread, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt, muesli etc. Coffee, tea, milk hot and cold, juices. The guesthouse is located near the pier and near the city centre. Parking directly at the guesthouse. We will definitely come again.

This is a very good place to stay with an easy 20 minute walk to the lake/marina or to the downtown. The lobby area is a little dated but the rooms are clean, comfortable and air conditioned! Note that there are no elevators so request a ground floor room if stairs are an issue. ||Breakfast was very good.||Lots of facilities with pools, a hot tub, a sauna, a games area and nice grounds to relax in.||Parking is available right outside the hotel at no charge.||The staff are friendly and do speak some English so we did not have any communication issues.||Definitely recommended.

The amenities were great. This hotel has multiple pools, sauna, a small exercise room, hot tub, game room with a pool table, foosball table, darts. ||The hotel was a bit dated but the grounds are well maintained. The breakfast was really nice too with a good selection. The hotel has 3 buildings with only stairs. Dragging up luggage can be cumbersome if you have mobility issues. We reserved 2 different rooms. One of them was in the back building that had a little kitchenette area. It was comfortable for an adult with 2 kids. The other room was in the front building on the top floor overlooking the road and the rail tracks. Surprisingly, it was not loud. The rooms were ok but not sparkling clean and the furniture was rather outdated. The balconies were dirty with dead bugs/spider webs all over. We refrained from using them . A great plus that the hotel had free wifi and AC that work well. Parking is free and can be inside the fenced area (limited space) or in front of the hotel. The city center and the lake are about 15 min walk. My only complaint was that our room on the top floor had a spider infestation. We only stayed 2 nights so we didn't realize how bad the spiders were until the 2nd night and thus we couldn't report it until the following day (the day we left). The receptionist is only available until 10 pm. We brought it to the receptionist's attention the following morning and she said that they will address the issue but didn't offer any compensation for our troubles. Our stay could have been so much nicer and pleasant, if the staff would have done their job (i.e. deep cleaning the place occasionally).
