"“Toki is run by one of my friends Jeff Flink and hands down, it’s the best coffee in town. A great hangout place to meet up with friends on the weekends, but also to do work meetings. Stay for their lunch menu, it’s very tasty. They also just recently expanded their concept with the opening of Toki Berlin at VooStore.”"

I had a fantastic experience at this coffee shop! The coffee was absolutely lovely, with rich flavors and great quality. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax. What stood out the most was the top-notch service—the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They made the visit even more enjoyable! Definitely a place I’d come back to if I visit Amsterdam again. Highly recommended!

Really good coffee and amazing fudge cake. It is pet friendly, co working friendly and just friendly! The service is really nice, free wife and lots of sitting space. Totally recommend!

Shabby-chic in the heart of Jordaan a visit to Toki will mostly see locals lounging on grungy couches, though proximity to Centrum and the Anne Frank House also offers tourists an opportunity to visit for Food that is far better than many similar shops in The Netherlands. Embracing a hip aesthetic, both Baristas and Bakers chill while performing their duties, it is while tapping on phones or laptops that most guests sip Coffee while indulging in flaky Kouign Amann or subtly savory Peanut Butter Miso Cookie with generous flexibility. Popular for Cakes sliced arbitrarily, the Chocolate bagged to go a messy decision but rich and moist, rumors of excellent “Banana Bread” prove factual though the fact that it is indeed Cake should make it evident that the flavor is sweet while the crumb is dense.

Cappuccino was good cakes as well. However, hygiene wise questionable. Cakes displayed in the front counter where everyone orders. No display glass installed and ants around the cakes.

Nice place around the corner in the Jordaan with such a unique and spontaneous design. Great staff and good playlist. Coffees are great but i feel like the overall sizes of the drinks are a bit small.

Google
super cozy & chill place around Jordaan area! a very rare opportunity to choose a pea milk for your drinks, loved it a lot!

Google
Coffeeshop not far away from the train station but a really cool place with terazzo everywhere. They serve breakfast and brunch, I really enjoyed the granola bowl, parfums were very balanced. The brioche was spongeous and very richly covered with jam and cream. Concerning the staff, they were really nice and sweet. Hope to come back to Amsterdam and taste the rest of the menu

Google
Really love the place, the stuff and banana bread. But maybe coffee or latte can be a little bit hard because i feel like i drinking milk. Location was really good and calm.

Yelp
Food: 5 Stopped by for a macchiato and pastry and was pleasantly surprised! I'd rank it #2 coffee I've tried in Amsterdam (uncommon being first). And the banana cake had the most scrumptious frosting! Service & Ambiance: 4 I showed up mid-week in the morning, so I can't speak much to the weekend crowds. But the staff were super friendly and it was overall a cozy neighborhood coffee shop atmosphere.

Yelp
Dropped by here while waiting for a nearby store to open and loved it! All the workers were welcoming and customer were all relaxing so it was a great morning atmosphere. I loved that it is dog friendly so I got to see a few cute doggies during my rest here. Everyone except me seemed to be locals so I guess this is also a good place where people hangout on Sunday mornings. I would love to have a place like this near my house...

Yelp
I really love TOKI for a "locals" cafe. We have been walking the dog down the street for months now seeing the construction of the new place about to open. We really didn't know what type of place it would be until just at the end. We are excited to see that it was a coffee joint. Even more exciting, they open at 7:30 in the morning so I can get coffee before work! In the mornings it has been very quiet so it's a nice place to collect your thoughts before the day. In the afternoon or on the weekend it is very lively. In fact on Saturday it was almost hard to get in the door at one point. In addition to coffee they also have a selection of beers and cider from the UK and some very nice baked treats which are recipes from different countries in the world.

Yelp
This place gets crowded! I think if you really want to enjoy it, you need to time your visit to fall either on a weekday or early on the weekends. Since they don't seem to have a menu with everything on it (not that I could find easily), you want to be sure it's not crowded so you can discover everything. Being a coffee drinker I go for the Americano which is conveniently served with a little jug of boiling water on the side so you can adjust the strength to your liking. The banana bread and muffins out front look really appetizing but I haven't had them yet. A lot of people seem to walk in from everywhere in the neighborhood. They have a huge table for bigger groups, otherwise it's basically seat yourself wherever you find the place kind of deal. It could be a wonderful brunch spot and they do seem to have a big enough kitchen but I am not sure if they could handle a bigger crowd! The place invites a lot of expats and their visiting families so if you want to practice your English, it's also a great spot.

Yelp
Cute little coffee shop! One of the few places in Amsterdam that I found had matcha lattes. I had the matcha latte with almond milk, and my husband had a cappuccino. Both were great! We also had a chocolate chip cookie that seemed almost scone like.

Yelp
I got the Espresso jar. Nice size, nice coffee. I would have liked if I were able to choose between more than one sort of coffee beans. I did not ask, but neither were I proposed to do that. Nice selection of magazines and books It needs a bit more variety of pastries. All electrical sockets are disable.

Yelp
Super friendly baristas, nice atmosphere, and already busy on a Monday early afternoon. Flat white was good albeit not the best I've had in my life. Would still be back.

Yelp
Super cute coffee AND tea place. I am one of those people who will meet you for "coffee" in hopes the place serves a decent tea or hot chocolate. I'm not usually that lucky. But this place does it right! From what my friend says (and how many she had;)) the coffee must be delicious, but I had the tea, The Keemun Panda to be exact. It's a delicious black tea that is placed in front of you brewed perfectly. No thinking about how long to leave the tea bag in! So if you are worried that it's taking a while for your tea to get to you, just remember it will be ready to drink when you get it! You get a nice little tea pot with a cup on a tray to pour as you need. For the quality of tea, I think the price is right. It is more premium than you get in most places, and I, for one, am happy to pay for quality! And service with a smile is always a bonus. You can pay cash or pin here, I'm not sure about the credit cards. I will be back!

Yelp
Great coffee, really chilled nice atmosphere. Always good music. It's funny because it could look too cool for school but it's not. They are really warm and bring your coffee right to where you are sitting on a it's own tray. Coffee is fantastic and it's a really nice place to hang out. Lots of people working in laptops but it manages to not be one thing or another in a very inviting way. Definitely a great addition to Amsterdam. Also their tea infusions are really special and they have matcha! Yay.

Yelp
First great espresso I've had in Amsterdam. Cool atmosphere; great underground chill rap music. A real locals place for younger folk.

Yelp
Really great cafe to work from - wide selection of tea and coffee, plus some baked goods. Lots of space, light, good energy. Great table to work from.

Yelp
Really cute hipster coffee place in Amsterdam with amazing desserts. Not that many seats, but a nice ambivalence. Go there early to get a seat and be sure to get a pastry! They have soy milk, so vegan friendly.

Yelp
Cool coffee shop. Stopped in for an Americano while visiting Amsterdam. Enjoyed the coffee and the space.
