You may pay for high price to take helicopter to see the Night View of Tokyo bay. However, if you take night flight to southeast, when the weather is good, you may also see the great 1,000,000dollars night view of Tokyo bay with the Aircraft ticket only which you must pay during the trip.

Have taken two separate cruises through Tokyo Bay. I highly recommend reserving a dinner cruise out of Yokohama or downtown Tokyo in order to see the Rainbow Bridge at night as well as the Tokyo skyline.
