I attended an event at this venue and had a very positive experience. The space is spacious, clean, and well maintained. The environment is pleasant and well organized, making it an excellent place for events.

Beautiful venue. Had the opportunity to visit the Japan open final and the seats are very nice and if you spend on lower sections you get a separate entrance with VIP facilities. 10/10 experience

My review is based on getting S lottery tickets that placed me in the back of the floor level with no elevation for viewing the stage. I didn’t see that S is the back of the floor AND balcony seating.. I thought I could at least get balcony but that wasn’t the seats I was chosen for. My first choice was Gold but due to the lottery I got S.. my review wouldn’t be so bad if I got balcony seats to see, but something has to be done about viewing. I had to watch the stage thru MY PHONE As I held it up above myself to see. It didn’t help that I had a 6’ tall man in front of me. Please allow people to pay for the seats they want OR be randomized. I’d pay for my seat location. If you’re tall, you’ll have no problems. This was 2F group D seat.

My first concert in Japan was here..Since I can't compare with any other theatres yet i give this one high rating . The sound quality and Acoustics were good. There is a huge seating capacity. They have a shopping plaza in the vicinity which makes it a good place for a day visit. The lighting arrangements were also good. Negative -the Arena area has flat seating . So it might get difficult to see the stage area from the back seats. the chairs are small and uncomfortable . It gradually becomes a very uncomfortable experience to sit in for a 2/3 hour event.

Not a bad theater. It can be a bit hard to see the stage from some of the arena seats and entrance into the theater was a bit odd (we had to walk what felt like an entire circle around the building). But it was great for a large live event. We saw the Kirby 30th anniversary music fest here.

First off, how they planned the entrance of people with different tickets was very confusing and disorganized. We had to either ask or figure it our ourselves because there were some staff that didn’t have any idea aside from what they were only assigned to do. The inside of the theater was spacious and well ventilated. For a concert, it was weird how everyone had sears but once the event started, everyone was just standing. What was the point of the seats? Audio and visual equipments were good. There were toilet, vending machines and smoking areas available nearby.

First time to watch a show at this venue, the Tokyo Garden Theater at Ariake. It’s accessible by bus from Monzen-nakacho and you don’t have to walk a lot from the bus stop. The venue is nice and not all too confusing. There’s only some vending machines for beverages and no food sold inside.

Toilet is huge and clean! This is really a place to a concert place. Organized. Hopefully more food/drinks kiosks inside.
