Google
Came here and we were the only ones dining on a Thursday for AYCE wings. The wings were really good, super crispy and hot from the fryer. We tried several sauces and they were all delicious, nothing was bad or mediocre. We honestly had such a good time here and will be coming back. Thank you for such hospitality and delicious wings

Google
Ordered through Uber Eats and requested for “no pickled ginger”. Somehow this translated to no toppings whatsoever - I was delivered plain, dry chicken and fries, despite the flavor selected was Spicy Sesame. Where is the sesame soy, spicy mayo and green onion advertised? I reached out to Uber Eats explaining the issue of my order to which they were unable to help. I then reached out to the email of Tokyo Hot Fried Chicken posted in some older reviews here and my email bounced back. If you are interested in trying this restaurant out, I highly suggest to dine in as it is clearly evident their delivered food does not equate to the same standards.

Google
As someone who's extremely picky about fried chicken, this place nails it. I wasn't expecting much and I thought I've tasted it all - from Korean fried chicken to Dave's and PG Clucks - but once I bit into my chicken sandwich, I knew this was a winner. The fried chicken here is one of the juiciest, crispiest and overall delicious I've ever tasted. I love how the buns are also toasted so every bite is a flavour bomb. The rice meal had too little meat (and too much mayo) but that's me being nitpicky. I dare say this place has set a new benchmark for me in terms of fried chicken in the city.

Google
Finding this place was a bit of a challenge because Google Maps kept leading us to a back alley. Once we finally figured it out and made it inside, we realized this place was also a bar. The food was pretty good, and the prices were great. If you haven’t tried it yet, I recommend their chicken sandwiches. We also tried the karaage, but it wasn’t very flavorful, especially if you got a bite without any sauce. There was a live DJ while we were there, but the music was too loud. Our group had trouble hearing each other at times. Overall, it’s a nice spot!

Google
Follow @bredgyeats on IG for more food posts! This chicken is oozing with juices but fights back with a fiery kick from a dusting of Carolina reaper powder. Luckily we got a creamy and cooling slaw underneath along with some cheese and pickles.

Google
Most underrated fried chicken joint in the city. These were top tier wings served like apps at a 5* restaurant. We were def surprised and can’t wait to come back with friends 🍗🔥MUST TRY!!!!

Google
The burger was decent I’m not sure if I’d order it again I think it was a mistake using Uber for this lol must be way better eating it fresh. The fries were good. Not that spicy…

Google
5 Stars - Absolutely the Best Fried Chicken! Hands down, some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. What really made the experience even better was the amazing service. The chef personally came out to help decide what I wanted and the staff was super attentive and welcoming. You can tell they care about their food and their customers. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in Toronto!

Yelp
I have to say one of the nicest owners I ever met in my life. Very humble and kind, even noticed my wife was a bit sad and gave us water and a cheesecake just to cheer her up. If you want to know what a human being is supposed to do, visit the Tokyo fried chicken and meet the owners there you will learn a lot. Not only are the owners fantastic people but their food is phenomenal as well. The chicken was so juicy and seasoned perfectly, the right amount of heat, I could eat 100 of these sandwiches that's how good they are, it's different than Chicas so I can't compare but it's on the top three as the best fried chicken sandwich in Toronto. I hope this place stays around for a long time because they deserve it, will definitely visit again and eat their amazing fried chicken sandwich.

Yelp
I was really excited to try Tokyo Hot Fried Chicken, the last stop of our 3 stop fried chicken sandwich tour (PG Cluck, Chen Chen's, and Tokyo Hot Fried Chicken) and one of the stops I personally was most excited for. I didn't realize this was a ghost kitchen serving from the kitchen of the bar Come See Me. Which would have been fine - but the quality, flavor, texture and size of the fried chicken sandwiches and was very lacklustre (ex. fried chicken was at least half the size of both PG Cluck's and Chen Chens). We also ordered fries and the okonimiyaki wings - fries were soggy but the wings were decent. Staff were nice though. Overall, super disappointed in the food and likely won't order again.

Yelp
This review is for an ubereats order. Tokyo Hot Fried Chicken delivered a pretty flavourful and hefty meal. We ordered the Hungry Man combo: a chicken sandwich, 4 chicken drumsticks/wings, and a whole lot of fries. We also ordered an extra sandwich to go with all this. The chicken sandwiches were very crispy and well seasoned. The hot sauce they use is quite spicy and even a medium packs quite a bit of heat. Drumsticks/wings were very similar tasting though it's topped with Wasabi mayo and onions. The fries were a bit soggy but that may be due to the delivery, though it does the job. We also ordered coleslaw but the amount we received was pitiful compared to the price (see picture). Overall, the chicken was pretty good but the sizing of the coleslaw definitely soured my experience. I'd advise against ordering any sides and just go with the chicken sandwiches.

Yelp
ayce wings friday are good value for money but a little overly breaded, good flavours are smokey oko, garlic parm, bobby's special. double tipped by accident - make sure u know tip is alrdy included

Yelp
Had the tokyo fried chicken sandwhich and Japanese poutine. I was expecting the flavors to have a punch but it didn't really. The poutine was a little bit salty and had a bit of a sweet flavor to it. It's nice for a change. Even though this place says that it's halal, it's a legit full bar *face palm. I thought it was just a restaurant. They didn't really officially have any virgin cocktails/mocktails on the menu but they threw together a little something for me which was nice; A pineapple cranberry ginger ale soda or something to that effect. The meal was good for a change, and a little Fusion cuisine, but it's not something that I will return to personally. Lots of Booth seating and table seating, aside from a really long bar. Green P street parking outside and they take Visa.

Yelp
Double stacked sandwich: geez this was huge! I actually split this with someone for dinner due to the size. Comes with spicy mayo, horse radish mayo, and soya sauce on the side. They were very generous with the chicken and slaw. I found it oilier than other sandwiches I've had, but not enough to make me feel greasy. Chicken was a big inconsistent, some pieces juicy while some a bit dryer. Nashville sandwich was amazing too! Mealbox spicy sesame: came with a box of purple rice and 3 giant pieces of fried chicken. It was good but I prefer their sandwiches.

Yelp
I'm surprised that I haven't written a review for this place yet considering it is one of my favorite spots in Toronto and I order from here quite regularly. I have had both their Fried Chicken Sandwiches and their wings with all of the flavors they have to offer. This place is honestly one of the best in the city. The flavors they have to offer are a great example of Japanese fusion with North American comfort food. My personal favorites are Tokyo Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich and the wing flavors--Okonomiyaki, Nashville hot, Spicy Sesame. A little tip: Their wings can be found under "Wing Fix by Tokyo Hot" on Uber Eats

M R.

Yelp
I didn't enjoy the taste of this chicken. There was too much sauce on the top and bottom and none on the sides. It made it taste uneven and dry. I went with another family and we ordered the double stack, the fried chicken and the Nashville and everyone agreed that it was pretty blah. Based on the reviews, I was hoping for something great but it didn't live up to my expectations.

Yelp
This review is for a delivery order. When the resource for my go to Korean fried chicken cancelled the delivery unceremoniously I had to switch gear quickly for a backup. This place was bookmarked for a while and with a somewhat quick delivery time frame it was a no brainer. Oh boy did they deliver pun intended. Folks this is the best fried chicken sandwich in the city imo. For starters they use dark meat which is much flavorful imo, nice add on of pickle and red cabbage as well. I really enjoyed the heat kick as well which was balanced with a sweet finish on the bun. A lot of thought has been put into getting this sandwich right so kudos for the effort. I ordered the vegetable gyoza side as was on promo. Decent for what they are. A solid 4 stars and if you covet the best fried chicken sandwich in the city this is it folks.

Yelp
I ordered one of each of their special chicken sandwiches the Nashville and then a Tokyo I am pretty sure I received two of the same sandwiches the Nashville sandwich because they looked identical and they tasted the same the Tokyo sandwich was supposed to come with a ginger slaw and crispy onions and I did not taste or see any ginger or onions on my sandwich so that was a little bit of a letdown because I really wanted to try both of them what I will say it is very unique I have never tasted chicken sandwich like this in my life it had dry spices on it rather than a sauce the chicken was tender but it had a crunch to it but the crunch was empty in some parts of the batter if that makes sense The slaw was good it wasn't too saucy and the pickle was perfect tasted like a pickle LOL overall it's a good chicken sandwich I'm just disappointed that I didn't get to try the other flavor

Yelp
Hidden gems are rarely this literal. Tokyo Hot Fried Chicken is tucked away on the 5th floor of a building that looks nothing like a food haven. You can either take the elevator or go up 5 flights of stairs to reach a doorway that doesn't at all hint at a place where really good fried chicken can be found. I've been here twice now for lunch with friends, and we are unanimous in our praise of the food and the service. I think the people that run Tokyo understand the limitations of their space and menu, and so go over and above with their friendliness and service (e.g., both times we ordered takeout but decided to eat there; both times they bent over backwards making us feel welcomed with an impromptu table, water, check-ins on how we were finding things, etc) But with me, it's mainly about the food. While I liked their signature Tokyo Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich (good portion size, nice fry, tasty sauce, but the slaw was limp and stringy, and the bun was too thick), the real hidden star of this place are the boxes. I got the Underground Combo Special, which has basically everything they serve (chicken karaage, Tokyo hot chicken, takoyaki and tofu on a bed of purple rice). The chicken was crispy and "popped" in your mouth (from a flavour and texture perspective), the takoyaki was nice and chewy, the tofu provided a good taste contrast to the chicken, and the purple rice just was a great base to everything. I heard about Tokyo because of the sandwich, but will definitely be coming back for the boxes. Hope this place doesn't stay hidden for long, coz I'd hate to lose out on having more of it!

Yelp
Tokyo Hot Fried Chicken has been on my radar for quite some time and I just had to go in and give it a try! It was SOOOOO GOOD! I am forever a lover of Japanese style food combined with American eats....fusion foods which is my type of place. I highly recommend trying their fried chicken - it's got some kick to it but totally amazing. I love that their food is colourful, rich in flavour and really tasty! They have excellent customer service and truly a good vibe there! The interior design is cool with fun staff. You must try the Sweet Garlic Tokyo Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich, Gyoza and Takoyaki! Don't forget to try their curried tater tots (like a poutine)....it's out of this world! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone. It has some of the most unique food combos that you can't find everywhere. I cant wait to go back and visit!

Yelp
BOTTOM LINE: Makes my top 3 fried chicken sammies in town! What makes THF's fried chicken sammie so good? It'll have to be the very light and crispy batter, the heat it packs, and the juiciness of the chicken. The chicken itself is like one giant piece of kaarage chicken. The flavours are balanced, it's got the right amount of sauce without it being a dripping mess, and the brioche is done just right. As with anything fried, you need to eat it fresh out of the shop - waiting for delivery will ruin it. TOP 3 (in no particular order) -Chen Chen's "OG Hot Chicken" -Tokyo Hot Fried Chicken's "Tokyo Hot Fried Chicken" -Momofuku Noodle Bar's "Spicy Chicken Sando" HONOURABLE MENTIONS: -P.G. Cluck's "Spicy Classic" -Union Chicken's "OG Fried Chicken Sandwich" -Wendy's "Spicy Chicken Sandwich" - the "gold standard" for taste and value (if you're gonna charge me more that $5, it better be worth it!) TRIED: -Chen Chen's "Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich" -Union Chicken's "Nashville Lightning Hot Sandwich" [it's painfully hot] -Porchetta & Co's "OG Fried Chicken" -Popeye's "Chicken Sandwich"

Yelp
I won a giveaway to get 2 Nashville Ice. The reason I give 3 starts are because of the service and the brioche bun. We went right when they open, however it took more than 30 minutes to get our food, and the customers that came after us had got their food. I understand that we won a giveaway. Onto the Nashville Ice, it was our first time having chicken sandwich with an ice cream. It is unique, and we love the kick on the honey sauce. The fries chicken is so crispy, flavorful, and juicy in the inside. Perfect! We love the seasoning. However, we are not a fan of the brioche bun, especially the texture.

Yelp
Great Tokyo Fried chicken sandwich! Got takeout and enjoyed it. Tip: dont use up all of the soy sauce on the burger. Chicken was juicy, tasted fresh and the fusion toppings hit the spot! Highly recommended

Yelp
Badass Logo, Badass Food Went on multiple occasions consistent quality and taste. A nice departure from typical fried chicken. Reasonable portion reasonable pricing. In advance, just remember to ask for extra napkins. Sandwiches - Tokyo Hot Fried Chicken - Nashville Hot Fried Chicken ( winner ) Both seem to be the same thing with Tokyo having more of an Asian flair but didn't get much think a dash of soy sauce would have helped. In the end, Nashville came up as the winner for me. The simple bun, chicken, slaw, pickle, and heat combo just worked. Boxes - Karaage ( winner ) - Tokyo Hot Fried Bed of rice, large pieces of fried chicken. You simply get more flavors with the Karaage. The inclusion of the seaweed and ginger flavors was a better package overall in my opinion. Poutine - It's different, I am not sure if it's for everyone thou. It came topped with this yellow masala tasting sauce. Didn't really blend in well with the fries as it did with the other items. Overall would recommend checking out Tokyo. A unique set of flavors, with all the fixings and the grease to keep you satisfied.

Yelp
This spot is quickly becoming a fast favourite in our house. I've only ever ordered delivery (damn pandemic) and everything we get manages to be piping hot and crispy on arrival. This is likely due to their considerate separation of sauces and other wet ingredients. I always get a fried chicken box with rice and the Hubster always gets a fried chicken sandwich. Both options are fantastic. The chicken box is usually enough for 1.5 meals. The fried chicken itself is as close to perfection as one can get. Juicy chicken thighs in a crispy shell that is not too thick or too thin. The sauce options are inventive without falling into absurdity (wasabi mayo and okonomiyaki? Ok!) I haven't made my way around the smallish menu yet (I'm looking at you, takoyaki) but I can only imagine it's all good. Oh they also have well priced family combos, which is something I love to see.

Yelp
Cannot say enough about the scrumptiousness of this sandwich! My friend and I roam around the city hunting down fried chicken sandwiches and were in the middle of waiting for ours here when the staff/manager/owner(?) appeared & had the AUDACITY to declare this as one of the BEST we'll have ever eaten!! Oh yeah?? Yeah. Dudes and dudettes, it was gggggreat. It's a generous crispy piece of juicy kara-age chicken on a brioche with pickles and coleslaw. It is filling and just gets to the point of umami deliciousness ASAP from the first bite. They make sure that there is a crispy layer of skin to cover the burger area with every bite. It had just the right juiciness and did not soak the paper, right to the end. This is no gamble. It is the real deal if you have a craving for no nonsense fried chicken sandwiches.
google avatar

Lynn Z.

Yelp
Had this in the taste of Italy festival, definitely a favorite of my favorites! The chicken is crispy but so juicy inside. The flavor is rich with coleslaws and the bun is airy and light. Recommended!
google avatar

Gigi L.

Yelp
Ordered through UberEats. We always have a concern with takeout that fried food may arrive soggy but the fried chicken came fast and was hot and crispy! Kid approved for the chicken Karaage and the Tokyo Hot fried chicken had great spice heat for us adults. So glad it wasn't a mild spice, some places say spicy and it's so mild but this was a lovely good hotness!! The chicken portions were good and NO BONES- we loved that. The fries were ok not the best, kids said too little amount. Overall Would definitely order again!

Yelp
HALAL SPOT ALERT! I didn't know this spot was Halal before I saw their prominently displayed certificate. I know from friends its hard to find Halal spots in the city much less good ones, so this is me vouching for both things. Now to the food. Mind blowing fried chicken sandwiches. My friend and I split their Tokyo Hot Fried and the Nashville. I really liked the Tokyo Hot, and while the Nashville sandwich was good, it wasn't as spicy I thought it would be. We also told them to go easy on the spice so that might be why. For next time though I would probably customise to palpably spicy. The chicken itself was supremely juicy, very hot (fried upon order), and the slaw and the rest of the accompaniments in the sandwich were paired thoughtfully because they were a full on flavor bomb. Service is also pretty friendly, hence a full 5/5. If you are lurking, don't miss this spot! Make plans with your fried chicken enthusiast friends, NOW!
google avatar

Jennifer Y.

Yelp
Ordered through Uber eats - Nashville fried chicken sandwich + fries. It was good but overhyped. I really like the brioche bun and fries. The chicken itself is meaty and juicy, but overall the sandwich lacked flavour - could use more seasoning/sauce. Maybe I should have ordered spicy instead of mild.

Yelp
Talk about a tough place to find!! Didn't realize it was on the 5th floor and started hiking up expecting to find it each time I reached a new floor. Tip: Use the elevator. Conclusion: It's a good sandwich. In hindsight, the 5 flights was probably a good thing if you're going to eat the fried chicken sandwich anyways.
google avatar

Ronald G.

Yelp
As a place, it's kind of tucked away on the 5th floor of the building, but they have an elevator. Seating inside is spacious, with a small patio outside. I decided to grab takeout of their Tokyo Hot fried chicken sandwich. It was reasonably priced. It was the perfect fusion of Japanese chicken karage and sauces. It has a hint of sweetness, which I feel most Nashville chicken sandwich restaurants are missing in their sandwiches. The server was polite and prompt, getting my whole order done in 10mins. I would definitely come back. Next time I'm try their other items like the chicken karage skewers.Went in expecting this place to be your typical fried chicken sandwich joint, but I'm glad I was wrong. Can't wait till next time.

Yelp
Food: 3.5 Stars Service: 3 Stars Ambience: 3 Stars Fill Factor: Still Hungry I discovered this place on a walk around the area. It is located on the fifth floor of the Underground which is the narrow building at the corner of Blue Jay Way and King. One thing to note before I get into the details is that it is cash only so either have some on hand or you can use the ATM machine they have on the premises. I got the Nashville sandwich only because I did not have enough cash on hand for more but overall it was pretty tasty. The chicken was juicy with a crispy exterior and the sauce was good. I am not sure if the sauce is supposed to be spicy but I did not taste much spiciness if it was. The portion was pretty decent for the price but it did not fill me up so if you are hungry definitely order more than just a sandwich. There was only one waitress who was pretty much doing everything so it slowed down the service a bit as she had to be everywhere at once. Now that I have my first visit to this place out of the way I will hopefully be more prepared next time. I will definitely be back to have some more of their delicious chicken.
google avatar

Angela Y.

Yelp
This is seriously the top contender for my favorite fried chicken sandwich spot in Toronto. The chicken was thicc af, juicy on the inside and super crispy on the outside. I like how the batter actually had alot of noticable flavor too. The slightly sweet and tangy coleslaw gave the sandwich a nice cronch. And the sauce served on the side (kinda tasted like ranch) was so delicious, I slathered it on every bite . The bun was also nice and soft and held everything together. Definitely an indulgence as it was on the greasier side, but definitely worth it! Would recommend and will be back!
google avatar

Cindy L.

Yelp
One of my favourite go-to fried chicken places! After discovering them at the CNE last year, and seeing that they've opened a location on King Street... I had to try it! To start off, the location is at the underground bar which is v lit and the patio is nice as well! In the restaurant itself, it has its own food truck!! The fried chicken, was awesome (and just as great, as when I had it the first time!) Skewers are full of flavour and the sauce options really went well with the chicken! I've gone back a few times and haven't been disappointed!
google avatar

Ivan Y.

Yelp
After skipping through all my friends' stories, I found this place via instagram and I had to give it a shot. Their spicy fried chicken sandwich was very juicy and surprisingly has a kick to it. I also got the chicken skewers, which all 3 japanese flavors he nailed. The owner is a really great dude to talk to.
google avatar

Brittany W.

Yelp
Great service. They messed up our order and we actually got a free sandwich. We prefer the Nashville version as the Tokyo sauce is a little sweet for us. We can't wait to go back for fried chicken fix!!!
google avatar

Alexis B.

Yelp
Ordered from here and the chicken was pink and undercooked. Haven't even received a refund from the restaurant despite my order being inedible. Highly discourage people from eating here.
google avatar

Ann A.

Yelp
The hot fried chicken is such mouth watering event and second one poutine that is really a delicious. i can not forget that i will visit this place again and again.
google avatar

Gokul M.

Yelp
This is a high 3 low 4 out of 5 for me. Credit for quality and uniqueness of the sandwich. Will return for the Nashville version. But this was very good. Simply put if you're a fan of the wasabi, soy sauce etc. (Asian flavours in general) this is a great combination with fried chicken. If these are flavours you enjoy you'll likely bump up on my score and you'll really enjoy it
google avatar

Charlee M.

Yelp
Absolutely loved the Tokyo box with the sweet garlic sauce. After my boyfriend and I got harressed by some weirdo we decided to get some thing to eat and calm our nerves. Found this spot and they didn't disappoint. Officially bookmarked as a favorite!

Yelp
Fried chicken that's crispy, fresh, not dry and flavorful. I honestly thought it would just be like another dry fried chicken from a fast food chain restaurant but there chicken karaage was even better than ones you would find in Japanese izakaya restaurants. All the orders can be made non spicy. We ordered the sanwhich and also the bento box which came with chicken and purple rice. The takoyaki were standard as well. I told a friend that it was way better than chick filet and didn't even need dipping sauce. Will be back for sure. Note: elevator to the 4th floor, then you would need to walk up 2 flight of stairs. Will not be handicap friendly.

Yelp
OK so, who doesn't love fried chicken???? My eyes were clearly bigger than my stomach but I had NO regrets. The classic Tokyo Hot Fried Chicken sandwich was everything you could dream of. Crispy chicken on a soft brioche bun, with ginger slaw (YUM), crispy onions and pickled daikon and scallions. Daikons, in case you did not know, is long white crunchy vegetable from the radish family, daikon is similar in appearance to fresh horseradish but packs a lighter peppery punch similar to watercres (thank you BBC food)... When you bite into this sandwich you taste every component come together, from the very crispy chicken/scallions to the very crissssppp ginger slaw all tied together on the sweet sweet brioche bun. Its no wonder I also order the Nashville Hot Fried Sliders. Literally bite size sandwiches with a full size punch, SO good. Just as good as the Tokyo Hot Fried Chicken sandwich but hot and spicy. I will be back soon enough and highly reccomend mixing and matching 3 sliders of each!!!! TATER TOTS, covered in Japanese curry gravy. Do I need say more? The tots were fried perfectly, even with the excessive amount of gravy the tots held up, crispy. Personally thought there was just enough curds a bit too much gravy, a little more on the salty side but non the less awesome fusion!! This takeout would not be complete without some spicy edamame! Prices were fair, although I ordered out there was plenty of bar top dining tables and *bonus* a great patio on top of King's streets very own Underground Garage! 10/10 would go again. Shocked I am the first review. Good luck Tokyo Hot Fried Chicken, see you soon!

Yelp
Stumbled upon this place with a friend and had a really great experience! Ordered the Tokyo Hot Fried Chicken Box with fries and it was so delicious! We're excited to go back for sure! The guy working was super friendly and gave some great suggestions with what to order! Very cool aesthetic of the location as well! Great for a quick photo or two!

Yelp
Got the Tokyo hot fried chicken sandwich and it was amazing! The chicken had a nice kick to it and the flavours all came together really nicely. Love the soft bun as well. Can't wait to have it again!
google avatar

Yelp
The karaage fried chicken is still as delicious as I remember when I first tried it at CNE a few years ago. Takeout service was great too. Only complaint was the spicy fried chicken was too salty.
google avatar

James Z.

Yelp
This fried chicken place is wonderful! The valence electron arrangement of each atom of chicken is attracted to the energy shells of my tastebuds. But did you know that like charges repel? That means that the surface of my toungue is being charged by induction, releasing a lot of static electricity, which means that the chicken is negatively charged (because the surface of my tounge is negatively charged [which is why it is charged by induction, not conduction or friction, although friction plays a minor role as well]), which means that the chicken is very moist and juicy - (the higher the negative charge the easier the electrons flow - electrons create moisture when moved (heat)). There, I just discribed a burger using science. And you say that the stuff in school they teach is useless. (face_palm)
google avatar

Terry W.

Yelp
Disappointing. The sandwich was small, dry for a fried chicken, and very uninspiring. You'll be better off going to Popeyes.
google avatar

Dennis T.

Yelp
Dope spot, great food! Great convo with the server and was easy to find! Food was great too with prompt service.
google avatar

Brad D.

Yelp
I really like the brioche bun and fries. It came fast!! The chicken itself is meaty and juicy, but overall the sandwich lacked flavour
google avatar

Johnston T.

Yelp
Amazing spot, highly recommend this place. Good food, good prices and it's a great hidden spot
google avatar

Dhruv G.

Yelp
Tried the karaage meal box and hot fried chicken sandwich on 2 separate occasions. The meal box was quite nice and filling. However, the sandwich was wet, looked gross and was definitely overpriced. Better and fresher fried chicken can be found elsewhere like Popeyes. The location of the restaurant is kinda weird too- on a 5th floor but the lift stops at the 4th floor! I wouldn't recommend dining in anyway, the restaurant looks like it could use renovation.

Aly G.

Yelp
Probably the worst fried chicken in Toronto. There are several restaurants with better fried chicken. The portion was good it just didn't have much flavour.
google avatar

Jeff H.

Yelp
Disappointed with the portion size and quality of the chicken. The flavour is good and the heat is enough to make your nose run, but for the price you pay, it just doesn't live up to the hype in my opinion. I stopped at another place on the way back to work because I was still hungry.
google avatar

Matthew K.

Yelp
I had the underground special off of Foodora. It was really good. Surprisingly even with delivery, I found that the fried chicken was still really crispy. The takoyaki is also very good but nothing special. I would've preferred if the rice was a bit better as by the time it got to me it was a bit lumpy, but honestly the chicken was so good that I'm willing to overlook that. I would definitely go back or order from their again for delivery!
