I’ve been meaning to write this for a while because Tokyo Bike really deserves it. This is a fantastic shop with wonderful staff and exceptional products. I bought my Mono here last year, and the team gave me expert advice on how to make it perfect for me — suggesting the right saddle, new tires, and other small tweaks. They took the time to understand what I needed, and I ended up with something far better than if I’d just ordered online. I use my bike nearly every day, and it’s still in perfect condition. Huge thanks to the team — highly recommended!

I always choose tokyobike, even if its more convenient to go somewhere closer to home. The quality of the repairs and products, and more importantly the service are impeccable; the place decoration is super cute; the staff is friendly and very customer-oriented. Whenever I have an bike issue; it's get fixed quickly; and whenever I pick up my bike Simon comes and takes the time to kindly and patiently explain to me all the repair details and options I have to save money and ensure high quality. He goes above and beyond to make sure he let me know of other issues with my bike. I strongly recommend this bike shop! Gracias!

Always such genuine and friendly service. This is one of London's best shops full stop. I have been lucky to have Simon take care of my bikes throughout the decade or more of owning a couple of Tokyobikes that still ride beautifully after all that time. Their bikes and other products are all aesthetically pleasing and functional.

Great service in a nice shop from a very kind gentlemen who helped me with my bike. He kindly changed a small piece with no additional cost and told me what I should change since it was a vintage bike purchased online. Really kind and helpful I recommend !

I purchased some bottle cages from them, which they hadn't manufactured, but which subsequently started to degrade badly. I contacted them about this and - four months later - they quickly offered a full refund, no questions and no grief, even though there was no fault on their part. Exceptional customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. If only all other businesses were this good. Highly recommended.
