Great value for money! Very spacious rooms with a comfortable bed & pillows. The laundry machine (combination washer + dryer) in the room was extremely convenient. We were on the 23rd floor and had a great view of the city. Staff are friendly and speak enough English to be conversational. The hotel also offers luggage delivery services at reception. The hotel offers breakfast for ¥1,500. You choose between a Japanese or Western option. The food is pre-packaged & frozen. You get it from freezers on the lobby floor then take it to your room to microwave & eat. There are free amenities & a free coffee machine on the lobby floor for guests. Only downsides is that the hotel is located in a business area so a bit of a walk to nearby subway stations and there aren’t many food options nearby.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, especially for shopping and cafe hopping lovers. I was able to visit my favorite stores in Omotesando which was a 10min walk. Also there were multiple supermarts and convenience stores nearby, which helps when you want to grab a quick bite or cook up something simple in the kitchenette. The only gripe i had was the cleanliness of the room. There were multiple brown stains on the walls, carpeted floor and couches. The shower room had a damp smell and the bidet needed some repair.

I stayed here for work for 6 nights. I booked it because of the location and also the washing machine. The washing machine is great and very convenience for long stay. The room is small and its ok. Bed & pillows are comfortable and quite good quality. The aircon is a bit noisy and old, still bearable. Shower is good. The room furnitures are old and the hotel lobby is surprisingly dirty. It looks like the hotel is lack of manpower. You need to pay extra 1500 JPY for changing the bed sheet. I don't quite understand why. Overall, not worth for the money. There are lots hotel in Tokyo with better quality & price than this one.

Honeymoon, 1 month in Japan. It's the worst hotel we've had in the entire stay. We're paying a total of 225k yen for an 8 night stay, which is a lot on its own, so we were expecting a decent hotel. The rooms are beyond old and outdated, especially the bathroom, which is really disgusting. The wifi is turned off every night at 11 p.m., which is just insane to have the same problem every night. This is close to a baseball stadium so it can get loud for 3-4 hours straight in the late evenings. The staff, although very nice, is absolutely not helpful, couldn't pick up the phone anytime we called the front desk, doesn't have a normal scale for the luggage, COULDN'T EVEN BOOK A TAXI FOR US 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE. I hate to write bad reviews. This is my first one on a hotel. We stayed at Tokyu Stay Shinjuku and had such a great time, so this is just a huge letdown. Do yourself a favor and refrain from staying here. There are far better places for this price. EDIT: Forgot to mention that like many here in the comments added, the AC is very low quality and yet the hotel just doesn't care.

Not bad at all. I reserved a regular room with a full sized bed and was nervous, but it worked out. Check in was pleasant, English was well spoken and everything was explained, hotel facilities are lovely, and my room was spacious enough for 2 suitcases. I could easily move around. The bathroom is tiny so if you have makeup and toiletries you want to store in there it'll be a hassle. The toilet seat stays warm, which wasn't a plus for me, but to each their own. The bed was firm but not hard and I slept fine. Decor is modern and well kept and it was relatively quiet at night, aside from some people talking in the hall later one night. The location is great and convenient to a lot of things. It's in a semi busy area but you're high enough up that you don't really hear traffic below. Great base for exploring. Overall, a vert decent budget hotel.

Staff is very cold and unhelpful. Arrived 1:30pm and was told check in only starts from 3pm even though there is room available. Super inflexible and unnecessarily rigid. Front desk staff looks like a robot. She even asked me to fill in registration form, unnecessary and useless, waste of time for nothing. Room is floored with disgusting rug, air conditioner is dirty and super old. Sofa looks dirty with unclean inks. Looks miserable. I’ve stayed in different hotels in Japan and this is This is the first hotel in Japan that looks dirty and stupid.

We stayed here for 9 nights and it was honestly one of the best places we have ever stayed at. You have the security of a hotel with the luxury of a kitchen in your room. The place is very neat and tidy. The veiw was fabulous. They have everything you could need located on the lobby floor and you can help yourself. Because I have celiac disease we knew eating out may be a problem so the kitchen was a life saver. Great location, nice and peacful. Overall very happy with our stay and we will definitely be back in the future.

This is the most professional hotel I have ever experienced in my life. Far better than Oberoi and Taj Hotels in India. Better than Hilton Vancouver. Good location and excellent attitude

Yelp
Corporate serviced housing and hotel in a fantastic location. The neighborhood is quite nice and the room is cute. The sofa in the apartment is really kinda a poor sectional that keeps coming apart. Nothing is worse than plopping down after a long day and having the sofa fall into small pieces. The hotel side of this place might be better...and I hate to rant about a bad apartment sofa. But I guess I just did. You'll still like this place...so do it!

Yelp
This is an affordable place for great location, few blocks from subway station. I stayed last time couple years ago and paid about $150 USD. Rooms are clean, free wifi, English spoken staff at lobby and free all you can eat breakfast at their annex cafe.
