The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Take helped me check in and showed me the amenities. The rooms are spacious and comes with plenty of amenities. It’s located in a nice area close to plenty of stations, food, and things to do. We liked this hotel so much we canceled our other one and rebooked this hotel.

I recently stayed at Tokyu Stay Aoyama and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its excellent location — right next to the metro, with easy access to Shibuya, Omotesando, and Roppongi. The neighborhood itself is very pleasant, with great cafés, restaurants, and boutiques within walking distance. It’s a quiet yet convenient area that gives you a real sense of Tokyo life without the usual crowds.The rooms, however, are quite small, even by Tokyo standards. They are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, but space is definitely limited — best suited for solo travelers or short stays. There are also no real hotel facilities such as a gym, lounge, or restaurant, so it’s more of a functional place to sleep rather than a full-service hotel experience.Service was polite and efficient, and the in-room amenities were practical, including a washer/dryer combo, which is convenient for longer stays. Wi-Fi was stable and check-in/check-out was smooth.Overall, Tokyu Stay Aoyama is a great option if you prioritize location, cleanliness, and convenience over size and luxury. Perfect for business trips or independent travelers who plan to spend most of their time exploring the city.

We booked a moderate room. It was small but functional, with all the necessities. The bed was comfortable. The washer/dryer was a great help - the one unit did both wash and dry. It may have taken a little longer than separate units, but was more than adequate for the job. Soap is automatically added by the machine. The toilet, like most in Japan with a bidet, was great. The reception is on the 13th floor and was very efficient and friendly.

Longer term rooms with microwave, cooktop, medium size fridge w/freezer separate, many pots & utensils, 40x20" tv with hotel info & many chanels. Free coffee machine in lobby. Breakfast is a little unconventional, but still OK. You select what you like from a fridge in the lobby, such as soups, ham/cheese sandwiches, cereal, etc. and heat & eat in your room (thus the microwave, cook top, utensils). Lots of outlets for charging your gear. Bathtub/shower, wash let, etc. There's a combo washer/dryer for laundry in the room (great)! Room is larger than many Japanese hotel rooms & staff is nice & very attentive. Near metro and lots of restaurants.

I'm staying for 3 nights for my holiday and it's my last night. I planned ahead, but since it was holiday season, it was about 2-3 times more expensive than usual days. I booked it anyways, because other hotels were also 2-3 more expensive than usual, but on the day I checked in, I found out that it got about 30% cheaper during the days I stay. But it was the day of check in and I had to pay 100% if I had to cancel. During 4 days, carpet on the room is stinky, they never clean the room nor change any of towels, aircon & ventilation are old and loud, nothing was worth the money at all. If I get a chance to go back, I would never book this hotel ever again.

Tokyu Stay Aoyama Hotel – Great location, compact stayThe hotel is in a fantastic location, just steps from the metro and close to plenty of cafes, shops, and restaurants in Aoyama. Very convenient for getting around Tokyo. Rooms are small, as expected for central Tokyo, and there are no real facilities like a gym or lounge. Ideal for short stays if you value location and cleanliness over space and amenities.

My husband and I stayed here and had the best experience. Facilities and service were immaculate. We loved the complimentary popcorn !

Incredible location, easy to get anywhere in the city from here / central, but quiet place to come home to (with a ton of great restaurants immediately in the area). Have stayed here twice.

Corporate serviced housing and hotel in a fantastic location. The neighborhood is quite nice and the room is cute. The sofa in the apartment is really kinda a poor sectional that keeps coming apart. Nothing is worse than plopping down after a long day and having the sofa fall into small pieces. The hotel side of this place might be better...and I hate to rant about a bad apartment sofa. But I guess I just did. You'll still like this place...so do it!

This is an affordable place for great location, few blocks from subway station. I stayed last time couple years ago and paid about $150 USD. Rooms are clean, free wifi, English spoken staff at lobby and free all you can eat breakfast at their annex cafe.
