Honeymoon, 1 month in Japan. It's the worst hotel we've had in the entire stay. We're paying a total of 225k yen for an 8 night stay, which is a lot on its own, so we were expecting a decent hotel.
The rooms are beyond old and outdated, especially the bathroom, which is really disgusting. The wifi is turned off every night at 11 p.m., which is just insane to have the same problem every night. This is close to a baseball stadium so it can get loud for 3-4 hours straight in the late evenings. The staff, although very nice, is absolutely not helpful, couldn't pick up the phone anytime we called the front desk, doesn't have a normal scale for the luggage, COULDN'T EVEN BOOK A TAXI FOR US 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
I hate to write bad reviews. This is my first one on a hotel.
We stayed at Tokyu Stay Shinjuku and had such a great time, so this is just a huge letdown. Do yourself a favor and refrain from staying here. There are far better places for this price.
EDIT: Forgot to mention that like many here in the comments added, the AC is very low quality and yet the hotel just doesn't care.
