This location gets the job done if you just want to lay your head down. The amenities are lacking and the layout could have been a bit more efficient. The staff was fantastic. They are kind and full of useful knowledge about the local area. They do have a translator if you need help with your Japanese. The main downfall for me was the stains in the carpet and the lack of room service. The breakfast they offer is more traditional style Japanese. So be prepared for that if Japanese style breakfast isn't your thing. The hotel is located near several restaurants and bars. But just a bit up the street was a grocery store. They do offer a hotplate to cook on in the room if you're trying to save money.

Two adults two teens stayed in a Quad room (2 singles, teens on bench seating) in Jan 2025 for 4 nights. To make the compact room work with kids sleeping on the benches we pushed the dining table to the foot of the single beds, made it much more spacious. Hotel feels new and immaculately clean. We had our own washer dryer in our bathroom, so convenient! Dryer works fine if don't overload machine (about half full). Hotel is short walk from Nishi Shinjuku Gochome subway station on Oedo Line. We got lost in Shinjuku Station EVERY TIME we were in there so eventually avoided it and used subway to change stations literally anywhere else. Subway is frequent, fast and so convenient. We opted not to get hotel breakfast (limited packaged options that you take back to your room?) and instead ate breakfast at Denny's overlooking Chuo Park every morning - cheap and tasty with heaps of options. Hotel walkable to the park and Metropolitan Government Building. Front desk staff had limited English but very polite. Luggage forwarding to hotels or airport by "Airporter" service booked and paid online (not at front desk) then just leave luggage at front desk. Worked great, picked up at Narita airport. We enjoyed this hotel and convenience of subway station so close and would happily stay here again.

Hello My Vegetarian Indian Folks , I stayed here for 7 nights and the only good thing about this place is just a lane behind is Cochin Nivas , a restaurant run by rawat brothers from uttarakhand , the food is super duper delicious and they prepare it pure veg. | Just adjacent to those hotel is 7 eleven and many other departmental stored which are within 40 steps . 7 mins walk will get you to one metro line and 30 steps will get you another to connect you to the whole of tokyo very conveniently, please please make sure to BrainMap the train lines and their stations before coming to tokyo or else you are going to be paralysed. Well now coming to this hotel , its very very small as i had booked the best room assuming it would be very big but it makes barely some space for even two people. Staff is 5/5 , location is 5/5 , very neat , very responsive and close by from whatever we Indians need . Please note that breakfast for pure vegetarian could only be kellogs , roasted dry fruits . They dont have toasted bread or anything else so be careful or download ubereats.

It's good but it's a bit further from Shinjuku than I would've liked. The walk from Shinjuku back to the hotel is pretty long, like 2km at least. Other than that the neighborhood is actually nice, there's like many restaurants nearby, good ones too. My room's faucet was a bit slow, idk what the issue is. I didn't bring it up with reception cuz I wasn't staying for too long and the one in bathroom worked fine anyways, so it wasn't a huge deal. Overall recommend if you don't mind being a bit further from center.

Great location! very near to a train station and a bus stop! The room was very small for a family of 3 with 3 luggage, so we had to upgrade to a bigger one (payable).I'm happy they got the 2in1 washer dryer, which they also provided the detergent. a little downside is they don't do complete housekeeping every day.they only change trash bin and towels upon request and full housekeeping once a week.everything is clean. also, convenient. I'm very pleased and would definitely come back 😍

It was our first trip to Japan and we decided to stay near all popular destinations. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the metro station and shinjuku station (25 min walk), where we took airport limousine bus both from Haneda and to Narita airports. The proximity to the park with a beautiful shrine was great for us. The room was super clean and tidy. All in all, I would recommend it surely!

Rooms so small, there is no accommodations for your wordrobe or luggage. Once you are in the room, you have to keep your clothes inside your luggage, which God forbid is a large size, you really have to be creative on how to move around. They don't do your bed, they only change towel if you request them. Very poor service, love the location.

Need a place near to Shinjuku station area but i can't find anything with reasonable pricing. This place seems ok, not too far, about 2 station away from Shinjuku station, so i book it.The room is "NORMAL" size in Tokyo, 13m. So for larger size people or with more then 1 big luggage good luck to you.you have to sort out where should your luggage be and where should you be or how to move around. The hotel does not provide room make up services, they will throw the trash or replace towel. But you need to indicate on your door which you need.Over all, good enough to sleep, not much of  space you can talk about. The plus point is the washing machine+dryer in the room, that help me to wash all my dirty clothes so that i can move on to the next place with clean cloths.Coffee and tea bag are at the lobby. toiletries are also at the lobby that you take what's needed.  guess that's how japanese hotel are

Yelp
Great hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku! About half a block away from the Nishi-shinjuku Oedo Line stop that can pretty much get you anywhere. Super convenient. I really liked the location because after being in crowds for most of the day, especially in tourist spots, it was nice to come "home" to a more relaxed neighborhood. Hotel is super clean, staff is friendly and helpful, they lent us umbrellas if it was raining out, and beds are nice and firm - my preference! Also worth mentioning, the outstanding shower room and water pressure of the shower. Includes basic toiletries, which is nice. The shampoo and conditioner surprisingly is really great quality. LOL. My hair and beard feel fabulous!! Overall, great place to stay. I'd gladly book here again. Quick Tips: 1. 24-hour McDonalds located next door. Get the fried chicken sandwich. Much better in Japan than anywhere else I've had it. 2. Breakfast buffet available every morning, but plenty of delicious restaurants nearby too!

Yelp
Super clean, friendly and efficient service, and is well stocked with amenities! I stayed here for a week with my boyfriend and this place was really close to the train station making it super accessible. From Haneda airport, my bf and I took an airport limousine to the Tokyo Hilton in Shinjuku and it was like a 5 minute walk to our hotel! [Check in] Check in was extremely easy. I'm a tourist so I purchased this stay through bookings.com. Upon checking in, its a good idea to print out the reservation number/confirmation and have your passports ready to show. They give you room keys that you need to scan before entering the elevator door and when you get into the elevator in order to get to your room. [Amenities] decent size and very space effeicient -under the bed there is a drawer for your clothes -bidet toilet/ deep bath tub that comes with big bottles of shampoo/conditioner/soap -washer/dryer -pants presser -shoe shiner -hot water boiler/microwave- the microwave apparently has a chill setting....woow / fridge (cold enough to freeze too!) -free toiletries before entering the elevator and also in the room -flat screen tv was nice, but i barely used it -wifi was fast but didn't seem to work well during the week duration I stayed. It kept cutting in and out, but it was fine since my data plan was fast anyways. -free coffee in lobby from 11am to 10pm -breakfast buffet available for purchase for 500 yen (unless you include it with your room package) [cleaning] I alternated every other day for the week I was there by putting the do not disturb sign up and the days that the sign was on my door, I would come back and there would be bags of fresh towels and robes for me. I got new towels every day! [location] close to train station, near a 24/7 McDonalds, 24/7 Marutetsu grocery store 5 minutes away, down the street is a tasty open late/early food place called Matsuya, 24/7 Denny's is down the street Overall, I really love how clean and well stocked this hotel is. It feels safe and is close to the bustling area of Shinjuku but far enough away so that you aren't in the middle of it. There are a few 24/7 places open nearby which is super nice! I've stayed here twice upon coming to Tokyo and both times I've had great experiences! Would most likely stay here again the next time I come back to Tokyo- Shinjuku area.

Yelp
This hotel is superb! Staff is beyond friendly, location is great, and hotel amenities were exactly what I needed/wanted. Pros: - Hotel key is required to enter sliding doors to elevators and reach your floor/room. - Before entering the elevators, toiletries are available for your taking; toothpaste, hairbrush, sponges, razors, shower caps, toothbrushes, q-tips, even instant coffee packets. - In room, there's a washer and dryer unit! The first packet of detergent is given to you upon check in. A load takes about 3 hours to complete. It can get a bit noisy, but just start it when you're heading out. - Microwave and mini fridge in each room! - Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are supplied in your bathroom. I'm not talking about those mini travel sized products. These are full sized products that smell nice and leave your hair and skin clean and smooth! - Breakfast isn't elaborate, but it's not the same ol' thing each morning. For 500 yen, I definitely ate more than my money's worth. - McDonalds and other convenient stores like 7-11 or similar to it are next door or a few steps away. They are all open 24/7 making your midnight cravings satisfied. However, McDonalds takes only cash. - Post office is a few steps next to 7-11 - ATMs are located everywhere. - neighborhood is safe and just away from the hustle and bustle giving it a quite hum of traffic passing by. - Super close to E29's train stop. - left the 'Do Not Disturb' sign up and was left a bag of new robe, clean towels, and trash bags anyways. Nice! Cons: - If I had to nitpick, although free coffee was offered anytime in the lobby, there wasn't any water offered. Also, I couldn't find a single trash can on any floor. Kind of felt bad leaving a bag of trash outside my room a couple of times... I'd would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Yelp
We stayed here for one night as we moved our flight a day later and our prior hotel was fully occupied the final night. Pros: -room is decent size -free fast wifi -room is well equipped. Came with washer/drying machine, microwave, pressing machine for pants, etc -24/7 McDonald's downstairs -free coffee machine in lobby Average: -we were staying in a hotel closer to shinjuku station before which was a lot more convenient. This hotel is about a 10min walk from the local subway. But you'd often have to make connections to another line -area is a bit more quiet compared to right by shinjuku station. Less restaurants etc. Since the price is fairly similar, I think I'd rather stay a little closer to shinjuku. But overall a decent hotel
