This is a nice Japanese business hotel in the heart of Tsukiji. The location can't be beat: walking distance from Ginza and Shiodome, close to the heart of Tokyo.
I was a little annoyed to learn that my included breakfast would require me to take a meal ticket to one of three nearby restaurants. But I was wrong to think that way. Hoshino Coffee had very nice simple sets, like toast with butter or sweet anko beans. The cafeteria nearby provided a lot of food.
But the star of the show was the sushi restaurant, where for the ¥800 meal ticket (about $5 or €5), I had a delicious raw tuna donburi bowl with miso soup and a drink! What a delightful meal for such a low price.
More importantly, this introduced me to the Tsukiji fish market scene, with some of the world's best sushi, sashimi, and other seafood products. Absolutely top-notch, and just steps from this hotel.
But it only gets four stars for a couple of reasons. First, when I entered the part of the lobby near the elevator, there was a distinct cigarette smell from the adjoining smoking room. Second, for an "extended stay" of more than two nights, there is no room cleaning service. Rooms are very compact, but that's to be expected at this price point.
That said, this is a pretty good deal at an outstanding location.
