Tollgate Motel

Room is very large and manager was very kind and let me check-out late. I check-in after hours and he was telling me to take my time and he helped me to carry my luggage and store my luggage after I check-out. Room has microwave and plates and folks and knives. I enjoy my stay a lot EXCELLENT service.

I arrived late and the manager met me with the keys, opened up reception and booked me in...thank you. Nice size comfortable rooms, great hot water....well worth a stay.

I love this well kept ,tucked away Motel ,amid green leafy trees and amazing sunsets it has a warm ,hospitable energy and the staff are without exception ,really cool and kind people who go out of there way to make you feel welcome.Lastly it's really well kept considering it's age and so I vote it to be the best choice for anyone in need of a motel anywhere along glenosmond rd

In a moment of desperation on one of the busiest weekends of any year, with my wife and 2 year old son with me on the 30th of December at 8:30pm and suddenly no place to stay. Having only just arrived in Adelaide all the way from Melbourne. The relief I felt when, (Jesse, Jessie, sorry I never clarified the spelling of your name my friend) answered the phone and was able to provide a room at ridiculously short notice (literally the last room) cannot not be fully described unless experienced. After spending several hours calling places (with the understanding of the task at hand being the weekend it was, yet by 9pm we were safely in a Queen room with single bed, at the TOLLGATE HOTEL. After that crazy start to our Adelaide adventure, everything else went far smoother. The staff were friendly, and showed patience with my son who loves to show his ability to assist with things like vacuuming. The hotel provided what we needed when we needed it and had the location that suited us, even though our hopes were originally just to find somewhere, Tollgate Hotel met the brief very well. For this reason I highly recommend this establishment. I hope you remember your assistance to us. We will surely never forget it.

I found the place to be run down I was in a room that even with the air conditioner on all you could smell was Mould Even though I had paid for the room I left as this was unacceptable for someone who has Asthma as it would start an attack Disappointing 😞

This Motel is functional. Its' clean and tidy. It's reasonably priced. I didn't really have any contact with the staff as I got in late and left early. It was a short-ish cab ride from the airport and to the CBD. Would be a good spot if you are heading east out of Adelaide the next day. It is next to a main road and the noise from that is definitely detectable. The historic spots just across the road were interesting.
