The selection is cool but the service is catastrophic. I have been there years ago and the staff was snobbish af. I decided to give it another try yesterday. When I entered the staff was just chatting between themselves, didn’t even reply my " Bonjour ", while a client was trying on a jacket. They were acting like if they were paid to chat here. If the snobbishness is the brand image your are trying to present, you are doing it perfectly 👍

Best place in Paris for some selection for fashion!

I waited to pay at least 10 minutes and after somebody passed in front of me and they didn't even care. And they asked me how they can help... I said I am waiting since minutes. She said have you never been waited a line in Paris? And said they are so popular today 😂 good clothes but sales people are horrible, fake and unprofessional.

Every time I’m in Paris I always go to Tom Greyhound, I love the selection and the great service ! The staff is always so friendly, helpful and nice! I was here today during their major sale, and even though they had a lot of customers, they were so attentive and helped everyone as fast as they could ! See you next time🫶🏽

I visited this shop yesterday, where I met an Asian staff (a guy with fluffy hair in a Supreme top) who was extremely rude. I have no idea why he try so hard to make himself look cool (Which was really annoying) :) We need someone who can genuinely help, really bad shopping experience.
