I would never go again. Horrible service. Made us move tables 3 times ,mid eating. Put us in way two small table (we were 7). Too crowded small tables music is so anoying as well. Hope you guys see this and better the cafe. Food is allright but noting was special or insteresting to order. Imagine the table in the foto while we were all eating, nothing fits so uncomfortable

I really had the best experience here the staff was very nice and understanding we arrived 10 minutes before closing yet we told them that we came here by taxi only for them and they take our order and asked us to be comfortable and to stay as much as we like , they gave us the best coffee experience in Madrid. And also respected us as Muslims Thx toma cafe for this great team you have 🫰🏻🫰🏻

My big love for many years. Every time I visit Madrid, I come here for the perfect cappuccino. Time goes on, baristas change, but the quality stays the same. Every time I get a perfect cappuccino with perfect latte art. I really appreciate this commitment to quality.

I ordered a medium Flat White and received a small one. I told the barista (the long haired Argentinian one) that thats not a medium coffee, but a small one. He then perceived to tell me that that's a medium, and showed me a cortado cup saying that's small. I was late at work so I just left but it's unbelievable how some people just wanna scam you. Besides this when I first told him that the coffee was a small, not a medium, he started talking to me with a very bad and superior attitude, gaslighting me. I bought coffee from Toma in the past three years almost daily, but this is gonna end now. --------- Answer to the owner: I was not expecting for you to say anything good after reading all your answers to other people's complains. It's very funny how, instead of saying "oh we're so sorry for what happened" you keep pointing the finger to those in the right. I explained which barista it was so you could know and talk to him for the future, but it's clearly you're just like him. A scammer between scammer. All those ugly answers to people's reviews... it's amazing how people still buy from Toma. Your attitude is disgusting. "No drama just coffee"? Yeah, when you won't be scammed on your own money. Until then, shhh. But don't worry, controls are on their way. Your business will be revived soon, or are u paying peple to be quiet? ;)

Excellent coffee!! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the coffee tastes really good. The breakfast menu is simple but delicious. It’s a great spot to sit outside. Also the music selection is great - good vibes in general. Shoutout to the Maradona trinkets.

My best day in the summer of Madrid consist of staying here late afternoon (6-8pm) outside drinking matcha and reading a book then walking all the way to Parque del Oeste to loiter on the grass and watch the sunset! This spot is so cool and perfect I wish I can take it everywhere with me! I love the fountain near this place and it’s just in a really cool location which is actually hard to find if you’re traveling enough. Other than that, matcha is on point! I’ve had 5-6 matchas here and probably only one wasn’t that good (their baristas rotate). Pastry is tasty, love the brownie. I 100% recommend this place if it’s not obvious yet.

Really cool relaxed vibed coffee place with high quality espresso and worth the try morning toasts. Had the Queso Compte and egg and felt like a real treat!

NI TE MOLESTES EN IR !! Típico barista prepotente que lo sabe todo. Cuando le pedimos que nos de un ristretto nos dijo que así no se toma el espresso. Además se burló con otro cliente en el momento que mi marido se puso de espalda. Lo que este idiota no sabe es que yo escribo artículos de gastronomía y fui especialmente no solo a probar el café sino a ver como era el trato al cliente. No le daría ni una estrella !!

I got the scrambled eggs and the chai tea latte incredible. So soft, had grated Comte cheese which was delicious and the bread was fresh. 4/5 because the food did take a while to get to us. Really friendly staff! Perfect for a casual brunch, right amount of food to be satisfied.

I had a cortado and a slice of brown butter cake. YUM! The cake was tasty and a generous slice, and the coffee was the best I've had in my two weeks in Madrid. Despite one reviewer's complaint about service, my experience was the opposite. My server was friendly and helpful; she encouraged me to pick a table and brought my coffee over when it was ready, and when I couldn't finish my cake, she kindly boxed it up for me. I highly recommend this cute little cafe on a quiet street near Plaza de Olavide.

I haven't been here for coffee but I would definitely recommend stoping by for a glass of wine or a beer! I came here on a Saturday night with a few friends. The interior is small but cozy and super cute. They also had a live dj playing some kind of jazz (I hear the music is better on Thursday nights). They offer a selection of wines including "homemade" styles. I definitely didn't expect to find this place in the neighborhood, but so glad I did!

Super chill, very good coffee and snacks, they play good music that's not too loud or distracting. It's much better than other Toma Cafe's that are packed with your students, in my experience at ñeast. Nice baristas. Great WiFi!

Wow wow wow! Being the coffee snob that I am, any coffee house that serves coffee and food is but not this place. I just had wonderful Cortado and the BEST avocado toast I EVER had up until this point in my life. I cannot explain how I feel right now. When I travel I plan my trips based coffee houses around the way, I am so happy I visited this location for Toma (I was at the other location yesterday evening).

Baristas were incredibly rude and asked me to leave the second I finished my coffee so they could make room for "paying" customers although there wasn't anyone in line and there were other tables open still. My order was also made wrong and when I asked if it could be fixed they ignored me.

Fantastic high-quality espresso coffee and gourmet food at a surprisingly affordable cost. I had the Sunday lunch of stewed roast with roasted pumpkin and arugula salad - fantastic flavor and preparation. It's not fast-food speed, as a lot of care and attention goes into the preparation - well worth the modest wait.
