Tom&Serg.

I've been meaning to try Tom&Serg and today I got to, for the first time. I had a hard time deciding so I asked for recommendations. I settled with smoked salmon crumpets with soft boiled eggs. I paired this with the new Hibiscus cold drink and Spanish latte with condensed milk. I enjoyed the food so much and the ambiance is relaxed and laid back. The restaurant offers not just free cold drinks to delivery riders but filtered house water for all. There is available public paid parking outside and they also offer building ground parking for a fee.The food was served fairly quickly and the food servers were all very nice. One of them visited us halfway through our meal to check on us. But I have to give a well deserved shout out to James. He entertained us with answers to our questions about the history of Tom&Serg, who the owners are and fascinating trivia about the place.

Amazing food, great atmosphere, Sahan served us and was very nice, and knowledgeable about the menu, the business and the background of the company. Coffee was great especially the turmeric and almond milk latte, the French toast , and Macadamia pancakes were amazing. Also had rice omelette which I would recommend, and eggs on toast with Granola Açai bowl. Protein shake was also really nice, fresh, whole food , good ingredients.

This place is always pleasant, food is amazing, good portions, professional and kind staff, good ambiance. Suitable for families. Good price. Is just amazing. Rachel, out waiter was so attentive and caring of our needs. Definitely we are coming back. Thank you

Our regular weekend breakfast place for years now. Top dollar service, ambiance and food. You will find it difficult, if not impossible to find better coffee and their legendary French toast in Town ! fab, fab and just fab.. special shout out to Enzo, Achini for a stellar job taking care of us four today .. they know the menu well, make polite suggestion and super prompt on getting additional orders in place.

I was really disappointed with this place. 🥲 The quality didn’t match the prices at all. I went there for breakfast, and it was so crowded—parking was a hassle. It’s noisy and uncomfortable, definitely not a relaxing spot. I ordered the Turkish eggs and keto breakfast, and both were pretty bad. I ended up with a stomachache. The keto bread was thick, dry. tasteless dishes 😐 The açaí smoothie was watery too.😳 They really need to test their food before serving it. The service wasn’t great either—they were rushing us out as soon as we finished and started clearing the table while we were still sipping water. We ended up stretching it out just to stay longer. Overall, not a good experience.

I try to visit Tom &Serg every trip I have to Dubai. Quality has remained consistent and all their dishes are delicious. The only thing that I wasn’t a fan of was their homemade almond milk when I ordered a flat white - it had a very bitter taste to it.

Lovely Lunch Experience! I loved the ambiance—spacious and relaxing, perfect for lunch. The food was amazing, especially the satay (highly recommended!). On top of that, the service was excellent—everyone was welcoming and approachable. Great experience overall!

Love it, best place for brunch. Thanks to Tapan for assisting our table. He gives you tip where to sit if you want a quieter corner, gives you recommendations etc. pretty spacious store indeed
