We had a great brunch at Tom & Serg. The food was delicious and well prepared we loved the fresh salad, the flavorful tacos, and the French toast for dessert, which was perfectly done and not too sweet. The drinks were also refreshing and paired well with the meal. The service was excellent, especially from Achini, Jackie, and Sahan, who were all very welcoming and attentive. The ambiance was cozy and stylish, making the whole experience very enjoyable. Highly recommend Tom & Serg, and we’ll definitely be back!

I had a great experience thanks to James, Achini, Jackie, and Sahan. All three were very professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I arrived roughly an hour before closing and was met with hospitality. The portions are notably generous, and the cappuccino deserves special mention, unmistakably real coffee. The mushroom wrap, you can taste the freshly cooked ingredients. I couldn't help but close my eyes and enjoy the taste of every bite. The banana strips were crispy and irresistible. I found myself finishing them almost entirely before moving on to the wrap. The portion is for 2 people, I wouldn't be able to devoure all of it if it wasn't my first meal of the day. What stood out most was the comforting aroma of the food and coffee. I felt like eating at home. For those who value quality over price, this place is for you. Thank you for the healthy and delicious food.

Great food and staff, lovely space too. Quite a nice ambience, large space for a cafe. Definitely recommend going. Both our waiters were great. Sagan and a lovely lady who served us.

We had an amazing experience at Tom & Serg today, thanks especially to our server Sahan. I had a special dietary request and he was incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely lovely to deal with. He guided us through the menu and even recommended the perfect beans for our V60 and Syphon — his knowledge and charisma really made the visit feel special. The food was a solid 10/10 as always. We’ve been coming to Tom & Serg since 2015 — almost 11 years now — and the consistency is unmatched. The quality, flavours, and service never disappoint. Truly one of Dubai’s most reliable spots.
