the BEST food experience in Georgia. we had there ‘mom’s course meal’. it was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! all food is home made. portions are MOM LIKE — huge. I can eat a lot but was still too much for me 😁 (no complains) all family was super nice so I’d recommend 100500 times. if I ever have any type event I’d book the place for sure (or) and eat there alone2with freinds

Entering this restaurant is like entering someone home as a guest; it is a set menu experience for 50 Lari per person. Everything is delicious, and the menu gives you the full experience of Georgian cuisine. Our only concern is that we stated that we don’t like to eat pork, and the staff said, “We don’t serve pork meat in this restaurant," but right now, after reading other reviews, we feel like we were lied to.

We watched a YouTube video on this restaurant and decided if we ever were in Kutaisi we would visit. 3 months later we were there. So glad we went! It’s tucked away in the suburbs of the city, but was one of our best dining experiences. We were warmly welcomed and the service was really great. We warned them we were vegetarian and couldn’t have been happier with the array of dishes provided. It’s a wonderful experience and we’re sure you’ll love it as much as us!

I love the Supra theme and traditional experience we had at Toma’s. Good was very tasty, we got also home made wine and chacha, local spirit drink.

I've been 3 times to Kutaisi and this is by far the best experience. The ambience, the hospitality, and the food were spot on amazing. Toma is a very humble guy and very hospitable. I would definitely recommend this experience to everyone and it's extremly worth the value you get. Looking forward to going there again.

Honestly, we haven't had such an amazing food experience in Georgia before getting to Toma's Wine Cellar. It is an incredible local food experience: there is no menu, the host brings you what they have available. Of course, he asks about allergies, intolerances and other preferences in food. It is really affordable and the environment makes the whole experience even more special. If it would be open on Tuesdays as well, we would get back there tomorrow, no joke! Don't miss it in case you are in Kutaissi, you won't regret for sure!

Lovely place in Kutaisi. The food was very good, all cook by the waiters’ mom upstairs. They offer a fix menu composed of several starters and main dishes to share. All very good. The service was excellent as well, the waiter was attentive and explained all the dishes. I look forward to come to Kutaisi and experience this restaurant again.

We loved our set menu dinner experience at Toma's! For GEL 50 per person, you get an apertif of chacha, generous portions of starters and mains, and a carafe of wine. We were a group of 2 and could not finish our food or wine (we drove) - but they packed everything for us, including bottling up our remaining wine so we could enjoy it in our cottage just outside Kutaisi. We went during the week so it was much less crowded. We were able to reserve a table same-day on the Wednesday we visited. Parking was incredibly easy with free street parking right outside the entrance since Toma's is nested in a residential street. An absolute must-visit in Kutaisi!
