I have to say upon arrival I was impressed, cleanliness, space but unfortunately upon closer inspection not so much. Then we have the whole elevator from the 18th century. Which needs a whole tutorial to operate. And now onto the real issue , the laundry room. Went down to do my laundry it asked for 1 euro on the machine, again with closer inspection it’s actually 3 euros, maybe I’m mistaken but I don’t think they’re even euros it has to be some special token you get from reception (was no mentioned this) and reception is now closed. |Next day) I was correct it does take special tokens I was not informed about. |The elevator from the 18th century had all of that info in it( I have a rational fear of elevators, i didn’t go in it once my partner figured it out) Also that you can’t use the washer past a certain time. Also I was booked into a 4 person room. Turns out it was a 5 person room, with my 5th roommate entering about 1am in the morning to get unpacked and settled. (Why does reception close but people still come in?) let alone just how gross this space is upon actually inspection, stains on things that could be wiped off, scuff marks everywhere, spiders/cobwebs. The staff need to have a bullet point list of everything they need to tell your guests behind the counter. The day I arrived the receptionist seemed very flustered trying to remember everything she needed to inform us about ( failing to do so ) hence the washing machine moment.
