Tommy Resort

We had a nice stay at this resort! The rooms are a little outdated + we did encounter two roaches but staff promptly took care of that. The breakfast was really tasty and the location proximity to the full moon party can’t be beat. It does get really loud that night because it’s so close but not something we didn’t expect!

The hotel service was bad as expected. There was a send in the bed; further, the hotel feels too old. The bathroom wasn't cleaned enough, and the floor in the room was broken. The door’s lock couldn't be locked; therefore, we had to stay the night with an unlocked door because the hotel service was unavailable. The breakfast was elementary.|Furthermore, we smell something horrible at night like “shoes and a discleaned room”. Overall, it was a disappointing vacation for us. I don't recommend staying here. We ate at the Tommy restaurant twice, and the food was excellent. The chocolate milkshake is superb. Infound the staff to be very attentive. One day, however, some people were smoking marijuana near us when it clearly states on several signs not to smoke it in that area. Staff did not tell them to refrain. I still highly recommend Tommy restaurant.

The resort has beach front, beach is nice but too windy and strong waves compared with Malibu beach|There are restaurants near by with reasonable price. The hotel has restaurant too but not many choices |Hotel breakfast has basic Western and Asian choices. The staffs were nice.|There is free shuttle for hotel pick up from ferry but on the return to ferry hotel charge 100 baht per person for Haadrin pier|The only complaint I had about the bathroom shared shower with toilet and sink without any divider so the water splashed all over the places, the water was very slow flow |My room had issue with air conditioning not getting cold and they sent technician over quickly |There was no TV channels available |The hotel is closed to many activities at night |Haadrin beach has fined white sand and turquoise water but too windy and big wind|Malibu beach is calm water like the pool but not much going on around there|Thong Sala beach is a main town but the beach doesn’t have nice white sand as Haadrin beach

Maybe the worst stay of my life. The reception staff at check in was very helpful, but just that... The room was old, all the furniture were dusty, the toilet walls were mouldy, the Aircon spread more dust around the room (you can literally see that wasn't cleaned for ages), the towels were dirty, the toilet drain clogged, the shelves in the toilet were stained with soap and toothpaste (it was solid like a stone, so the stains were very old). The toilet window was full of dust, maybe wasn't clean for months, I booked thus place to have a nice night out with my fiancee, but unfortunately the stay wasn't very nice. I the morning I spoke again with the staff, and I enquired to speak with a manager, they told me that he wasn't there and they don't know when he was going to come back. I don't suggest this hotel to anyone! I will contact booking.com for a full refund, the room wasn't wort even just 1 baht.

Food wasn't that great. Cocktails too, we sent back the Whiskey sour cause it was whisky and lemon juice. They made it correctly afterwards. Then they added an extra charge to the bill that we noticed and asked to be corrected, they acknowledged and corrected the bill. Overall good location but wouldn't recommend.

The best place to stay for Full Moon or any time! Beautiful beach bungalows and great on site restaurant. Also right near the main little town area and close to taxi stand for adventures to the rest if the island. Can't wait to go back!

Loved the room we stayed in. Very relaxing and loved the vibe. It was right on the beach which was nice. Good hotel restaurant. Only complaint is the pool was green our whole stay so we weren’t able to use it
