Very friendly and personable staff. They took very good care of my brother who ended up purchasing a pair of pants they altered for him. When we came to pick up the altered item, the salesman even remembered our discussion the previous day about our plans to go to Harajuku and asked us how we liked our visit!

Great shopping experience, their experienced staff was patient and helpful. Ended up purchasing more than 6 pieces of clothing.

渋谷店は無い。 I used to like this brand but it’s changed since they told me that you can not refund their products even though I have never used and there are still a tag on it and a receipt. Who would have bought their products if I would know they were almost double price comparing to the original brand prices? Their service and mind are not faithful. Their priority is not definitely customer. Be careful! You can tell if you’re smart enough cause I’ve noticed that before.

ここは入った一階には男性スタッフひたすらスタッフ同士プライベートな話しに盛り上がり、客に会釈もない。地下に降りたら、何？この騒ぎ？と思ったら女性スタッフ三人が大きな声で盛り上がって談話している。1人が気づいてこちらに声をかけてくれたけど、数十万のTHELOWのコートは気分が悪いからこの店舗で買うのをやめた。 お客が来ても知らんぷり、従業員の教育、ユニクロを見習ってほしいです。 やはり日本橋、丸の内の方が土地柄もあるけれどスタッフの資質も品があって安心して買い物ができますね。
