TOMORROWLAND Shibuya Flag Ship Shop

Very friendly and personable staff. They took very good care of my brother who ended up purchasing a pair of pants they altered for him. When we came to pick up the altered item, the salesman even remembered our discussion the previous day about our plans to go to Harajuku and asked us how we liked our visit!

Great shopping experience, their experienced staff was patient and helpful. Ended up purchasing more than 6 pieces of clothing.

High end shopping store with wide selection. Prices on shirts range from 10,000 to 50,000 yen.

渋谷店は無い。 I used to like this brand but it’s changed since they told me that you can not refund their products even though I have never used and there are still a tag on it and a receipt. Who would have bought their products if I would know they were almost double price comparing to the original brand prices? Their service and mind are not faithful. Their priority is not definitely customer. Be careful! You can tell if you’re smart enough cause I’ve noticed that before.

スーツについて詳しく説明いただいた。納期的にオーダーは難しく、購入に至らない客である事をわかっていたはずなのに、サイズ感を見てジャケットを着させてくれた。他で選ぶ時の納期についても軽く教えてくれて終始いい対応だった。

Being the flagship store for TOMORROWLAND, the selection here is stylish and truly classy. On the ground floor there are a wide selection of accessories, bags, perfume, soap and shoes. While on the lower ground floor you'll find more forma wear for men's and ladies'. Although they have a few high end brands like Yves Saint Laurent and Chloe, it's the less known luxury brands that stands out in this shop. From the Delvaux wallets to chocolates by Marie Belle, I am always inspired by the buyers here. Every time I walk in, I'm whisk away by the delicious smell of their Penghaligon's and Dannijo's exquisite jewelry. Wish I could sleep there for a night and try everything out.

Love the high end selection. Tomorrowland offers selected designer brands such as Saint Lauren, Kolor, and Acne Studio. It also carries it's own brand with tailor made suit studio. They are also few of the stores that offers larger size (size 50 for me).
