Tom's Palette (Bugis)

Tom’s Palette (Bugis) is a cozy and creative ice cream parlour with a great variety of unique, house-made flavours. The ice cream is smooth, rich, and pairs wonderfully with their freshly made waffles — crisp on the outside and soft inside. The café has a relaxed, artsy vibe and plenty of seating, making it a nice spot to chill with friends. Service is friendly and efficient, though it can get crowded during peak hours. Overall, a delightful dessert stop worth revisiting!

Best ice cream spot in Singapore. We’ve been going every time we visit for the last 3 years, without fail. Unique flavours and some classics, you cannot go wrong. Their waffles are perfect, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Hot tip: go during the day for a quieter experience and plenty of seating as evenings are very busy and you will definitely wait for a seat due to popularity. Staff are extremely kind, and you are allowed two samples. They sometimes give you a third on top of your order. I find the regular size more than enough for two flavours as they scoop them hefty! But to each their own.

Had their Mao Shan Wang ice cream and the Lychee Morrocan Rose. They were pretty decent and not bad but a little pricey for a regular cup (small). They offered 2 flavours in a cup be it regular or large. Total damage $15+ for 2 persons. 4.2/5

It's a nice cozy place with creative options of dessert. They offer a good variety of ice-cream flavours and the ice-creams are creamy and rich in flavour. The ambience is quite good and have different seating options.

This is the original home of quirky flavours. I tried their nasi lemak, and nori (seaweed) ice-cream. Very experimental. Happy 20th Anniversary to Tom's Palette. I have been a fan since their salted egg yolk days at Beach Road. Was upset when I thought they had closed permanently but so happy to see them in their current location and striving.

Bought Large cup at $10.6 with 2 flavours: Pistachio and Rum & Raisin. Pistachio was nice, sweet and nutty flavour, have bits of nuts inside. But I prefer more to the Rum & Raisin. It was good, can really taste the strong rum flavour and have lots of raisin inside. It’s so nice and lovely flavour if you like liquor in your dessert. I personally liked this so much compared with the other flavours. Service was good and friendly. They give you max 2 samples to try before decide, and when you bought, they also give you another sample on your spoon. Reasonable price and portion.

Got to choose 2 flavours both were yummy - Pistachio and grandmas apple pie?? Very generous with their portions! They have lots of flavours you are definitely spoilt with choice :) nice date spot

I have been going to Tom’s Palette for as long as the establishment has existed since 2005. I used to go the small shop in Shaw Towers to score a cup of delicious ice cream. I am really glad to see how far the establishment has come. Granny’s Favorite is still my all-time favorite flavor at Tom’s. And one of the amazing aspects of this establishment is the continued drive to innovate new flavors and bringing really awesome ice cream to their customers. During my earlier visit today, we had their amazing waffles and had four scoops - Granny’s, Nasty Mix, Dark Chocolate, and Banana. They were ALL delicious! Tom’s has many other flavors that I look forward to trying during my next visit. This year, Tom’s is celebrating their 20th anniversary, though it reminds me how old I am now, I am really heartened that such an awesome establishment has continued to flourish over the years. Here’s wishing Tom’s Palette many more successful years to come!
