To say i'm extremely disheartned and dissapointed in Towers Flowers is an understatement. My first experience with this store was fantastic. I purchased a bouquet of flowers for my, at the time, fiance and future mother in law, the day of her bridal shower. They were among the most beautiful flowers I have ever purchased. Not only was I recieving praise from my mother in law and fiance, most of her guests also said that they were fantastic. I couldnt agree more. So knowing the reaction that these bouquets recieved, it was a no brainer that on my WEDDING DAY, I was going to purchase flowers here, to be sent to my wife's parents house, to surprise her as she was getting ready! Our wedding was August 31, 2018, and I placed the order on August 23, 2018. In the notations I had requested that the flowers be delievered as early as possible, as she would be leaving her home for the ceremony by 1 pm. WELL, not only did they not get delievered early on our wedding day, they were NOT DELIVERED AT ALL!!!!
To spend the money that I spent, for my wife on her wedding day, and the flowers not show up for her is an absolute disgrace! I cant believe the disappointment and aggravation it caused me on my wedding day. While I wasnt going to let this put a damper on my day, I was pissed seeing as how my prior experience with Towers was so impressive, I had to go back for more!!
My sister in law called the store in a rather angry tone that day on my behalf. I was too busy with wedding related activities. I was promised a refund on August 31, AND STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN IT!!!
I went from praising their work, to seriously hoping that people will think twice about using this company. They let me down on the biggest day of our lives and for that, I will absolutely never use them again, and hopefully I can save someone else the aggravation.
