I booked this restaurant through Google, and when arriving, there was no wait—the reserved sign was already set on my table.
I ordered the Super Deluxe Pork Loin Cutlet. The meal started with side dishes: pickles, some kind of seaweed with beans, ponzu sauce with grated daikon, and even a hand towel.
When the main dish came, the portion was huge! It came with pink salt, wasabi, and mustard for dipping, while the tonkatsu sauce was already on the table. The pork was incredibly tender, not greasy at all, and perfectly crispy. Whether with the sauce or just with salt, it tasted amazing.
It’s rare to find a tonkatsu spot this good—the recommendation was spot on, and it didn’t disappoint!
