It was a terrible experience with Vietnamese cuisine, both in terms of food and service. I ordered two dishes, which took quite a while to arrive, especially considering the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. When the food was finally served, one of the dishes (the fresh spring rolls with shrimp) had a strand of hair in it. I don’t understand how a Michelin-starred restaurant could serve food with hair in it.
When I informed the staff, the server simply picked up the plate, said “sorry,” and disappeared for almost 15 minutes. Another staff later brought the dish back without anyone offering any explanation or proper apology. It felt like the restaurant had no manager on duty or that the staff had received no training in customer service at all.
The food wasn’t cheap either, and given the poor service, I was genuinely disappointed. Everyone seemed too lazy to even talk to the customers.
