Tooba ‌Boutique Hotel

Easily my favourite hotel in Tehran An oasis of peace with fabulous service and wonderful staff. Especially love the rooftop and the breakfast!

I stayed in Hotel Tooba on two separate occasions in 2023 and 2024. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, walking distance to practically any venue you seek. It is at perfect proximity to a beautiful park (Park Mellat).||I can’t say enough about friendly front desk staff and concierge. They were professional, attentive and courteous. Mr. Haj Mehdi at the concierge was very kind. He helped me on both of my trips by picking me up from the international airport with kind smile, and welcoming spirited demeanor. ||Restaurant on the roof top was my favorite part of the stay. Pouya and Alireza were the best servers and I loved going there to have my daily dose of Espresso. They all made me feel welcome and at home. ||The lobby was cozy and relaxing with a good aesthetic. I was offered complementary coffee or tea every time I had guests visiting me in the lobby. My room was nice and reasonably furnished. Good thing about the room was a comfortable bed, an important feature for me to unplug. The room could use a more upgraded TV and cable service though. I recommend this boutique hotel and I would definitely come back again.

It’s a great place, clean and staff was very professional and friendly We stayed at a 2 bed suite, It is on the pricy side and they have additional cost for any person, although the suite sleeps 4, still there is an additional cost for each person added. Other than that location was good, staff is friendly, and no issues. I gave 4 points just because for the price point it could have had nice furniture

Facilities in the hotel were nice, everything is clean, rooms are cosy, very good to sleep, quite. The neighborhood is good. The staff is very beautiful, nice and helpful! Mohammed H. took us from the airport and back. The car is great. Both trips were safe, calm, fun, fast. Mazyar at the desk met us and helped with a lot of various things during our visit. All the staff helped to understand Iran better!||Probably the only disappointing thing was that the sauna and spa didn’t work. Also not so much local dishes in the menu of the restaurant. ||But still we loved our stay. ||Totally recommend Tooba

the room was not clean at all! i dont know y you do not check the room before guest check in! in the morning, i was just taking some pictures at breakfast hall, but an angry man come to said you are not allowed to take pictures!!! sorry Tooba hotel, maybe you are nuclearr district!!!! your breakfast hall was empty of guest! i would never come back here

I stayed at the Tooba Hotel on my last visit to Tehran when I traveled there. An excellent place to stay, a convenient location, a fabulous rooftop restaurant, and very friendly staff all added to the beautiful experience. A pleasant experience is guaranteed if you book at this hotel, as the team will go the extra mile to ensure you have a wonderful time there. I highly recommend it. My sincere thanks are extended to the hotel management and all of the staff for the wonderful experience I had. I hope to see you all again in the future.

I spent a few nights at this hotel in September 2022. 1. Staff are helpful and polite. 2. Breakfast had great quality. 3. Hotel's restaurant has a nice view. 4. Rooms were clean. 5. Prices are high due to its location.

The best was the nice, helpful and professional behavior of the staff which made my stay relaxed and hassle free. Cleanliness and breakfast were OK. The location specially during 2 weeks of Nowruz holidays was perfect (i.e. clear weather and good access).
