🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Saved Our Birthday Weekend – Incredible Staff & Stunning Rooms! After a horrible experience at another Toowoomba hotel — where we were abused and refused at check-in on my birthday — we were left stranded and upset, unsure where to go. In desperation, we called Toowoomba Central Apartments as a last resort, even though we knew they were nearly fully booked. To our absolute relief, the staff went above and beyond to rearrange things and make a room available for not just that night, but also the following night. Their kindness, understanding, and genuine care turned what could’ve been a ruined birthday into something special. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every interaction with the staff was warm and professional. I’m so grateful for the compassion they showed us during such a stressful moment. We’ll definitely be staying here again and recommending them to anyone looking for accommodation in Toowoomba. Thank you again for everything!

This hotel is DEFINITELY NOT 4 Star! Do yourself a favour and book anywhere in Toowoomba but here. The room was very old and dated. The carpets were stained and had ripples in it. The kitchen table wobbled terribly and the dining chairs were disgusting. The doors out onto the balcony wouldn't open and the kettle didn't work. When I rang reception we were offered to be changed to a new room, however we had already unpacked and had a wedding to attend so didn't have time to be packing up and changing rooms (which was on a different level) The worst part was the manager admitted that he knew the doors and the kettle were broken when we checked in! Why on earth would they offer a room when they were aware of the faults. |How this hotel can claim to be 4 star astounds me. The manager said he would offer us a partial refund but low and behold still haven't heard from him 4 days later.|Absolutely rude behaviour from the manager when we checked out, especially when he tried to make it look like our fault because we didn't change rooms!

The only thing going for this place is the view, amazing from the 9th floor .. the supplied milk in the fridge was outdated and although could of double checked the dates you would assume would be in date.. curdled when drinking it , the apartment smelt between vanilla and smoke , the pillows and linen smelt like dust, and although the rooms were supposed to have WiFi, it didn't. Had to hot spot the TV.. Upside to this, all didn't hear any other neighbouring apartments or noise from other neighbouring units across the road from the plaza.

Welcome to the heart of Toowoomba. This hotel did not disappoint and I can say I wish I was travelling with my partner. Such a comfortable apartment and with a balcony to sit outside. Book here for a great option of accommodation.

Great Location on main street.. Large shopping centre only about 100m away. Room was clean and quiet.

The rooms at first glance look great, however, the carpet join to the tiles was frayed and tripped on the long stands, the curtains hang on the floor by about 15 centimetres and this was tripped on as the crutches got tangled in them next to the bed. The fridge was great size and anyone on the reception desk always greets you

24.09.24 - We still haven't received our refund as promised on the 01.09.24 We booked the hotel based on the photos of the advertising and the fact they advised they had air conditioning. When we checked into the room we found that there was only air conditioning in the living area and not the two bedrooms. The room was extremely dated, carpet very stained throughout and masking tape on the ground between the dining carpet and kitchen tiles. (carpet must have been lifting). There was an odd smell throughout as well. We then went straight back to the reception desk advising we didn't want to stay due to the lack of air conditioning. Weekend had 35Deg weather. Reception at first was reluctant to refund any money, but eventually agreed to refund one of the days nights accommodation. We are still to see the funds in our account. We ended up checking in next door at the Oaks. Clean, modern and fresh and was slightly less which was a bonus. I would not recommend for the value.

The property is in need of an update. The furnishings are worn and the only air-conditioned area in a 2 bedroom apartment is the living area. The kitchen is large and spacious enough to cook for a family of 4, and the fridge is family sized. The location is convenient and close to a Woolworths - within walking distance. There are also laundry facilities in the 2 bedroom unit. The bathrooms are clean but very outdated. There is car parking available and was included in our room rate.

Who'd have thunk the mountains of western south-eastern Queensland would produce a hotel with free WiFi and smart TVs! The rooms are lovely- big spacious balcony in the balcony rooms and opening windows in the studio (not that you'd need them, it is FREEZING up here! *it is Winter) Do not attempt to get anything larger than s smart car into the parking lot. The design of the parking area is so flawed it would be laughable if my neck wasn't so sore from parking my van in the "big car" space they provided. This isn't sour grapes talking, I promise: in the 10 minutes it took me to do a 16-point turn to get in my spot I saw a regular hatchback come within centermeters of scraping it's sides just trying to get around the sharp curve to the alloted underground parking ha. Anyway, the staff are great and my studio is nicely tiled & spotlessly clean. They don't have after hours reception or spare blankets so make sure you have everything you need before they shut up shop! I'd stay here again.
