Top Cycle Palm Beach

I arrived in Palm Beach after a long bike trip with my chain dirty and shot, and my tires ridiculously low. I was fortunate to discover Top Cycle a short distance from my hotel. Patrick patiently explained to me how to take better care of my bike and found the time to slot in a thorough maintenance so I could be off again early the next morning. I am deeply grateful for his help, expertise and patience. I'm not sure I would have made it the 30 miles home without his expert service. It certainly wouldn't have been as much fun as it was (or as fast!).

Bad introduction to this bike store centrally located on Palm Beach's main thoroughfare. My bike's tires were so flat i had to deliver it by car. Patrick, whom i assume is the owner, pumped up my tires out front, while admonishing me for not having my own pump. When he was finished, he told me i owed him $5!! i thought he was joking, but he assured me he wasn't. Such an unfriendly policy to a potential new biking customer!

Patrick is an awesome guy!! I hadnt ridden a bike in years until i stumbled upon his shop. I went from riding a fuji mountain bike which he happens to sell to riding a road bike with cleats that attach to the pedals. He gave me an incredible deal on a slightly used road bike and even gave me some pointers. Under his tutorship i went from barely riding up and down Jupiter island to riding 60-70 miles up to Hutchinson island and 3-4 days a week. And now i can honestly say i can pump up my own tires and even fix a flat!!!! Thank Pat!!!

Solid shop for rentals and repairs. There is also a decent selection of gear and bikes too. Don't listen to the "tire-kickers" that want to get fitted and "unfriendly reviews" - if you are serious about buying a bicycle or have $5-10 for minor repairs/help this place will take care of you - don't forget it's Palm Beach folks!!! Lastly, the owner has a wealth of information for first time racers which really helped my girlfriend in her triathlon.

Top Cycle fixed my Townie right the first time! I went to the other place first and when they didn't fix my bike properly I took it to Top Cycle. In two days the bike was like new again at a fair price. I highly recommend Patrick to fix your bike.

We had a great bike rental experience with Top Cycle on the last day of 2020. The bikes were great and the shop is just 2 blocks from the bike trail. Patrick was very friendly and helpful. A+ experience.

I needed it a tube and extender for my tri bike...and then I met Patrick. What a knowledgeable man!! Of course he fixed it with some tricks ... but that’s not the most important thing I got there... He’s history of triathlon! I’d just have a flat a week just to hear stories from him. Thanks Patrick! I hope I could ride with you one day. I promise not to talk...just listen to you!

Patrick, owner, is a nice guy and very knowledgeable. Went out of his way to accommodate me which was much appreciated. Some high end gear for purchase / rent, and well maintained. Classic Seven I rented was in top shape despite being 15 years old - a pleasure to ride.
