I went through the car wash and my car did not wash properly. The dirt was still on the vehicle! I went back to the guy taking the money and asked that it get washed again. He tried explaining that it's the machine, not him. I told him that I am not blaming him, but I just needed the car washed properly. He got irritated, gave me back $8 of the $8.51 I paid. I asked for my $0.51 cents as well. He took back the $8 from me and told me not to come back to the car wash. I was appalled. I said to him that I was simply asking for a wash or my $0.51 cents and I was not being rude to him. He said if I didn't "like it" call the number on the payment machine. I told him that I have been coming to that car wash for years and with this 1 incident, that how I get treated?
Waw!!!! Unbelievable. Sad that an employee of a business treats a customer like that. I have sent many people here in the past. NO MORE! I guess he thinks that 1 customer not coming back won't prevent them from making their money. Bad thinking!!! Businesses rise and fall all the time!

You were not there and you did not see how I was treated by your manager. It was horrible!
And yes, I have been going there for a while because of price only, and I also indicated that to your manager. As a regular customer, do you think that's the way I should have been treated?
Yes I added the comment about what one comment can do to a business...because that's a fact.
However, I see that humility is a problem with both ower and staff. I am of the opinion, that people go there because it is cheaper than the other car washes. They also do a better job and their surroundings are cleaner.
I guess I got what I paid for huh?
