We had the pleasure of working with Top Notch Flood on several home upgrades, and we truly could not be more pleased with the experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, I was immensely impressed with Robert, the owner. He was hands-on, supportive, and thoughtful in guiding us through the entire process. His customer service was exceptional, always very responsive, kind, gracious, and genuinely helpful in every interaction. Our primary goal was to refresh a very outdated guest bathroom while staying within a minimal budget. Robert was incredibly helpful in walking us through cost-conscious options, including recommending a reglaze of the tub and tile rather than more expensive alternatives. Thanks to his guidance, we were able to modernize the bathroom beautifully without overspending. We were so impressed by how quickly and efficiently the project got off the ground, how seamless the process was from start to finish, and how promptly all of the work was completed. The end result has us absolutely over the moon. Everything was handled with such care, attention to detail, and high-quality workmanship. In addition to the bathroom refresh, Top Notch Flood also installed a cabinet in our laundry closet and a new barn door between the master bedroom and bathroom; both of which we also absolutely love. All of these upgrades were completed at a very reasonable cost, and the results exceeded our expectations. I also want to give a special shout-out to Eddie and Placido, who I worked most closely with during the day-to-day work. They were wonderful and delightful to work with, professional, kind, and delivered excellent service. Overall, I highly recommend Top Notch. It’s no surprise to see their many five-star reviews. This is a company that clearly cares about delivering excellent results and outstanding service for their customers.

Rafael Reyes, Placido Ortega, Jorge Anastacio, and Eddie Gonzalez renovated our office lobby space for us. We work with pediatric patients, so all of the work needed to be completed on the weekend while the office was closed for safety reasons. In just one weekend, they were able to expand our lobby, redo the floor, create an entire separate room, and connect two existing rooms for us. It was remarkable how much work they accomplished in such a short period of time! Additionally, the work was extremely high quality. We've hired Top Notch before for other projects and will continue to do so. They're professional, quick, and obviously take pride in their work. Highly recommend!

Our townhome flooded in September and large chunks of drywall, tile, laminate had to be cutout and removed. In addition, the water poured down into a tenant garage and the drywall there had to be removed and replaced. Our HOA had Top Notch come in and rebuild our home and we could not be happier at how good they were. Eddie and boys worked with us to replace our walls, bathroom, floor tile in several rooms. I absolutely recommend Top Notch to anyone looking for any work to their home. We are extremely grateful for everything they did and will be contacting them again for additional upgrade work on our home. Thanks again!

As renters, we’ve had Top Notch come out several times to repair water damage and leaks in our home, and every experience has been excellent. The most recent issue was a major leak from the second floor down into our kitchen. Top Notch responded quickly, scheduled the dry-out and repair right away, and handled everything efficiently. Every crew member was professional, friendly, and respectful—and their work was top quality. Huge thanks to Herman, Placido, Carlos, and Kyle for doing such a great job all around!

My experience with Top Notch was amazing from start to finish. My wife and I came home from the holidays to a burst pipe that flooded our master bathroom and closet. The water mitigation company recommended by our plumber was unprofessional, tried to rip us off, and was a huge pain. When it came time to find a restoration contractor, I wanted someone professional and competent because I had enough headaches from the water mitigation company. Thus, I was referred to Top Notch by our realtor, who had the utmost praise for this company. My realtor was correct. And all the other 5-star reviews here are correct. Robert, the owner, answered my call on a weekend and fit me into the schedule last-minute so his estimator could arrive when my insurance adjuster visited for a walk-through. Tony Malham showed up before the insurance adjuster, did his own walk-through, wrote an estimate, coached me on what to say and what not to say, and handled the entire conversation with my insurance. He did not pressure me to sign anything or commit to Top Notch in exchange for this service (something another contractor tried to do). He said, “this is a courtesy.” They wrote a fair estimate that insurance immediately agreed to, but also got us quite a bit more money to do some renovations. Brian was assigned as our project manager. He and Robert walked me and my wife through the process of the restoration/renovation. They were incredibly kind and patient. Brian led the construction, along with Sanny, Rafael, and Anastacio (George). All were incredibly professional, highly-detailed, and just plain skilled at their job. Sanny was here every day and did impeccable work. I swear that man rebuilt at least half of our lost structures alone. Rafael retiled our floor beautifully. Anastacio (George) demo’d, drywalled, and painted with precision. I can’t even tell half our walls were once missing. Overall, the team was kind while on-site, worked hard and fast, but did everything the right way, the first time. As a result, our bathroom and closet look gorgeous. These are the people you want rebuilding structures that will last the remainder of your house’s lifetime. I hope I don’t have water damage in the future, but if I do, I’m calling Top Notch from the start, since they do water mitigation and demolition as well. They are the definition of pros. Now I see why Robert named the company “Top Notch.”

Top Notch IS top notch! We are so appreciative to Robert, Brian, Cecilio, Sanny, & Gio - the whole team! After the nightmare leak and water damage in our kitchen, these guys were really a saving grace. They work hard and gave great advice along the way. Very communicative, answered our questions, and kept us in the loop. They took extra measures to ensure the house was kept safe/clean for our daughter who was in the midst of cancer treatments. Couldn’t have asked for more. We now have the kitchen of our dreams. Thank you so much!

TOP NOTCH IS THE BEST! DO NOT CALL YOUR INSURANCE AGENT BEFORE YOU CALL TOP NOTCH! We discovered Top Notch two years ago after our tenant moved out and damaged the water line to the refrigerator. We arrived in town to inspect the house and realize we were in trouble. It was a Saturday and we called Top Notch on the recommendation of our property manager. Within 1 hour Robert was at our door and the waterline was fixed in minutes. But that left us with wet cabinets, wet walls, and wet flooring. On Sunday Top Notch demoed the kitchen, flooring, cut out drywall and had huge machines to draw out the water from what could be saved. That alone is the reason to call Robert the owner. But what we didn’t realize was his connections to granite yards, cabinetry builders, flooring, painters, seriously there is too much to mention. Roberts #2 guy is named Gerald and he is one of the kindest, hardworking man I have ever met. His knowledge and experience is insane. Every single one of his employee’s was courteous and fast working. I cannot say enough about Top Notch.
