TOPAZ (Norodom Boulevard)

A wonderful French dining experience in Cambodia! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and most of all, the steak was absolutely phenomenal. I can’t wait to visit again next time!

Topaz is without question the place to see and be seen in Phnom Penh. From the moment you step in, the refined atmosphere, polished service, and elegant setting set the tone for a truly cosmopolitan dining experience. It draws a discerning crowd — business leaders, diplomats, and tastemakers — making it as much about the company you keep as the cuisine itself. The food is beautifully presented and consistently well-executed, but what lingers is the sense that you’re dining at the very heart of the city’s social and cultural scene.

Haute couture of French Gastronomie. You can’t go wrong with TOPAZ. Epitome Epicurean food, service, wine, atmosphere. Manicure service and food the ultimate place while in Phnom Penh. They went out of their call of duty to make sure I could get my Grand Marnier Soufflée a signature dish (not on the menu anymore unfortunately) thanks to the Chef for that very much appreciated and made my evening. You are the Eiffel Tower or Notre Dame of Phnom Penh. I will keep recommending this outlet. Thank you all for a memorable evening. Eric C.

Spectacular setting and amazing food !!! Too bad I couldn’t stay for my main course - beef ! The beef soup was lovely, the salmon tartare amazing…. I love it. I will be back

I truly resonate with the concept behind Thalias Group. Their restaurants, Topaz (upscale) and Khema (casual, though still luxurious), hold a special place in my heart, and I absolutely love both of them. Once again, this visit exceeded my expectations and proved to be an exceptional experience. First and foremost, I was impressed by the peaceful atmosphere of the restaurant. The space was sophisticated yet calming, creating a perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. The quality of service was equally remarkable, with the staff displaying thoughtful attention to every detail, making me feel truly cared for and comfortable throughout the meal. The level of service here is truly a key part of what makes this restaurant stand out. The food, as always, was of the highest quality. Each dish was prepared with precision, offering fresh and flavorful ingredients. The wine selection, too, was expertly chosen, pairing wonderfully with the dishes and enhancing the entire meal. The attention to detail in every aspect of the dining experience is what makes it so enriching and enjoyable. Additionally, there was an unexpected surprise during my visit (which I won’t elaborate on here). It was a gesture that further highlighted the warmth and care that the restaurant extends to its guests. It’s these little touches that make dining here so special. Thalias Group consistently delivers top-tier quality and service, and I look forward to more wonderful experiences in the future. I can’t wait for my next visit.

The atmosphere and services were excellent. But all the dishes were too salty to me. The worst thing was that bugs kept flying around my table and some were stuck to my wine glass. It was very unpleasant and I can't believe that how such a fine dining restaurant is unsanitary.

An expensive French restaurant offering professional and quality dinning. All is well. Except I’m not well-off enough to be a frequent comer here. A cup of hot latte costed $5.
