Topcamp Sjøsanden - Mandal

Beautiful and family friendly camping site along with easy access to the lovely beach! We enjoyed our stay and kids loved to play in spacious outdoor playground. Shower and WC facilitu are clean, it would be nice if there are more place for dish washing. There were some spots with deep depressions in the ground, making them less ideal for pitching a tent. You should carefully consider where to set up your tent. Our tent actually got completely flooded during a heavy downpour, so we had to move it to another location. In overall, Strongly recommend this place to anyone, but especially for family with kids!

Horrible experience, extremely buggy app for the service rooms. Faulty booking system, got checked out at midnight. Essentially nine hours with no toilets at all.. When we talked about it, they said it was our fault and asked us to leave immediately if someone else came. We had booked for to 12 that day.. And pretty much said we were in wrong for their buggy system, since the only thing that happened was us arriving at 11:50 last night and used the app to get into the property. Ten mins later on the clock, we were suddenly checked out.. If you absolutely went to stay here in future, ask for keycard asap. The app is completely trashcan of bugs that doesn't work.. PS: The beach is suffering from poisonous fishes as well, so be aware when bathing there..

We have been here for quite a few years in a row but today a woman with a dog from Topcamp approached us very rudely. We booked our place as usual and were told it was not OK that our daughter slept in our van instead of the caravan. Very sad display of aggression towards us. She even stepped towards us in a threatening way with the big dog. I'm sorry, but that is unacceptable behavior, especially as we're here with kids.

Very nice camp with all facilities you may need, sanitaries are clean, kitchen is very well equipped. The camp is situated by a beautiful beach in a forest, walking distance to the city. Belongs to the upper part of prices within camps in Norway but we found it worth the cost. Great plqyground for kids of all ages

Deluxe 20- infested with ants, small parking, no microwave, fan in toilet does not turn off or keeps turning off and on at night walls are shaking from the vibrants it makes-no good sleep.

Brilliant location in mandal on the beach just 30 minute drive off the ferry at kristiansand. Found a discount code with 40 % off on their website, so it was a good price for the a good pitch. Norway is pricey though. Reception sells bread and coffee in the morning. Lots of Good clean facilities. Highly recommended.

It’s ok for a big site, no really our thing but was convenient for ferry at Kristiansand. If you do auto check in you must collect bathroom access card from reception or machine. We arrived late and didn’t do this as wasn’t clear on entry or in booking confirmation, just hung round toilets till someone let us in. Bathrooms very clean and fresh, however mine flooded, reported by email with near immediate response. Nice beach setting. No pics to share as it was bad weather when we were there.

Close to Kristiansand ferry port where we arrived. Located at a very nice beach and the pretty city of Mandal. Very modern showers and toilets also very clean. There’s a little shop for groceries.
