My stay at Topsides was wonderful. A genuine and warm greeting from host Cindy. Comfortable and nicely appointed rooms with tasty daily continental breakfast. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Met a lovely assortment of guests from various parts of the US and the communal breakfast table is a great place to exchange travel tips and meet new friends and fellow travelers!

Cindy went above and beyond to make our group feel at home. We were in town for a wedding and it was a convenient location to Brewster Academy and it was a pleasure to walk/stroll all the way into town. We had a great time. The bed was comfortable and the room was cutely decorated. I think I had the Martha's Vineyard room. ||||We hung out on the deck/patio for hours in between wedding weekend activities. ||||A little pricy, but worth the comfort and pleasures of home rather than a stuffy hotel. Also perfect location for what we had planned.

This is a lovely little B&B in the cutest little New England lake town. ||Our room was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, and the nautical themed decor fit the area perfectly. ||The owners are friendly and accommodating. ||We stayed only one night, but would not hesitate to stay longer in the future, if our travels bring us back to NH.

Although this is one of the more expensive lodgings in Wolfeboro, it didn't match what we expected of a good B&B. Although the owners were helpful in giving us a ground floor room, the room itself was small and lacked electric outlets to charge our devices. The breakfast was mostly supplied cereals, pastries, and beverages. The owners were nice, but not always available.

We stayed here for 5 nights. We were visiting friends in the area having travelled from Devon, England, UK. We had the prettiest room, light and airy. Fan and air conditioning in our en suite room. We were made very welcome. Delicious continental breakfast is served each day in the dining room between 8am and 9am. Coffees and teas are available all day. There is a covered comfortable porch to sit on and relax and parking off road. Easy walk into town and to Lake Winnipasauki (about 10 minutes). I would thoroughly recommend this B and B. Thank you Cindy.

Although the rooms are a little tight and the bathroom tiny, I would seek to return to this B&B. The proprietor, Cindy, is as hospitable as any innkeeper I have ever known and will do what she can to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfasts, although hardly gourmet, are fine. Location is superb. The price attractive. Can't wait to return. I recommend Topsides!

Yelp
I've just returned from a one night stay at this quaint B&B centrally located in Wolfeboro. Cindy, the proprietor, is very attentive and accommodating. Each room is nicely adorned and we selected the Governor's Room which had ample space and extremely comfortable. The queen size bed provided an excellent night's sleep and there was no shortage of towels available. Personally I didn't care for the bathroom toiletries but being finicky I travel with my own. There is a very nice continental breakfast provided in the dining area where you have an opportunity to interact with Cindy and the other guests. What was most surprising and very much appreciated was the fact that we didn't have anything to do until the afternoon and Cindy was kind enough to say we could stay as long as we liked. She provided this courtesy to another guest who was in a similar situation. This was a very pleasant experience and there is no doubt this won't be the last time we visit Topsiders. Thanks Cindy!

Yelp
I've stayed here only once and found the stay cozy and comfortable. The rooms are beautifully decorated with nautical themes and uniquely antique designs. The beds are stately and was exactly what I needed for a replenishing sleep. Mornings at Topsides provides a full continental breakfast. Keeping with the antique theme, the dining room hosts great conversation among guests with fresh fruits, tasty pastries, coffee, juice etc. The owner/manager, Cindy, is very pleasant and accommodating and I highly recommend a visit if you ever find yourself in the area.

Yelp
Review long overdue* My daughter and I spent a couple days here at Topsides B&B back July 2016! Such charm! Simply lovely.

Yelp
This had to be the worst bed and breakfast I have ever had the experience to stay at. From finding bugs in my bed reporting it to the owner having nothing said or done finding a dirty bathroom and when I complained I was given a bottle of disinfectant and a cloth to clean the toilet myself breakfast is not yogurt and fruit I don't know what amenities there talking about there were none. Left a day early and requested a refund for that day that I was leaving because everything was so bad and it was refused

Yelp
Just came back from our 2nd stay at Topsides. It is a great hidden gem just a short stroll to the downtown area and town dock. The owners have created a beautiful B&B with rooms tastefully appointed with antiques. Each room has a private bath. Coffee and tea, chocolates, ice and a refrigerator are all available in the common area. Brewster Academy is next door. Breakfast is a treat with an ample spread highlighted with handmade quiche or French toast, fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, cereals and pastries. Cindy said she feels like visitors are her guests and it shows! Beautiful flowers and gardens, comfy back porch all make it a very pleasurable time. Brewster Beach one street over. We walked downtown for dinner. Reasonably priced in an area that commands top dollar. A great value. We will be back!
