Wow, this place is fantastic! It's located close to Milton and has almost every brand store you can think of. I went on a weekday and it wasn't crowded at all, which was great. It has something for everyone in the family! The only problem is that it’s an outdoor mall with no covered walkways, which makes visiting tough during cold or snowy weather

The staff are friendly, and it’s conveniently located close to downtown Toronto. There are many different brands and products to choose from, and parking is very convenient. The staff at each brand store are also very friendly.

Toronto Premium Outlet Center is huge and packed with a great mix of stores. It's a perfect spot to take the whole family. There’s something for everyone—men, women, and kids. The outdoor setup makes shopping even better, especially on sunny days. Just be prepared for some long lines at popular shops, which can take a bit of time. The outlets create a fun outdoor shopping vibe. It's spacious and organized, plus there's plenty of parking, although finding a spot can be tough on weekends. The food court has some tasty options to refuel between shopping, and there are comfy spots to relax if you need a break.

Toronto Premium Outlets is an excellent shopping destination if you’re looking for branded items at discounted prices. You’ll find a wide variety of stores like Nike, Adidas, Coach, and many more. The outlet is spacious, clean, and easy to walk around. Parking is usually available, though weekends can be very busy. Food options are limited but decent. The photos and videos shared are from December 25 (Boxing Day), when the outlet was especially lively with great deals. Overall, a nice place for a full day of shopping.

TPO Mall is an outdoor mall, which is awesome to visit in Spring to Fall. For winter shopping, it may be chilly and challenging as you need to walk outdoor to go from one store to another. Having this said, there are always awesome deals of good brands so it is always worth to pay a visit. We go especially during back to school days in August. Also, the parking garage is very helpful. Plenty of parking and during busy days such as weekends in Summer, staffs are available to guide you. Also, there are live spot availability is displayed at the entrance and each floor.

Toronto Premium Outlets is one of my favourite places to shop! The mall is clean, spacious, and easy to navigate, with a great selection of stores offering solid discounts . Parking can get busy on weekends, but there are plenty of spots if you don’t mind walking a little. The outdoor layout feels modern and welcoming, and there are good food options for a quick break between shops. Definitely worth the visit if you’re looking for deals!

It’s truly my ultimate shopping paradise! From Gucci and Versace to YSL, Dolce & Gabbana, Jimmy Choo, Lululemon, and Hugo Boss every visit feels like a dream. Be sure to set aside an entire day to explore HaltonHills Premium, because there’s just so much to see and enjoy. The atmosphere is absolutely stunning I’m sure you’ll fall in love with it! Excellent place to go buy brrands and of course not branded stuff too It's a huge covered area where a lot of walking is required however shopping under one roof makes it great There is lots of seating in case one gets tired Do not miss the fireplace during winter evenings which makes it a pleasure to be there This place is actually value for money Do not miss the vending machines , food trucks and the food court there The huge never ending parking area is a big big plus

In my opinion, Toronto Premium Outlets mall is one of the best shopping malls in the GTA. It is very well-maintained and clean; it has great selection of stores like Tumi, Tory Burch, Coach, Aldo, Rudsak, Nike, Adidas, Mackage, Lindt, Puma, Ted Baker, Kate Spade, Polo Ralph Lauren, Roots, Burberry, Gucci, Yves Saint Lauren, Sandro, etc. But, I think the food court could be improved since it doesn't offer many food options. Last time I went here, it was in the middle of the week and during phase 3 of Ontario reopening plan, so all the stores had limited customer capacity and at times, I needed to wait in the lineup to get in. Most of the stores had sales, but they didn't have many products to offer. Stores like CK were literally empty; No dresses, no jeans, no purses, nothing.

Toronto Premium Outlets (in Halton? Lol) has a good selection of stores. I like that it's not ALL premium luxury stores, mostly because not all the stores here are "outlets" or even have amazing deals. I would like to see more stores geared towards children though. Especially close to a lot of cities with young families, it would be more convenient. The parking lots are also very limited, so their parking garage has been greatly needed. However, having only 2 exits and 1 lane each way to drive around the property only means it's a nightmare to come/go when it's busy.

This was my first time at this upscale outlet mall. They have tons of surface parking, but also some covered parking, which was great to help keep car cool. There is covered walkway to the mall, which is an open air mall. They have Prada, Gucci, Tory Burke, Ferragamo, Longchamp, and of course the usual Nike and Adidas etc. Lots of high end retail here. And lots of shoppers. 3 stars for this large outlet chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have.

A one-stop shop for all your shopping needs. All the known and premium brands under one roof. Lot's of options to satiate your retail therapy and most have pricing better than their standalone retail outlets. Most staff are friendly and helpful, the washrooms are clean and I love the fact that some roundabouts between the walkways have options for kids to play with. Ample seating arrangements done along the walkways. They have a lot of open air parking lots and have a covered parking building as well.

Outside outlets are my favorite People were very friendly bathrooms were clean. Sites were fully stocked. Prices were moderately reasonable. Nice selection of clothing and shoes

I honestly don't mind shopping here in fact i really enjoy going here during the summers-to absorb some Vit D, do some window shopping and pick a few things here and there. So during the summers I hardly pay a visit to indoor malls unless absolutely needed I throughly enjoy going to TPO and with time it has really grown into my favorite shopping spots with so many stores opening now and then. So for new shoppers I highly recommends picking a map from the information desk inside the food court. There are lots of shopping options from high end like Gucci, YSL, etc to some amazing mediocre stores.For althetic wear lovers you will find Nike, Puma, Adidas and many more.Lots of kids stores with great pricing. I find it to be great spot to buy sunglasses.My two favorite stores are Off Saks fifth and Sunglass hut, I just picked up an amazing Dolce and Gabbana sunglasses for $149 plus tax which is a steal. There is lots of parking with the new multi level parking lot that was recently constructed.I suggest going here on weekdays-weekends can be crazy. Not a super fan of their food court I feel the options are so limited-I wish they bring in some popular fast food chains in here. Coffee here is always sorted they got second cup and Starbucks. Hope these tips were helpful and happy shopping.

I have been here quite a few times....more like a tag along in 2020 and 2021. Maybe it's really just me, but I dont understand the hype for this mall. Theres a better one in Niagara with better parking and less crowds. Walk in a few stores, avoided the ones with line up. During pandemic it has been quieter because pre pandemic there were line ups carrying on from the highway (also not sure how safe that is, to be stationary while vehicles pass you at 110-130km/hr but it seemed to be a recognizable line up always on weekends). There are some food trucks, there are some walk in deals like Banana Republic would provide discount incentive if you spend $100! But then again the similar deal was available in a Cambridge outlet location with no line ups. Change rooms were open, because who would want to inconvenience visitors with try at home options and free returns. Oh yea and I dont understand why it's called Toronto Premium Outlet mall, it's not even in Toronto. It's in Milton. Maybe I just dont belong here lol.

Updating my review for you guys! Stores have definitely improved with high-end stores like Gucci, Burberry, Prada, Balenciaga, BUT this is by far a true "outlet". There's nothing to buy here for the bargain hunter! Pants at the lulu pop up were $100! Sweatshirt at Icebreaker was a bank breaker at $300! UGH. To me, it's a place to take a stroll on a nice, NON-WEEKEND day, that's it. Like the last reviewer said, much better deals to be found across the border.

I love going to the outlets! Why pay full price for something when you don't have to?! I visited these outlets twice in 3 weeks. The first time was during the day on a Friday afternoon during normal working hours. There was no trouble getting into and parking at the outlets and there were no lines to get into the stores, even the popular ones like the Lululemon pop-up. We also went there on Labour Day weekend Saturday. There was a line that started almost off the highway to get into the parking area! We also weren't able to drive into the garage from the main road - there was a staff member directing cars to go around. It took us about 20-30 min to get into the lot and find parking. There was a special $10 premium self-park area. These spots looked like they were full but there were attendants there that might be able to help you out. In the structure, they have lights above each of the spots - the red indicates that the spot is taken and greens are empty. You can look out for those as you drive around. There are a lot of staples that are here like Nike, Adidas, UnderArmor, Puma, and Reebok - you won't want for athletic wear after this! They also have luxury brands that are at the other end of the price scale with Saint Laurent, Gucci, Balenciaga, etc. These were the stores that mostly had lineups since they try to offer personalized assistance to most customers. This is an outdoor mall so it gets hot in summer and there's a possibility you get rained on since it's open air. It is mostly covered for the most part. The AC is blasting inside all of the stores so that's not something you have to worry about. Some stores are dog friendly and they may note it on the outside of the store. Others have signs that don't allow food or drink so just make note of that as well.

It's got dozens of stores and next to no available parking. If you get in, you get to see terrible people with shopping bags. Yay. It's the closest Body Shop for me but such a nightmare I go anywhere else for muh lotionz.

Let's begin with parking. BRUTAL. Nowhere to park. People fighting over parking spots. Wth. Never going there again. The mall is under construction. Chaos!!! The pedestrian walking area is tight. And honestly, not too many stores compare to some of the outlet malls. Couldn't find directory of the store locations. Foodcourt.... super limited choices, as if I am in a small tiny mall instead of a premium mall. Meh.

It is the worst of the branches that I know of this company. I visited the store that is located in Niagara where they have a purchase promotion and through it I won a free lipstick through the company, but unfortunately, they did not have my favourite colour. They told me that I could use the coupon at any branch and choose the lipstick of my liking. However, when I presented the coupon in this branch, they told me that they couldn't receive it and even though I explained and asked them to call the Niagara store, they did not want to do it, after much insistence, the employee Sarah called the "supervisor" who supposedly told her that they didn't know about the promotion. We ask you to speak to the supervisor because it is unfair that the client has to go through shame and a hard time due to a lack of communication with her employees. In short, they were not interested in calling the Niagara store, nor the supervisor, even the employee Madeleine in front of other clients accused us of disrespect when they were only asked to provide the service they are supposed to offer to clients. Since she couldn't show what offended them, she proceeded to keep quiet. It's honestly the worst shame I've ever seen in my life. It is a total lack of respect for the client and inconsiderate. They even told us that if we wanted to talk to the supervisor to find out if the coupon was valid or not, we should come back the next day. Don't visit this store, the customer service is horrible. In the end, I couldn't use the coupon. Here you have the proof:

It is pretty big with many stores. Also, it gives off an open feel with the no roof in some areas and roofs that is not attached to the top of the stores. There is a indoor food court area. However, there are food trucks if you choose not to eat in the food court. Some stores you will have to wait in lines outside of the stores. These stories are mainly luxury goods/brand stories such as Coach and Burberry. BTW: You will have to walk everywhere though some sections have cover areas/roof. There are newer renovated parts and slightly older parts. During the renovations, they got rid of some stores (which sucks and I enjoyed visiting them) and add some others.

Wowza! I never expected the outlets to be as busy as they were this week. I ran up there specifically for the Nike store to grab a gift for a friend. It was packed! The Nike line was longer than I had hoped for - but I drove all that way so mentally prepared myself to stand in line. Just after I joined the line, a staff member came up to me to let me know they had just closed the line at 5pm (it was 5:05 and the mall doesn't close until 7!). I of course, obliged and left the line - I understand where they are coming from and they certainly cannot do much about the mass amount of people that were there. Since we were there, we thought we would browse another store - womp womp! Every store had a line. I am sure it didn't help my irritation that it was almost 45 degrees outside this day haha. Many people were walking around in masks, I didn't, because we were outdoors. But then on the way out I saw an extremely small sign that said masks were required within the mall grounds - woops! Noted for next time (errr if there will be a next time). Signage for mask requirements could have been more visible and clear.

Smart shopper tips: - go online or pick up a map/directory at customer service inside the Food Pavilion to plan your shopping strategy. Make sure to plan eating and resting in between. - go in the mornings during the week to avoid crowds. - inclement weather is the perfect time to go since people are less willing to go out, but dress accordingly since it is an outdoor type mall (walkways are covered). - shop at the end of a season (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) when the former season's clothes are discounted 70-80% off and the new season's clothing line has arrived. - look for the clearance rack or section. - get a job at one if the stores, employees get an additional 40% off even on sales items (40% off of a clearance item already marked 70% off is major savings). - sign up for their VIP Shopper Club for email alerts and even more savings. Went midday on a Tuesday, not to crowded at all. Found parking on the outskirts of the parking lot, no biggie because coming to a HUGE outlet we were prepared for a workout (wear comfortable shoes). Went with friends which makes shopping so much more pleasant. We arrived at a perfect time when Winter items were on clearance for 70% off and the Spring line had just arrived. Lots of outdoor benches and even lounge chairs in front if a long (gas) outdoor fireplace for tired shoppers or non shoppers to rest. Limited but varied (Italian, Mediterranean, Japanese, Chinese and Subway) fast food choices at the food pavilion. No fancy restaurants because I'm sure people want to save their money for shopping. If you want to save buku bucks on designer name brands, this is the place to go.

never seen a mall this crowded on a weekend. oh, forget about weekend - not even on boxing day! also if you are lucky then you will directly make it to the parking building which is adjacent to the mall.. otherwise good luck finding parking! Not sure how the name came from when this mall is literally in Town of Halton Hills which is not even in Toronto area.. the sales are OK, not so great when you compare with any other outlet malls. it's probably overhyped at this point - or could be just that one day when I decided to go there. but it's utterly crazy - people asking if you are leaving the mall when you just parked.

I would rather have a colonoscopy without anaesthesia, than ever having to return to this abominable place. Slim selection, dubious quality merchandise, rude, pushy clientele and for the most part, disinterested, detached staff. Who can blame them? Decent enough service at Adidas, Pepper Palace and Lindt only. This was a painful experience in total. Cole Haan was a disgrace - not quality merchandise, lots of poorly constructed and old, tatty-looking items. Their signature has always been quality products at their retail stores which I love. This entire Outlet Mall consisted of lots of overpriced, sub-par merchandise, for the most part. Horrible, pounding music and just an overall nasty vibe in this outdoor 'mall'.

This mall is a huge disappointment. I came on a sat, there was lots of traffic on the highway and locally near the mall, it is far enough already. The parking lot is tiny (we were lucky and found a spot cause another family was leaving and we followed them) How is this a premium outlet? No premium stores, the selection of stores is small, even inside the stores is small. Line ups for most of the stores. The food pavilion is tiny and long line ups to get food. We only bought some stuff from Hugo Boss, but the white dress shirts were regular price, fail. Oh well, we know to not come back ever again.

This shopping centre is HELL on earth. Weekend shopping in October was like Boxing Day. There is only one main entrance to the mall, because the highway is to the south, and there is farm land to the east. So you can only exit from North side, and enter from West and North sides. All the parking was full. All five levels of the parking garage. 1) loud music playing in the common areas 2) Outdoor - exposed to the weather 3) Crowded with too many shoppers 4) 25% of the customers still wearing masks as of October 22, 2022 - this means they are still germaphobes and will continue to be for years to come even if other people have returned to being normal. Seeing so many fearful people makes me uncomfortable, because these people will demand more restrictions that will ruin my life and force me to be labeled as a second class citizen. 5) Lack of cultural Diversity makes this place feel like shopping in the flea market. Customers and staff all come from Asia and Middle East and Africa. And yet we are told the opposite is true by our censored news media. If I wanted to see people who look like me, I would shop at Bramalea City Centre. 6) No English spoken by the customers, who shop in large groups, like a wolf pack, they bring the whole family together to shop together in the store. Making the store loud and boisterous. My foot was run over by a stroller. Who brings a baby stroller inside a clothing store? Not many good shopping centres left in southern Ontario. There are all becoming as welcoming as the Albion Centre. Sad.

The first ever Premium Outlet in Canada opens in Toronto area today! This is certainly exciting news for Shoppers. What makes Toronto Premium Outlets different than Vaughan Mills? If you want to go to somewhere as a "destination", you might be disappointed here. There are only shops and nothing much fun for the kids to do. The option for food is disappointing too, with only 6 Fast Food option that is even less than some of the smaller neighbourhood malls!! I do have to give Toronto Premium Outlets some credit for bring some International based shops to Toronto: Icebreaker Merino (New Zealand), Mountain Warehouse (UK), Ted Baker London (UK) and even the first Restoration Hardware outlet in the province. The Grand Opening Special is great if you have the time to line up before the store is open! I got a $25 Puma Gift Card and can spend on anything on top of the discount and specials! Sweet. I would not go back until the excitement die down as it was quite busy at some stores (Coach, Michael Kor) with people lining up to get in! Great location, Right off Hwy 401and Trafalgar Road.

I went back to Toronto Premium Outlets recently and it has much improved since my last visit a few months ago. So I'm upgrading from 2 stars to 4 stars. The Coach Outlet this time had lots of boutique transfers not just made-for-factory outlet items. Prices were good: 50% - 75% off the regular prices. I got a boutique skinny mini for $12!! The Michael Kors outlet also had several boutique transfers (which is rare for Michael Kors in Canada). They had some boutique Hamilton Totes (with the lock and key) not just made-for-factory outlet Hamiltons with the plaque. Boutique transfers were 25% - 50% off the regular prices (they were mostly 25% off, the 50% off one was a flashy gold woven Hamilton). The Hudson's Bay Outlet was still awesome. Really great prices. They had a pair of Free People jeans for $12.99, Ralph Lauren pants for $9.99 and some INC capris for $5.99. They also had some Coach bags selling for cheaper than at the Coach Outlet (!) - and they are all boutique bags at the Bay. All the items from "The Room" were 80% off the regular price, then another 25% off that price. Still outrageous in my opinion though, I mean I saw a blazer that was regularly $7800, so even with all the discounts it was still over $1000. Way out of my budget that's for sure. However, all the other stuff not from "The Room" were really affordable. The Banana Republic Outlet had jeans for around $10. The Lindt Outlet had chocolates that I haven't seen at other stores that sell Lindt this time (i.e. grocery stores and drug stores). Prices were cheaper than at my last visit, although only if you buy larger quantities (i.e. more than 8 bars of chocolate). The Cosmetics Company Store is open now! Prices are not spectacular, but where else can non-makeup artists get MAC cosmetics for less than regular price (except for Ebay and those invitation-only warehouse sales)? Prices are only 10%-20% off regular prices. And unlike the Cosmetic Company Stores in the USA, this one does not sell those "Gift with purchase" packages. You can see my original review for more details about the actual mall. I just wanted to write this update to say that the mall is more of an "outlet mall" now than it was when I last reviewed it. Much better deals makes me one happy shopper :)

Great mall overall but it is jam packed during weekends. If you want to go on Black Friday or Boxing Day, you have to prepare to go right when it opens to secure a parking spot. And yes, it is outdoors so you have to dress for it. You generally get some discounts like at Columbia. Lineups can happen even outside of the Christmas season.

I stopped by here while heading back to Markham from Waterloo. After seeing the construction happening from literally when it was a billboard, I had to see for myself how the outlet mall is like, compared to the other ones I've been to (Birch Run, Waterloo, Woodbury, Grove City). Already upon entering, I found the parking setup to be a little awkward. If you're coming from the 401, don't take the first entrance; it leads to a carpool lot that's separate from the mall facility itself. Yes, I fell for that as well. There's two entrances (from what I can see), but only one exit (on Steeles). Considering the size of the mall (very small), the store selections were average. You do have the usual popular ones (Michael Kors, Coach, etc), but there were one or two unique ones such as Mountain Warehouse (a British company). Aside from that, though, it's not much different from the outlet malls in the US, which does drive me away from shopping here in the future, as US taxes are lower (although the drive there might make up for the lower prices...).

I have been to this outlet three times. I just realized that I never been here alone. I have also been here with different sets of friends, colleagues, and loved ones. The first time was with a food friend. We went in the summer. It's nice being outdoors for half the time. I got some chocolate at Lindt Chocolates, which did not melt! I also got some great deals at Columbia and Eddie Bauer. The last two times were in the winter. A year ago in January, I had two colleagues from Sweden visiting. They didn't have a car, so I offered to drive them over. They had a blast picking up cool items at discounted prices. They were so happy that they took me out for dinner afterwards! My boyfriend accompanied us to this outlet on the same day. I had to convince him to visit this outlet, as it is in his way home. I got him hooked on Hudson's Bay. Not only did he buy me a pair of mittens that day, but he had been buying clothes at this store ever since! He still tells me about the $30 wool sweater that was considerably marked down and wears often. Last Friday, after a long day working in Waterloo, my manager suggested stopping here for some retail therapy. I was game. Traffic was pretty nasty anyway, so we both needed to stretch. I got a nice fleece pullover hoodie from Columbia for $18, which was 60% off. He bought a nice purple winter jacket for his daughter. He also went crazy at Aeropostale, getting three sweaters for himself for $5 each! I like this outlet a ton. If you're crazy enough to shop here when the windchill is at -20°C or colder, you are a true shopaholic and perhaps a bit crazy (speaking for myself here).

I was not impressed with the Toronto Premium Outlets. I am a huge fan of Vaughan mills (since it's huge and it's a lot closer). The only reason I went was to check out the coach outlet and they didn't have anything special to offer. They have expanded their parking which is nice. It also looks like they are adding or expanding on the side(stores? Restaurants? No idea because there is not sign indicating what's in store for the future). The food court also has very limited choices and they aren't very fresh :( I wouldn't recommend anyone to trek all the way here when Vaughan mills is much closer and has a better selection

It was ok not really all that, I wouldn't say this is a outlet mall lol it's just a basic mall with lots of designer store and everything is regular price. Armani exchange store was the best

I go here all the time. Mind you I've been to most malls in Ontario and hands down this is by far the best mall! Affordable prices and the fashion is on POINT. The New York fashion and all the trends you'd find here for reasonable prices

Okay everything here is dirt cheap except for the food!!! Crazy hard to find parking. But it's worth it. They also have free wifi! They have sales almost every weekend at almost every store--a few of which are designer brands like Kate Spade and Coach. I went into Banana Republic and found a navy cardigan--something I've been looking for for awhile now. Unfortunately, it was from the Petite section, 50%. I did however find it in the Normal-people sized section for 60% off! The entire store also had 20%. So I got a cardigan valued at $64.99 for almost 20 bucks. What a steal. I also got a beaver tail--which was pretty over priced. $5.05 not including taxes but it was worth it. Cinnamon sugar. Delicious. If you're an avid shopper, come here to look for some great steals.

Toronto Premium Outlets, I will rank it 3.5 as the the Coach here, the deal is pretty good. For example, for the clearance section, it is 20% plus another 50% so many bags in the clearance section are around $112. The Tory Burch and Kate Spade, usually there's a small line up. I find this time the deal is not as good as the Coach. Overall, not bad for an outlet closer of a drive but if you want less people, maybe driving to the Niagara one is worth the time.

This mall have come along way With the new stores opening, the new parking structure on premises, along with all the good stuff happening at this place, Toronto Premium outlets have become a great shopping destination. I find it best to shop there during the summer, as it is an outdoor mall, gets very cold during call days especially when the cold winds blow down those little allies.

Reebok used to be one of my favourite stores to shop at. They had amazing staff who created a friendly and positive environment anytime I would shop there. Unfortunately my last visit was made unpleasant as I watched a grown man yell at a young girl about the importance of time. She seemed very distressed and the fun environment I am used to shopping in has disappeared.

I am rating a 1 star of the layout and environment. and a 2 star of the stores and selection pricing etc. starting with stores , I personally feel clothes are ram sacked and messy all over. Sloppy. Waiting in lines due to limit. Understand COVID-19 restrictions , despite that regard ; it was like this years before being a customer and regular since opening. It is going downhill. The fact that is is open based leads me to my major concern. Starting with : Too much walking. My daughter is in a wheelchair and my grandmother pushed her around. It took us 1 HOUR to get from The Body Shop to the Second Cup Coffee shop. Most definitely room needed for improvement in the maintenance department. Within the first 10 minutes we hit a stone and the wheelchair ABOUT tipped over. Next we almost collided with one of many litters among the walkways , a Starbucks coffee cup that was. I understand the volume of people a day in and out. But that can be re-enbursed with more of a clean up crew perhaps. Two hours after shopping my grandmother needed a seat. Well every bench was full. Stubborn people would not give up a seat for her. Resulting her to sit in my daughters wheelchair. That is not right. My daughter suffering from Down syndrome had to be held by myself as many folks were resting, sleeping, texting and calling taking up all the benches. I do not blame the people. I feel, IMO, they need to add more benches. That is my biggest concern. Lots of walking, lots of people, several stores and busy means a break is needed for most while a wife or husband enters a store alone and they wait. But my situation was very bad not a single spot after 2 hours. Parking is an issue too. Be prepared to walk a lot. We got the wheelchair pass but they were ALL occupied. Well what really upset me was a BMW was parked sideways across 1 wheelchair spot and a half. Occupying almost 2 spots without a wheelchair pass. How does this happen? Is there not parking security ? We ended up confronting the fellow to see him asleep in the car. In all much needed more staff is required. Thank you.

After their underground installation, I think this Premium Outlet mall is able to better sere their customers. That being said, the centre is a little more crowded now, but there's plenty of space inside, that it doesn't matter how many folks visit this Premium Outlet location. This Premium Outlet is great if you want discounts towards 1) handbag stores such as Coach, Michael Kors, Kate and Spade, etc. 2) athletic wear such as Nike, Adidas, Puma, etc. 3) Winter wear from Columbia, Mountain Wearhouse, Eddie Bauer, etc. or trending clothing outfits from GAP, Dynamite, Forever 21, etc. They have decent sales once in a while and year round sales as well, the sales take place probably a timing of sales to big malls. Come here to save you a bit of money, if weather is okay and you don't mind walking in a semi sheltered mall design. Summer is quite nice with fake grass layouts and small areas for children to play!

Do you like driving far distances to the middle of nowhere just to "score a good deal" at an outlet mall? NOT ME. Do you like joining the conga line that on a busy day starts right at the highway off-ramp and ends at the parking lot, and then driving around in circles to find a spot? NOT ME. Do you like the same old shit you can find anywhere else? NOT ME. Even for someone like myself who is not a fan of mall shopping, the novelty of a new GTA outlet mall (by an American mall developer) wore off the moment we drove off the 401 and joined the automobile lineup that lead straight into Toronto Premium Outlets. It was a busy long-weekend Saturday, so I guess 100,000 other people had the same dumb idea of visiting this unremarkable isolated consumerist island consuming otherwise valuable Southern Ontario farmland. The bloody place was kind enough to welcome us all by hiring the Halton Hills Police to block off all but one entrance to the mall, making for terrible traffic. If the blockade is meant to help alleviate traffic, the idea is lost on me. The cops at least had the courtesy to block off the misleading carpool lot. Then came the circling-around-the-lot-to-find-someone-who-is-leaving-so-we-can-park part. Feels like Boxing Day at Yorkdale. There's no need to remember that you parked in the Itchy or Scratchy lot, as the mall's parking area is actually pretty small for its size and calibre. I bet Gerrard Square has more parking than Toronto Premium Outlets. Here, you'll find mostly the same upscale brand name stores you can find at most other outlet mall infecting this planet. Sure, this mall has exclusive names like Ted Baker London (and slowly soon a Burberry outlet), but if you are here just for Gap or J.Crew, what the hell are you driving this far for? You're better off going to Vaughan Mills, which is much closer and transit-accessible. And oh, the lineups to get inside some of the most popular stores is stupid. A lineup for Coach, a lineup for Kate Spade. And why would any zombie line up for Lindt's?! You want cheap chocolates by the pound? Head to their Markham Road (Scarborough) location--again, closer, rarely crowded and also transit-accessible. I am not a cross-border shopping regular, so I cannot speak of comparative savings or variety of stores. I can't imagine the savings of American shopping would offset the costs and trouble of going to Buffalo--then again, the whole idea of outlet shopping is you go very far to feel like you saved a lot. Hence you may instead find yourself this far from Toronto, in a mall that dares to refer to itself as Toronto. What I can speak of is how depressing the atmosphere is, down to the big-box-scale industrial architecture and the zombie crowds. The outdoor mall concept is novel for the summer, but wait until the Canadian winter kicks in. And the food pavillion is a big building, but inside you'll find a huge and literally hungry crowd of people eating and waiting for food from the building's 5 or 6 stalls of the usual disgusting mall food court perennials like Subway and Villa Medina. A campus cafeteria or highway truck stop has more variety than what you'll find in this calorie-boosting craphole of a pavillion, which represents the mall's only food choices as of Labour Day 2013. Not that I ever eat fast food. But going this far to be bored and disappointed--and walking away with only a sweater--is not my idea of spending a weekend. The farmland that surrounds this mall is more interesting--hurray for urban sprawl, I guess. Its geographic isolation might make this mall a great setting for a future season of The Walking Dead... or a reinterpreted Dawn of the Dead remake. {DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS: the 401 to Trafalgar Road (exit 328), and turn north. The mall is clearly visible from the highway, but can only be accessed from Steeles Avenue at the next lights. Don't be fooled by the separate carpool lot on Trafalgar right after the off-ramp.}

Despite the packed parking and tons of walking, this is a great place to shop in the summer with many great deals. However, the food court is always busy too, so look out for food trucks for fast service. I've tried the Jerk Chicken poutine at one of the trucks and was pretty good!

Wow I didn't realize there was a huge outlet mall here until this week. You'll find the same stores as at the Niagara Falls NY outlets, and most of the stores at the Niagara Falls ON outlets. Burberry is at this location. There was ample parking, but it was incredibly packed with shoppers on Sunday. Also, people do the half unconscious, zombie type shopping here, where they walk into you, snatch up multiples of every item, and knock things over without noticing. This is a place for serious shoppers only. Also, the deals really didn't seem as great as the US version. Extra star for proximity to Toronto.

I should rate it 1 star, just to keep the crowds away from this hidden gem of great finds at great prices. Well worth the drive!

This is possibly the worst mall I've been to in a long time. Not because it's messy or dirty. Not because it has bad stores. Not because of bad service ... simply because it was never built for people to actually park and shop. The parking situation is a gong show at best. I arrived at 1 pm on a Saturday and when you see a neighbouring cow field with the words spray painted crudely on a piece of wood "More Mall Parking" I knew things were not good. I kid you not but people parked illegally everywhere ... half up curbs, random non-parking lot spots, on the exit and entrance roads... EVERYWHERE. And in each row, you had at least 3 cars waiting for people to come out. I miraculously found a spot after 15 minutes with each minute swearing I'd never come back. People can't shop if they can't park their cars! Basic planning 101! Aside from the terrible parking situation, the stores are in an outside big box feel. There's a good mix of high end and low end. They had tons of sales going on (60% off) but the deals were on nothing interesting. Most people were shopping though .. hard to resist the extra 50% deals at Coach or Tommy Hilfiger. I personally left empty handed and wishing I went to Square one instead. Though it is busy, you can find a parking spot even if it is in the middle of Alaska. At least you have a spot and you can shop.

I've heard so many mix reviews about the Toronto Premium Outlets so I definitely had to check it out for myself. The week that I went, I ended up going twice that week. The deals were so amazing, well at least when I went. Some stores are not worth the trip like Nike, as mentioned by Reynold, not much of a huge price difference between the outlet and a full priced Nike store. The same follows for Michael Kors. Overall, prices are a disappointment. The places where I purchased things had amazing deals; Fossil - Buy 1 get the second for 50% off and take an additional 25% off on the cheaper item Kate Spade - Entire store was 50% off the lowest ticketed price and an additional 20% on select styles Danier Sketchers Etc. Honestly, it really depends on the week you go. That's why the website is a great tool to check what deals are being offered in stores. Black Friday is going to be a mad house! Make sure to come early because parking spots go quick and are very limited. One more thing, Burberry is set to open sometime in December! Stay tuned :)

This place is insane. Tough to park. Tons of people. Lots of lineups everywhere. Thought briefly about going into the Starbucks but the lineup was stoopid. So I just kept walking around. The only reason for 2 stars over 1 star is that you get to walk outside and get fresh air. I do not want to come back here. I think they have some deals but honestly. If you add up all of the time spent trying to get in, trying to get out, waiting in lines, you are likely paying more anyway.

It's one of those things that you get very excited about before you go, and when you go, you're like ....oh. This mall is pretty nice, the area looks great! In the summer, the outdoor mall is pretty nice, but in the winter... oh Lord, it's brutal walking through. Sometimes, you just gotta duck into random stores to keep warm. There are not that many great stores here, I'd say the ones with the best deals are garage/dynamite(they have 75% off clearance most times), Kate spade (they have 40-70% off most of the time), fossil (they have a clearance watch section with watches $20-60), lindt (they have 50-75% off clearance), and on occasion tory burch has pretty good deals as well. The other outlet stores are not that much different than the ones in closer malls (aka vaughan mills). It's not really worth going to... maybe once a season? Other than that, don't waste your gas and time.

I had heard a lot about this place and came with high expectations. The first Premium Outlet in Canada and I was excited to see what the hype was about. Arriving at the Outlet, we were greeted with a long line of cars waiting for an open parking spot. After several minutes of painfully searching and waiting, my friends and I luckily were able to find a descent spot. The mall is a huge outdoor complex. There is a wide variety clothing stores at the Outlet. Some clothing stores include DKNY, Puma, Coach, Banana Republic and many more. During my visit, I purchased a V-neck shirt from DKNY and Puma Sport Shoes. Many stores, including Puma where I purchased my shoes, had long lineups waiting outside the store. The food court does not include many fast food options. This is disappointing for anyone looking for a quick bite to eat. Toronto Premium Outlets did not live up to its hype and expectations. Although the outlet is huge, the parking lot was disorganized and the format of the stores was chaotic. However, I would return to shop at Toronto Premium Outlets. The stores fit my personal style and taste. I recommend this to everyone who is in need of clothes shopping.

This Toronto Premium Outlets recently opened up in Halton Hills off of highway 401. There were some decent sales as being an outlet mall. Lets get one thing out of the way. This is an open mall so in winter it would be tough for people with kids as going to store by store you will have to step outside. There is a food court in the middle of the open mall with plenty of seating. I had Villa Madina and they were a rip off as they were stuffing salad and hardly any meat in all the wraps and their plates were smaller compared to other locations. They have second cup for coffee also located in the middle of the mall. There washrooms were decent and are located well. There is plenty of parking so don't worry about it. The Halton Hills Outlet Mall was quite small a few years ago, but has since ballooned to being a must-see shopping outlet for this region. Car lineups from midday and on stretch into the streets. I was here on Victoria Day and arrived around 11am before the rush of the crowd. Parking was limited by then, but not impossible to find, especially if you don't mind parking further away. There are many stores here conveniently placed in a rectangle. The usual brand-name outlets are here, sporting good deals and opportunities to save money. For comparison, it's about the same size as the new(ish) Niagara Outlet Collection, except with fewer big stores. The Toronto Premium Outlets are kept clean and in good order, with a few dining options in the food court. They are still building add-ons so I can't wait to see the finished product. I cannot stress enough the importance of getting there early or else you'll be caught in traffic hell for a while.

It's a foregone conclusion - Canada never seems to be able to do it right compared to America. I go to the Premium Outlets across the border often so expectations were high. My pal and I stopped by en route back to Toronto after a weekend in Niagara. The shop directory has a lot of known brand name stores, including Burberry, Kate Spade, and Michael Kors. I was not impressed with the selection or prices. Not the fault of the Outlet, but I was not impressed with the clientele - on Sunday afternoon it was like a meeting point for all people with no social skills - pushing, not saying 'excuse me' and standing RIGHT in front of the door. The food court is also sad; it's hardly a 'food pavilion.' It was great to see what all the hype was about, but I feel that the Premium Outlets in America are so much better (even with the exchange rate). Good for: shopping

I almost didn't go to this outlet mall when I read the reviews, but since it was closer than the niagara outlet mall, we ended up going. I had low expectations walking in, but to my surprise, the mall wasn't as bad as I had anticipated. The major benefit is that CAA members get a free VIP Coupon book, which would be $5 if someone wasn't a member. Go to the food pavilion and show your card. There's also a 10% discount at gap and banana if you show ur card. I liked that the mall had USB/plug outlet stations in the food court so I could charge my phone! Nice detail! The parking was okay. I ended up parking really far back, but there seemed to be ample spaces. We went on a Saturday afternoon around 12:30pm. The set up of the mall and sales were similar to the Outlet Collection mall in Niagara Falls. There weren't as many stores, but we still did tons of damage to our credit cards!

If you are shopping for brands, I would suggest you come and take a look at this outlet mall. Whether you are look for high class or mid class shoes or clothing price range, I bet you can pick something from here. It's less than a hour driving from the city (without traffic).

Lots of construction in progress and parking is a madhouse.
