My stay at the 2 room cabin at the caravan park was nothing short of comfortable and excellent. It was clean, well kept and organised with clean linen and utensils for basics. There is really great team that looks after all the campers at the park who also enjoy a good banter - Kudos to you all for the attitude which is infectious and spreads to the campers ensuring they have a good time. Thanks for the amazing stay and prompt assistance with any questions I had. The Caravan Park is a beautiful stay for tourists in an area that is close to the city centre, beach, places to try food, and shops to choose activities from too. Thanks for the great 3 days Foreshore Caravan Park Team. :)

Could not beat location, one side straight out to beach and other side straight out to restaurants/pub. It's old school caravan park cabins. Everything you need, all clean doona, sheets fridge, hotplate and microwave. I loved my stay here. We were here in early may and it was quiet as.

Lovely glamping pod - cosy and comfortable. Well equipped with fresh linen and towels. Kitchenette with fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. Washing up tub supplied with dish soap and tea towels. (A tap was provided outdoors) Broom and dustpan. Excellent heater to ward off winter chills. A few hooks would be useful to hang a coat. Just need to remember to take your own sharp kitchen knife. Bathroom facilities were immaculate.

The park itself is lovely, however, it's so expensive. I booked 2 nights for a camp site and was charged $280. It was not during school holidays or summer. When I queried it by email they said it was still a peak time. when I looked again the day before arrival I saw the prices were almost half. |so I was better off not booking in advance.|On arrival they said that the new system is predicative and adjusts rates based on demand. I requested to move to a pod or studio cabin and they said nothing was available. The next day I asked again as we hardly slept. It was so windy and noisy as a result. They said that the studio needed to be cleaned.|I saw there were so many empty cabins, glamping sites and caravans and they just wouldn't accomodate us. So we just had to leave.|Basically paid $280 for a powered site for one night.

We stayed in their glamping tents which need more inside lighting and a little addition of a kettle would have been great. Outside lighting was very poor with steps and trip hazards everywhere.

Very poor service. Had to change plans at last minute and tried to do the right thing by the park. Rang and spoke to sally. Before I could even explain why I couldn’t make it I was advised even if you were jn hospital you wouldn’t get a refund. I was shocked to hear this as I wasn’t after a refund only a chance to advise park so they had the opportunity to give the site to someone else and perhaps create an opportunity for a future credit. Sally went on to say they could sell this site many times over but was still unwilling to assist me. For a park that charges a premium $150 a night for an unsullaged 5 meter site I thought customers might be of more importance. To hear such a shocking reply was of great concern. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Horrendous customer service. Sally is extremely rude. Park very poor. Extremely over priced at $150 per night for a powered site with no sullage. Tiny site also at only 12 feet. Amazing anyone stays there. Run down annuals doted around park makes it look even worse. Wouldn’t recommend. Right across the road from rowdy pub with people using park as shortcut to beach.

We chose Location which was costly , assuming the beachside cabin would be quite lovely . The Cabin needs a lot of maintenance, we entered into a hot stuffy cabin which appeared to have been closed up for some time. Swept floor and surprisingly there was a fair amount of dust in pan Terrible shower head, needs replacing Mould visible on outdoor ceiling Roomy spaces, needs coffee table Lack of PowerPoints may be for safety but annoying Some globes need replacing Outdoor seating very uncomfortable and cold Many of blinds have been installed incorrectly and difficult to open/close
