The helpers who flag walk-in queries makes everything flow rather efficiently. I went to open a new account. Nelly took care of me and provided first-class service. The entire process took about an hour. If you can complete the EDD form (in Spanish) before hand and have a recent proof of address, your CURP cert and IDs (FM3 and passport) then you are good to go.
