Four bones of ribs? Four? Is this the kids menu? A rack has 12 - 13 and a half has 6. If you are going to charge $26 for four bones you should say the number on the menu. The only reason for 3 stars is the ribs had good flavor and chew despite being pre-smoked and reheated on the grill. My wife had the chicken and salad which was 2 leg quarters and she said it was ok. If you go here hungry, don't get the ribs.

I had pretty high expectations, given this place was rated a 4.7. They had a lot of parking, which was nice. You walk up and order and sit down. The staff was very nice! We got the chicken as well has the ribs. The food came out fast! As for sides we got the baked beans as well as potatoes. The chicken was dry and lacked flavor, which is the same problem with the ribs. We may have just came on a bad day, but it was not the best experience. The atmosphere however was top notch!

Cozy and international setting with foods mostly from local farm. The BBQ is so delicious. We ordered ribs, chicken salad, vegetarian, and also salmon. Fresh. Tasty. The portion is also so good, not too much and not too little. We had enough stomach to enjoy the delicious desert! The waiter also gave each of our daughters a toy and also flowers. This restaurant has wonderful food! Friendly ordering at the window. Sit inside or outside and wait to pick up your order at the other window when your # is called. Sit outside and watch the sunset! Highly recommended! Bring your own alcohol. It's so nice not to have to drive to a restaurant when staying at this campground! Hours are 5pm - 9pm everyday.

We stayed at Thousand Lakes RV Park for 2 nights. The smoker smelled great during the day and it looked fun, and so convenient. You don't have to stay at the RV Park to go. After a good hike at Capital Reef NP we came in and had the smoked Tri-tip and Chicken with salad, both were nicely smoked, moist and tender, so good we returned the next night and I got the ribs, which were also fall of the bone good. The sides and desserts were also very good. They do not serve beer or wine but allow you to bring your own. Compliments to the chef!

This is a MUST! This BBQ place is truly the best! We read the reviews and actually stayed at the Thousand Lakes campground because of it. The atmosphere is great. I love the outdoor feel with amenities of being indoors. It rained so hard while we dined and we stayed dry but had the feel of outdoor dining. The chef is personable, passionate and so friendly. And...he even has tofu! Everything was OUTSTANDING! The meats were tender, perfectly seasoned and nice sizes. The coleslaw tasted like a pina colada...with hints of pineapple. The mashed potatoes were the best we have ever had! And the cornbread and honeybutter were off the charts amazing!!!Please do not miss this place. It is only open certain times of the year....so plan your trip accordingly. We cannot wait to go back!

Steak is the best! Recommend medium rear Rib eyes and tri tip are very good as well! Highly recommend this place

Went hete because of all the 4 & 5 star reviews. Didn't think it l8ved up to the hype, plus very expensive for the setting (wood outbuolding & picnic tables & plastic plates /flatware) and do-it-yourself condiments, table bussing. Complimentary flatbread appetizer was strange and not good. Tri-tip was very good, tender...the positive. Pork ribs were dry. Pineapple slaw was o.k. but very watery. Could taste the garlic in the mashed potatoes, but they weren't creamy, almost like tjey were made with water, not milk. Jalapeno cornbread dry and not tasty. Place was way overpriced, would not recommend.
