Not pleased with the customer service in this location. I am a big time shopper of Torrid. I used to visit the Woodbridge location in which closed earlier this year. I felt so out of place . No one greeted me and my sister coming in.. no one asked if we needed help or nothing but than other people coming in were greeted and helped. My thought was because we were Hispanic? Hate to call it that .. but it was so uncomfortable. Never visiting again.

Love going to this store..I live out of the area, and do not mind the long drive to the store..this location has more of a selection than some of the other stores..everyone is so nice ESPECIALLY KAITLYN..she goes above and beyond to help the customer. She is so friendly and professional. My new go place every week now!

I absolutely love this store. Kaitlyn and everyone else always goes above and beyond to help me find something to wear and I never leave the store without something. They are always so professional and helpful and so very nice and kind. I always look forward to shopping at this location.

I’ve edited this from 1 ⭐️ to 5 ⭐️…. Here’s why 1 ⭐️ reason initially : There is serious attitude by the store reps here. I placed an online order on 9/8. The info given says to wait 14 business days. And also doesn’t give tracking so my order was going directly to the store. Here it is 9/27. I decided to call customer service and ask if they have any information regarding my letter that was shipped to the store. They tell me that it was signed by a representative in the store on 9/23 and that the store is closed at the moment. Apparently customer service is in some other country and doesn’t realize that It is noon time here. So I tell them don’t worry about calling the store, I will do it. I called the store and the person I spoke to had serious attitude and said it’s in the expired bin and when I asked her why I wasn’t contacted, she immediately said the email probably went to spam and I said to her it did not go to spam because there was no email and I’ve checked the spam. I’ve checked all email folders. Just to make sure that I’m not overlooking it. There’s nothing and she said we don’t call the customer either. When would you like to come pick it up? At this point, I’m so frustrated because, I don’t want to deal with attitude. I don’t want to deal with customer service that doesn’t give you the appropriate shipping information. It consistently tells me that it’s still being shipped. There’s no tracking number and I don’t want to deal with attitude at the store. As a customer service representative for over 40 years I do not appreciate attitude. It’s not necessary with the client and I don’t have to shop there. 5 ⭐️ reason for change : I went in on 10/8 to retrieve the package. They actually gave me a courtesy call a few days prior to advise that the package was still there. I appreciated that and told them I’d be there in a few days. So on 10/8. There were 3 sales reps in the store. All were extremely nice and helpful. Helped with return and reorder. Explained rewards policy. Etc. Such a different experience in person. I have a completely different view of this location.

I've been a frequent shopper of Torrid for years particularly this location. Today there were only 2 workers in the store. One was helping a customer checking out merchandise and another was on the floor "pretending" to fold clothing each time I went into a different section of the store. I was going to take advantage of the promotion going on, but I put the shirts I had back on the racks. This interaction made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Not once was I asked if I needed any assistance finding anything. This occurred in the evening hours after 5 pm. Educate your staff on how to treat and greet customers. I will take my business to another location!

I have been a Torrid customer since the first one opened in NJ. I was very disappointed today at this location and will not return. I was in store shopping with my husband, and there were two cashiers dealing with two customers holding up two registers with purchases but leaving the counter to still shop, holding up anyone else from purchasing their items. My problem was that they should of either canceled the transaction or asked the customers to complete the transaction so another customer could be serviced. The customers were rude and said oh I have to rush because people are waiting and continued to shop. My husband and I just left the store. The customer still continued to shop
