1 ⭐️ reason initially :
There is serious attitude by the store reps here. I placed an online order on 9/8.
The info given says to wait 14 business days. And also doesn’t give tracking so my order was going directly to the store. Here it is 9/27. I decided to call customer service and ask if they have any information regarding my letter that was shipped to the store. They tell me that it was signed by a representative in the store on 9/23 and that the store is closed at the moment. Apparently customer service is in some other country and doesn’t realize that It is noon time here. So I tell them don’t worry about calling the store, I will do it. I called the store and the person I spoke to had serious attitude and said it’s in the expired bin and when I asked her why I wasn’t contacted, she immediately said the email probably went to spam and I said to her it did not go to spam because there was no email and I’ve checked the spam. I’ve checked all email folders. Just to make sure that I’m not overlooking it. There’s nothing and she said we don’t call the customer either. When would you like to come pick it up? At this point, I’m so frustrated because, I don’t want to deal with attitude. I don’t want to deal with customer service that doesn’t give you the appropriate shipping information. It consistently tells me that it’s still being shipped. There’s no tracking number and I don’t want to deal with attitude at the store.
As a customer service representative for over 40 years I do not appreciate attitude. It’s not necessary with the client and I don’t have to shop there.
5 ⭐️ reason for change :
I went in on 10/8 to retrieve the package.
They actually gave me a courtesy call a few days prior to advise that the package was still there. I appreciated that and told them I’d be there in a few days. So on 10/8. There were 3 sales reps in the store. All were extremely nice and helpful. Helped with return and reorder. Explained rewards policy. Etc. Such a different experience in person. I have a completely different view of this location.
