Let’s start off by the only reason why I give a 5 star is because of the young dark skin lady that works there.. Let’s start from the beginning, my niece really wanted a pair of slides for school this year and me being a great uncle I said cool let’s go. My mother ended up going with us. As we walk in the store not one employee greeted us or acknowledged one of us. As we make our way to where the sandals and shoes are where the white sofas are my niece picked up the sandals that she wanted, remind still nobody acknowledged us. I wanted her to experience what it was like to go into a high-end store. Within five minutes of being in the store, they young dark skin woman came from the back and finally spoke to us and asked us if we were being helped by that time I was already sitting on the sofa with my mother. We explained to the young lady that this was my niece‘s first time ever coming into the store and that she wanted the full experience so the young lady offered my niece, some sparkling water and a champagne glass and then offered to talk about the sandals that she wanted. So within 15 to 20 minutes of looking at different sandals and trying on numerous sizes and numerous styles mind you, my niece is about 6 feet tall with a big foot lol but my niece came to conclusion that she wanted these certain sandals, and they did not have her size so the young lady helped us order them online and reassured us that they would be shipped to the house in a timely fashion And that she apologized that nobody helped us within the first five minutes of being in the store with that being said, I explained to her that there was only three other customers, and there was about 10 employees that are working there, and not one person acknowledged us except her when she came out of the back room And we thanked her very much and was very pleased with how she handled us as consumers in a high-end store. I wish I could remember her name at the end of the day. The consumer wants the experience wants to be happy wants to be comfortable around the sales people at a high-end store and at first nobody made us feel that way, but thank goodness for the young lady that came out the back room to help us. She deserves to run that store one day with a definitely pay raise. She originally wanted the ones with the sparkling stones on them. I believe they were like $325 but the young lady explained to us that the little rhinestones would eventually fall off so we settled with these ones that are in the picture.

I worked with Kelly and she was AMAZING! She was so friendly and thoughtful, I was able to find birthday presents for two very different people with her help. I had a great experience in the store and all the sales associates were lovely - I'll definitely be back!

biggest overpriced junk i ever bought, hi price without the high quality or warranty behind the product. this company advertises that they manufacture in the United States Brazil Italy but at the very end it says China because I guarantee you 90% of this crap is made in China . Three daughters and a wife. I bought a few pair of these and watched many times as there was a defect and they were told. I’m sorry there’s a reason why we’re not covering it when it was clearly junk to begin with. Do yourself a favor go spend your money on quality do not shop here . last time we took a shoe to be looked at by leather expert, possibly to fix, we were told it was not real leather your foot sits on but a rubber composite ( recycled materials )

Great experience here! Took my wife for some shoe shopping and the gentleman helping us went above and beyond to find the right shoe and size to her liking. We ended up buying 2 pairs. Store is clean and helpful staff.

Melissa was a very helpful, patient sales rep who stood out amongst the others. It is because of her that my wife felt comfortable to complete her purchase. She even went the extra mile to help correct her Tory Burch profile, after the wrong information was input when the profile was created. She was willing to take action where others would not. The store has a luxury feel, and the products seems as though they are high quality.

Observing associates lounging on couches instead of taking time to address waiting customers is more frustrating than failing to open your store on time. Answering the door as if your annoyed with the customer for not understanding why you store isn’t open is just ignorance and poor customer service.

Mary Kate was professional, well spoken, and provided an exceptional shopping experience. She was patient, detailed and was very helpful. Tory Burch is lucky to have her as an associate, she should be promoted. A+

Last week, I bought some shoes, the shoe size is small, I tried to change to a larger size, but I still felt that it was not suitable, so I asked for a return. They accepted our return with great enthusiasm. Thank you for their patient service, worthy of the height of the brand！

I entered the Tory Burch boutique and was immediately greeted by a very wonderful associate Angela. She kindly showed me around to show me what was new in store. Angela helped me pick out the perfect bag for my current needs. Once I made a selection she checked me out and also kindly checked my ID for the applicable military discount. Saved me almost a hundred dollars. I'm thankful for Angela as she was so kind.

Tory's are my absolute fav sandals to wear to work. They are not only super cute but they are comfortable. And they go with anything actually. The store is located on the upper level of the IP mall near Neiman Marcus. The store is clean and organized. Staff is welcoming and attentive to customers. Great selection of items and if you don't see in the showrooms just ask. Like the padded Millers I wanted were not in the showcases but they did have in the back. Staff was super helpful in offering suggestions on the sizing which ultimately helped with a better fit and look of the sandal.

This brand is a bit bougie for me, but it's right across the way from Lululemon (where I always shop... wayyyy too much), so I pop my head into the Tory Burch store every now and then. It's a beautiful store with beautiful designs, but the double T design can be a bit overwhelming on certain items. If showing off brand names is your thing, then some of the items may be of your liking. I like her items for the aesthetic in the designs and the subtlety of her brand mark when it doesn't take up the entire space on a product. After reading a previous yelpers review, I decided to read into the designer's history and overall story. She may outsource to China, but she does that to keep "luxury" items somewhat affordable. She did start a foundation in her name, which supports the economic development and empowerment of female small business owners. Upon walking into the store itself, I am always immediately greeted and offered suggestions. Yes, I know they work on commission, but I like the fact that I usually wander in there in sweats and slides with my little kids in tow, and they don't judge me. The only reason I'm docking 2 stars is because I didn't get offered a Corona or champagne as mentioned in the previous review and as seen in other yelpers pictures (then again, that review was pre pandemic) and secondly, the store amazingly doesn't offer online ordering and in store pick up. I prefer online shopping and pick up so I don't impulse buy which can easily happen here!

The ladies on staff today were awesome! Katiana assisted me personally, but everyone on hand were friendly and engaging. All were helping to find the perfect bag to accompany the loafers I purchased. I was offered a bottle of Water while I shopped as well. Enjoyed the experience.

I always get wonderful service when I come in here. Today, I was extremely disappointed because I had ordered a Tory bag from neimanmarcus.com, and it was supposed to be overnighted. A day after it was suppose to arrive, I was notified that they were only beginning shipment. There was no way it would arrive in time for my event. I contacted Tory and got in touch with Savvy who was able to help me find a replacement over the phone. She took several pictures, modeled the accessories on other associates, and even FaceTimed with me when my fiancé arrived at the store to pick it up. All of the associates went above and beyond to be extremely helpful when I was feeling extremely defeated and overwhelmed. (I had a wild migraine I was dealing with along with feeling unprepared for my un event). In a matter of minutes, they were able to pull several accessories that would work for my event, and other future uses. When my fiancé was hanging up with me, he communicated that he was going to stop for a beer before heading home, and I heard the associate in the background immediately offer him a glass of champagne. So, they literally took care of anything and everything they could to make life easier for us. Amazing team. Amazing teamwork. I'm so grateful for everyone involved.

Anthony was very kind and helpful with assisting me with my purchase! While shopping I even started to feel a little lightheaded and he offered me water and a snack ! I appreciate his kindness and help!

The first time I went to this location years ago I had a bad experience...I spoke with the manager during that time and I have not had a problem there since. Savenah Is awesome she's very courteous and knowledgeable of the products and really cares whether or not you like what you purchase. I wish I could give her five stars alone because she's well worth it and she's always helpful and kind. Sydney Is also very kind and helpful as well. I truly appreciate the assistance that I receive from them when I shop at the store. The remodel looks really nice inside. I love the brand and over the years I have become more familiar with it And I love the fact that the products are high-quality.

I wasn't very impressed with the made-in-China $500 purses and bags, the $68 candles, or the cheap ass $50 flip flops. The clothes are pricey prepster women's wear. The story of the $ billion founder is interesting. It would be nice to see her support opportunities for artisans, artists, cobblers and craftspeople in the U.S. instead of outsourcing all of the company's production, mostly to socialist China. The Tory Burch logo thingy is kind of cool except when it's big and unsubtle which is garish and unstylish for my taste. It seems to stand mainly for conspicuous consumption and as a status symbol. But you can't by awesomeness. A mini Corona or champagne while you shop? I'm a fan. If the Corona had been full sized and had a lemon or lime in it I probably would have gone five stars. There is a "love list" of made in the USA brands you can find online. Some brands offer lifetime guarantees!!! They invest in our communities, artists and artisans instead of trying to make the biggest buck off people's aspirational purchases.

Five stars because every shopping experience should include champagne! I have never stepped foot in Tory Burch because I know the handbags are out of my price range. Lucky for me, I have a very generous husband! During a recent shopping trip my husband was trying to find every possible distraction so that I would not take him shopping for clothes. When I pointed out a purse in the Tory Burch display window my husband immediately walked inside so we could check the price. I thought he would have yanked me out of the store upon hearing the cost of the purse; instead he asked the sales rep if she could help me select a matching wallet! The staff was so friendly and helpful during our visit. As we browsed through the selection of wallets my husband and I were offered a complimentary glass of champagne or a Corona. Very classy! I don't think I could have asked for a better shopping experience than we received at Tory Burch!

Had an amazing experience yesterday at this store! My mom has been wanting a TB purse for what it seems to feel like ever and finally I was able to buy it for her and the experience was very good. Anthony made us feel very welcomed and they offered something to drink which I didn't get because I had both my babies with us! But I will definetly be back to make sure I get the full experience. My mom was very pleased with her purse and sandals!! Thanks

I absolutely love Tory Burch, something about the Tory Burch Logo and colors i'm drawn to. Unfortunately, the customer service is in need of serious improvement. Everyone runs around, not knowing the prices, where the product is, etc. The manager just stands by the door and never smiles or says hello. Anytime you go in to ask about an item that you bought and was damaged, they just look at you like, "Thats's too bad", they never will allow you to return it a damaged item.

My wife drags me to this store from time to time when she wants to spend a lot of money on shoes or boots. However, there is a secret for you you guys in the same boat as me; they often have beer, wine and champagne hiding in the back room somewhere and are happy to give you some while you wait!! It can make an hour of watching shoe trials a lot more palatable. Other than that, the staff are always nice and friendly, store is clean and my wife seems to enjoy it.

This store does not know customer service. I shop in Houston, TX and this store. The store in Houston has the best customer service. This store is rude, and does not know what good customer service is.

Warning!!! Do not buy items at the Orlando outlet and try to return it to the "boutique" at Tampa's International Mall. I was specifically told at the outlet that I could return an item at the Tampa store, but no, they refused to allow a return or an exchange. I will not be patronizing this store.

Worst customer service here. Non of associates were interested in helping me. I love Tory Burch and I'd rather buy online.

Just meh. I don't know what it is about these places. Do they only target those who "look" like they are going to purchase something? I stopped in here to browse and had no acknowledgment from any of the employees. I had to ask someone where the jewelry was and even then she still didn't engage and ask me if I was looking for something special. I've worked in retail a very long time in my past life and I just wonder if customer service/saying hello is frowned upon in high end stores. Just rubbed me the wrong way. For the silver lining, this kind of place would be perfect for someone like my husband. He would go in, pick the item is he wants, purchase and be on his way. No conversation would be needed. Ha!

In my experience rather we were purchasing something or not the treatment was the same...the staff are always friendly, professional, polite and was always greeted with a smile and a "please let me know if I can help you with anything", I have been told I look like an ex NFL running back LOL (but I was a soccer pro) the store is small but always very clean. Is Tory Burch a store you are going to shop at every weekend...NO...well...hhhhmmm naw NO... but when you do it's all about the experience...go and treat your lady or yourself and receive the what I call "The Tory Burch experience" it might be a secret...but they do have complimentary champagne, beer, wine, etc...enjoy being waited on...after all it's your hard earned money you are spending so enjoy the purchase. So fellas take a seat and kick your feet up...well don't do the feet part LOL ladies enjoy a glass of champagne this is going to be a 30 mins - 60 mins of shopping in this store... As for returns we took a large wallet (from 3 months ago) back because of the zipper and with no receipt no information in the system the associate exchanged it out for a brand new one with no hesitations.

Shout out to Jen who went above and beyond to help me out after Tory Online cancelled, without warning, what was going to be a Christmas present for my sister. Jen was so kind, cheerful and helpful even in the midst of a stressful holiday season. Thank you so much!

Terrible service. The sales staff was extremely unfriendly and rude. I had a similar experience several months ago and thought they may have been having a bad day. I was obviously mistaken as I was treated just as badly this visit. I will not be returning to this store.

I am a retired military wife and mother of four. I love good things and I work hard to get them. Tory Burch is one of those brands that I love! Everything under that umbrella is elegant, and well constructed. I have to say that I am a bit intimidated when I walk into their stores...but last Thursday that changed. One afternoon when I was feeling very drained I was looking for some time to unwind...I happened to be near the mall and went into the Tory Burch boutique...just to peruse. I have to give a shout out to those girls! They were sooo nice! They greeted me not like they were being paid to do it. They really said Hi! and they were so in tune with me that we established eye contact and after the draining day I had, I felt as if someone was there to listen to me and help me cope. My eyes were watery...I usually go through the motions, after so many years, and I contain it all. But the Tory Burch girls were there, After I explained why I was emotional, one of the girls immediately said: "This calls for a celebration, would you fancy a glass of champagne?" It was like 11:30 a.m., perfect time for a bubbly... I was touched...I was there, I was grateful, and the Tory Burch angels came to my rescue to tell me I could just chill and take it all in! They were truly happy for me! And that was special. Now Tory Burch just brings joy. I will definitely keep it as my Numero Uno! Thanks!

Customer service is terrible! The associates obviously base customers' buying power on the way they're dressed! I walked in and waited forever to be greeted by the I welcomed staff while they were busy welcoming people who walked in after me. They're snooty stuck up women who need refresher courses on customer service. Will take my money elsewhere!
