Toscana 52

We came here for our anniversary dinner. It is so cute inside. You don't need to dress up but we did, since we wanted to make it special. I did make reservations but I don't think it was necessary for a Sunday night. Only thing I didn't really like was how the host took us to our tablet and threw down the menu, didn't say a word and then just walked away. I honestly thought we forgot something and was coming back. Just found it very rude and off putting. Our waiter, Conor I believe, was amazing tho. He was very friendly and so nice. My husband loved his chicken Parm but I wasn't a fan. I'm very picky with my chicken, I wasn't going to tell him I didn't like it but he figured it out since I only took a few bites out of it. He did take it off our bill, which was very sweet and not necessarily. We highly appreciate it. The pasta was delicious tho. I definitely recommend coming here for date nights and nights out.

Everything was perfect! Melissa was amazing and made the experience so special. And the tiramisu? Absolutely delicious, the best way to end the night!

Service and Environment were exceptional. Food was good, but there are defenitly better quality Italian spots in the area. For the price I would say it was certainly worth it.

We went on a Thursday afternoon around 2:30 expecting the place to be empty. Well they had some Christmas parties there and there was probably 200 people in two separate rooms eating, laughing and drinking. Despite the fact that they were completely busy service was perfect, the food came quickly and our waiter Connor was an absolute gem. Everything was explained perfectly about their specials and the menu and his service was impeccable. Of course the food is what it's all about and we purchased four things to share. Everything was delicious! Make it a point to go there you will not be disappointed and the prices are fair. They have an extensive bar area and the seating areas are very eclectic.

Food was fair, if you are really hungry. Service was absolutely the worst. We had to get up from our table and ask for a server. Server in our area ignored us. We sat at bar area to wait to be seated. I got up to gather my jacket and purse when my table was ready, before I could grab my half finished martini, the bartender had grabbed it and disposed of it. The food is nothing to rave over and way over priced. The one credit I will give is, desserts. Everything took a very long time to come out from the kitchen. The food items are à la cart, except for the cheap sliced bread and butter. I would not waste money going there again. Definitely on my “ do not return” list. Since my visit was a special occasion, I was disappointed and embarrassed. It was my first time at this location. Never again. f

Great selection of Italian food and specially enjoyed the Greece specials. Well prepared seafood. Had the swordfish special and it was delicious. Plenty of space here and very popular.

Chowder and gnocchi are a favorite. Great service, huge menu, and quiet atmosphere. Private front room gets really hot, the group was hot and could use a few more sun shades. Other than that, was absolutely delicious & perfect for a large group.

Great food and top notch service! Just had a birthday gathering for 12 people at Toscana 52. Our servers, Kate and Sav, were excellent, anticipating our needs and dinner ran so smooth, it was a pleasure from start to finish. The food was delicious, came out fast, and was beautifully plated. Highly recommend Toscana 52, whether it's an intimate dinner or a large gathering. They were extremely accommodating and from the minute we walked in, I felt at home. 10 out of 10, thanks Toscana!

Just had dinner here for the first time in a few years. I used to be somewhat of a regular here, as I lived nearby. The Fiery Chicken Rigatoni was every bit as great as I remembered it. The only negative? Some lady named Dorina was sitting behind me and ripping farts.

What a gorgeous restaurant! Big, beautifully decorated, stellar service and DELICIOUS FOOD! Ironically, Ive never been to the one in my county. We were seated promptly, and our dishes came out pretty quickly. My seafood risotto was incredible! Chock full of seafood, and made right risotto (an iffy dish that most mess up). My future husband (lol) 's pasta pear dish was other world delicious! Humble and friendly server. A lovely evening in all ways!

This was my first time at Toscana. I was very impressed with the aesthetic of the place. Both of our pasta dishes were wonderful. Real Italian cuisine. I can't wait to try the others; they have endless options. The service was excellent.

Salmon. Plank. Good. Sat at bar and very engaging with great service. Nice warm atmosphere and good company (also seafood). Wine. Beer. Business. Check.

This place was Devine. The atmosphere was so warm and the service was great. I recommend this place for a nice date night or evening out with your loved ones. Will definitely go back to try a few more items on the menu.

Hana was my server again. How lucky! She's always very attentive and professional . Great recommendations . We ordered the mushroom appetizer . I love mushrooms and this is pretty fresh and yummy !! I ordered Gnocchi and it was so delicious and wonderful! What a hit I've never ordered this before! We also ordered the eggplant rollatine pasta . It was also a hit with my bff and very yummy.!

The best Italian food in the area. A rotating menu every week featuring food from 52 different cities/regions. The wine list ranges from consumer grade to more esquire varieties. Every server we had was on top of the game. From describing the entries in the finest detail to making recommendation from their wine list. The is NOT a bar!! And don't leave without desert

When I lived down the street in Feasterville, PA, I never got the opportunity to come here; I always wanted to because the parking lot was always busy. For me, that's a good sign the food is good. I finally got my opportunity to go, and I jumped at it. I was so excited! When we walked in, the dining area felt sexy and seductive. Its lighting was low, and the aroma was incredible. It's a lovely romantic place to go on a date. The menu was extensive, and its pricing was fair. I ordered the Bruschetta Romano, and I was a little disappointed. It's lacking the right amount of oils and garlic for my taste--no authentic flavor. My friend got a Seafood Bisque soup, which was very good. I ordered Chicken Piccata for $17.99, and my friend got the Chicken Parmigiana for $17.40. I love piccata because I love lemons and garlic, and I always ask for extra lemons and Capers for my chicken, but I never receive them. I said nothing because I had already upset the apple cart with my White Russian drink order. My drink came in a tiny glass, and I said when asked if I would like another White Russian, "No, I would like the other half of the first drink, please." he got a little defensive about how I ordered my drink. The waiter told me to ask for a highball glass next time. Okay, that was a first for me. It's a great place to bring family and friends. It's kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible overall. I enjoyed it and recommend this establishment for a good meal.

Service is great. I just wish our entrées had more pasta and were more bigger than portion size because other restaurants like La stalla give you so much more in serving size and their bread is so much better. It's warm and fresh from the oven.

Lobster soup was the best! Everyone should try it each visit. I'm actually addicted to it.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our food. We both really like coming here. The staff are attentive and helpful. I really like the nice, relaxing setting. It could be a romantic atmosphere with that special someone. Plenty of drinks to order from the bar. Highly recommend - was my Mom's favorite - Check them out!

Let me start by saying sadly there are no pics because this was dinner with my boss and fellow coworkers so I had to suppress the Yelper in me and not hold up the festivities by snapping photos of everyone's dish before they tucked in. The dishes looked good though yall! I loved the ambience at Toscana but it was really dark. You may need to use your camera flashlight and for that I did deduct a star. Other than that, service was on point and the meal was delicious. We started with appetizers for the table. Bruschetta, Arancini, Stuffed Mushrooms and Calamari. The Calamari included shrimp and zucchini which were nice additions. I chose the Sicilian Duck (duck a l'orange). It came with a nice crispy skin and pink center accompanied by asparagus and rosemary potatoes. The potatoes were a tad salty. Other dishes were the Terracotta Chicken that was reported to be moist and well seasoned, the Champagne Pear Sacchette which I sampled and found delightfully light and delicious and the steak on their weekly specials menu. We finished with assorted desserts. I shared a Crème Brûlée and the charred topping was perfect. Loved that. I highly recommend.

Went for a business lunch and it was great. Our server (forgot her name.....starts with a J or L...sorry) was really nice and helpful with menu suggestions. I felt very relaxed. It wasn't crowded at all. She was attentive but also let us sit and chat for a little bit after paying our bill. They definitely didn't try and rush us out. I ordered the soup and salad combo. I can't speak on any entree dishes. For $12, I got a big bowl of pasta fagiole soup and a mini wedge salad. I ended up taking my soup home because both were too filling. The soup was packed with beans and sausage. It was very thick with a chili consistency. It would be a lot to have that and a pasta entree at dinner. The mini wedge wasn't very mini. I can't imagine what a regular portion looks like. The lettuce was fresh. It was good but maybe a little overdressed for the size of the wedge. I'm not going to complain about too much blue cheese - yum! If you're looking for a filling, reasonably priced lunch then this combo is it!

I went to Toscana 52 for the first time this evening for a business meeting (The clients picked it..glad they did! Everything from this Italian restaurant was excellent!). We shared several appetizers - Grappa Shrimp with a Buffalo Sauce (incredibly tasty ..the sauce was out of this world!), same sauce used on the Tuscan wings - 20 of these could be a meal! Tender and mouthwatering Fried Calamari was next! Next up, a bowl of Lobster Bisque - it was good, but had a heavier flavor than what I'm used to (I still gobbled it up..lol). The delicious entree was a jumbo lump crab smothered Crab Crusted Tilapia - the Grilled Asparagus and Risotto Cake served on the side were out of this world yummy! The waiter Anthony was awesome and helped make the dinner and our business meeting great! Hats off to him! Next time, I'll be trying out a few of their drinks!

Food is good. Service is fine. If you're looking for a more intimate experience, this ain't it. The dining room is loud because there are a LOT of customers. So if a crowd is indicative of quality, by all means go. But a crowd takes away from the experience. I think the experience is just as, if not more important, than the food and service.

The ambience is so cute in here and perfect for a date night. I had the crab cake, chicken parm with ziti, and wine. The food was really good and well seasoned. The wine tasty and strong. Highly recommended!

Great place to have dinner before going to Parc's casino for a show. Less then 2 miles away. Be prepared for a loud noise level as it's a pretty nice size restaurant. Service was quick and efficient especially after letting our server know we had a time crunch. Dinner was good all around Nothing to overly rave about or complain about.

This was my 2nd visit to the location in Trevose . I was excited to have the ricotta cheese cake as per my prior review was the best part of my 1st visit. The food was eh pretty bland but wanted my cheesecake. It finally arrived at the end of the evening. I was excited, I found a hair sticking out of the middle of the cheesecake and said this can't be. As I looked closer, it was a hair in my ricotta cheesecake Needless to say I'm no longer a fan of their ricotta cheesecake!

I unfortunately have to give 3 stars. The restaurant is beautiful! I was there for a baby shower and it was in a private room nicely decorated. The appetizer's coming out were good, but the entree was pretty bland. Which was unfortunate because I wanted to like it but didn't. Unfortunately, the food has made me sick. Food was great here when I came, very fresh and hot when it came out. Services was good to- the waitress was helpful and made suggestions as to what to order. Place was packed so you know they are doing well. Ambiance was relaxing, decor was nice and welcoming. Clean restaurant, restroom and very friendly staff. I came on a date so wasn't paying but the prices are a bit high- but I'm sure it's because of the fresh ingredients being used. I would return.

Nice looking place - staff all friendly - very large menu. Those last 3 words may be what's wrong with the place. Might be a good idea to cut down on trying to serve so many items and concentrate on perfecting fewer ones. The Warm Crab Cheesecake appetizer was very good and large enough to share. The Chicken Club sandwich is again very large and good. The Gnocchi, although looking really good , was doughy and tasting of flour. The special Octopus in Red Sauce was just ok and needed something to give it a boost. With 2 beers and an iced tea the bill before tip was around $80. Won't be rushing back.

The service was great and food was good but price was high. The atmosphere was nice celebrating a birthday party.

Came in here for a after-work dinner event after attending a whole day training session. Appetizers (Bruschetta and Grilled Octopus) were great although small in portion size. I ordered Grilled Pacific Yellow Fin Tuna with chilled mango salsa and asparagus. The fish was small portion ( thought the waitress apologized) and over cooked (dry), but also has a smell that appeared to be not so fresh. Asparagus also a small portion. The desert with Jersey peach and mango was pretty good.

My family and I went out to dinner at Toscana 52,a place we have had many dinners at. we went there to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. We were seated and then ordered and received drinks. At the table next to us, a mom, dad, and two teen boys were seated. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw the dad playfully hit the one son's hand that was holding a drink. The hand hit the drink and the glass drink fell to the ground. It shattered into little pieces. One of those shards hit the ground then popped back up and hit me 1inch above my left eye. Blood started to poor as it was a good slice. I said,"OMG something hit me!" I asked my family how it looked, how bad was it. The waiter came over and asked, "Are you ok?" He told me that he would get me ice and a napkin, which he did bring over. For about 10 minutes, I sat there shaken up and in disbelief. I was trying to hang in there because it was my daughter's birthday dinner. I wasn't angry at this point because no one intended for me to get hurt. It was a bad choice that resulted in someone getting hurt. The manager came over and asked if I was ok and I replied I'm ok to which he replied," I can hardly see it," which was minimalizing the situation and was untrue. The other family never even apologized. This made me very sad so even after we ordered our entrees and before the food came out, I told my husband that I'd like to leave. I was crying. We told the waiter that we'd like our food to go. Never did the manager come back over to apologize or even offer to comp a portion of the meal. This incident was not the fault of the restaurant and the waiter was kind to me after it happened. However, the manager playing it down was disappointing. My family's dinner was horrible and now I have a small scar. It would have been a nice gesture and great customer service and the right thing to do to comp some of the meal. My family was looking forward to the time, and unfortunately we paid over $200, left sad, me injured, and ate cold food at home. Toscana's would have made our night better if they said, "Here's a voucher for x come back another night, even a dessert. So sorry you didn't have a great time and don't enjoy your meal!"

Beautiful restaurant with an amazing outdoor decor and fountain. The interior is classy and what you expect from a nice Italian restaurant; very traditional. The staff was nice and food came out in a timely manner. The bread was good and fresh. Nice soft center. Grilled Octopus: 5/5 cooked to perfection and pairs well with the salad. Had the right amount of bounce but not too chewy or mushy. Just need a little bit more salt and pepper. Seafood Manicotti: 4/5 Solid dish; good amount of seafood and great flavors complimented the dish well with the tomato sauce. Crab Crusted Tilapia: 5/5 Great cook on the fish so it wasn't dried out and still soft. Nicely seasoned and the crab on top added to the dish. Love the flavors and is definitely a must try if you come here. Tiramisu: 5/5 Great tiramisu that wasn't overly sweet. The flavors melt in your mouth and just draws you back in for more. A but on the pricier side for dessert but still worth it. Great way to end your dinner. Overall I would recommend this place! The food was great and came out fast, the staff was helpful and friendly. Great place to celebrate or have a date.

Food was spectacular and service was even better. Started with a Banana Colada and Apple Martini. (They didn't cheap out in the alcohol). Ordered the Warm Crab Cheesecake for appetizer and for the entrée I ordered the Seafood Manicotti. Everything from the sauce to the cheese was perfection. Girlfriend ordered the Fiery Chicken Rigatoni and she loved it. Rigatoni was tender, sauce had the perfect amount of spice in which it made me steal some more off her plate lol. Both exceeded our expectations. You can taste the freshness in their pasta that you can't get at your typical chain restaurant. Will be going back to try their other amazing sounding dishes. It was hard choosing just one entree. For dessert we had the Tiramusu which was ok. Definitely check this place out; you won't be disappointed!

Food was fantastic, everything was authentic, hot and full of taste. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable and fun! I would highly recommend this restaurant if you want to impress a date, family member or business partner. The ambiance was comfortable and easy going. This was a 5 star experience. I ordered the Chicken Marsala and we also had muscles for an app.

The food was mediocre at best but the cherry on top was the cockroach running across the chair beside my husband as soon as we seen that we got the check and left, our plates had 85% of the food left on them and they never asked if there was an issue or if everything was okay!

Toscana is a cozy restaurant with loads of Italian dishes to choose from. Our waitress Anna was knowledgeable on all menu items with superb communication skills. Our food did take long to come out (perhaps because of the large dinner party next to us) but she always made sure to come back to us and let us know when it would come out. They give complementary bread and butter, but it was cold and hard to chew. Gnocchi is a hard dish to nail, but I decided to go with it anyways. It was ok and probably the only downside for this visit. The other dish, lobster ravioli was delicious. I loved the display of desserts on a big tray instead of a paper menu. There's no way you can skip ordering dessert after seeing all the options!

Been here twice. First experience was great with our waitress. She recommended certain things and was great. Second was a little rough. I brought my baby that was a few months old and needed to change him. Not sure if I was not seeing it but there was no changing table. I had to go to our truck to do it on the seat and it was freezing and windy out. Sucked pretty bad. I think not being inclusive to customers with babies makes me disappointed to say the least. Food and drinks were good.

Great food, service, and atmosphere. I have been going here for years and this place never disappoints. Highly recommend for date nights and birthday celebrations! The staff here are amazing at making sure you are enjoying the food and service

The food and ambiance is good but the service could be better. If there is a next time I would just get takeout.

**BEWARE** Service and food were good.. Business practices - sketchy, at best. My family had a post funeral luncheon at Toscana 52 recently and when my sister was presented with the check, they tacked on a 3% charge for paying with a Credit Card. There was no mention of this when we booked the luncheon. Only when we were presented the check afterward. If we had known ahead of time, we could have made other arrangements. This extraneous charge is not mentioned anywhere on their website or on their menus. I checked diligently. To take advantage of a grieving family this way is despicable. I spoke with the manager, Simone, he was arrogant and offered no relief. Spend money at places that are honorable. Not at Toscana 52.

It was the year 2000. A handful of Italian-Americans inspired by such wonders like Olive Garden and HGTV unanimously decided that Tuscany was the epitome of an idyllic place, where olive oil flows freely and stone tiles adorn every kitchen surface possible. Within 2-3 years, a Tuscan interior design trend swept HGTV and then American suburbia. Enter Toscana 52. Imagine an Olive Garden bought one of those weekly meal planners and secured a Costco bulk discount on string lights and outdoor fountains. Imagine they hired one of those 2000s era Ty Pennington designers and said "your budget is unlimited, but it must look Tuscan". Imagine they dropped this design gem right into the middle of a suburban capitalist wasteland of car dealerships, congested roadways, and political signs as the preferred lawn, window, and vehicle decor. If that's your preferred ambiance, you'll love it here. For some reason this place always smells like mildew. They probably need to refresh the rags their staff use to wipe down tables. The Walnut and Pear Sacchetti is very good, but the portion size is surprisingly small so you might want to order two if you get this dish. Other than that, it's basically an Olive Garden on steroids: privately owned and operated, sans the unlimited breadsticks, with a menu that rotates more frequently, and with a slightly fancier lobby. Give it a shot if you get a gift card. It's not bad, per se, but don't expect an authentic Italian experience. Expect the Italian-American idea of an authentic Italian experience, and you won't be let down.

Massive restaurant best known locally for family made Italian food. Staff was kind, though make a reservation online ahead of time. The restaurant is sprawling, spread across multiple dining rooms. Lobster ravioli was A+ delicious. Veal parm was good but not the best we've had. We will be back to try more on the menu.

Baby. Let me tell yalls something. I ordered ......take out & Sat at the bar & had 2 Whiskey sours. When I tell u that they are the TRURH because I'm HAPPY HOUR LIT..Teeeeee. I'll BRB 2 Let yalls know how my food was Buffalo shrimp, calamari, lobster bisque soup & tiramisu 4 dessert. BRB!...lol. I WILL RETURN either way. The service was EXTRAORDINARY all the way around the boa4d. Thus far.

Extremly high prices for what you get. ordered silician duck. 28.00. 3 small slices of duck meat. 2 skinny pieces of asparagus and a few pieces of potato. Also ravoli in tomato sauce. 4 Ravoli 19.00. comes with no salad . Brought over cold rubbery bread when we walked in for the table. 2 entries and 2 sodas $66.00. Menu said 28.00 for duck but on bill was charged 31.95. Very small portions and bland. Didn't want to argue over a few dollars , So let it go. Literally we were both hungry and had to eat when we got home. Waiter gave me the bill . I gave him 100.00 Bill. His response was do you want change. He was expecting a 40.00 tip. Should have gave him nothing. But gave him 20% for ok service. This place reminds me of a high priced macaroni grill with high prices and lousy food. Never will go here again. If you feel like getting robbed and leaving hungry .This is the place for you.

I've only been here once, but the food and service were excellent!! The atmosphere was like being in Little Italy!! The problem is that the menu has so many different choices that it was hard to choose which one I wanted!! I guess I have to go back soon!! It certainly didn't disappoint!!

Service was okay. Octopus carpaccio was flavorful and fresh. Seafood manicotti was okay. Ordered the fluke special, but it was so salty, it wasn't palatable. Food is okay at best. For the price, there are way better options. Total experience was mediocre.

DH & I decided to take his elderly parents out for dinner on a Saturday night around 4:30. They love Toscana 52. No reservations but we were seated right away. Friends raved about the lobster bisque soup so we gave that a try. We were not disappointed. The soup had a nice amount of lobster bits. The soup had a nice creamy texture and good flavor. We'd definitely order this again. For an entrée DH had the Alfredo Di Roma Classico with chicken. He loved this dish saying it's one of the best. I ordered the Seafood Manicotti. I worried that the fishy flavor would be strong. There was nothing to worry about. This meal did not disappoint. The flavors of the shrimp, crab & scallops blended well with the ricotta & sauce. I would get again. Our parents loved their meals too. Why the 4 stars? Have to say the service was lacking. DH & I only drink water & parents ordered soda. We had to ask a number of times for our beverages. When the bread was served at the table we asked again. Luckily the beverages came before our appetizers. Throughout our meal we had to ask for refills on our water & sodas. When it came time for the check we asked for containers to take home our leftovers. We paid & again had to ask for containers. Finally DH went to get someone to grab us containers. Hopefully service can improve as we'd love to come back for the food.

Beautiful ambiance. Clean. Fresh rose at every table. Professional kind waitress. Quick service. Great tasting food. Desserts were fantastic. Will definitely go there again.

The service was amazing, I wasn't expecting the food to come as quick as it did. The waiter introduced us to the menu and how it changes every 50 days. The food tastes divine, it was so amazing. The restaurant was decorated perfectly with barrels on the wall and dim lighting. Definitely worth five stars.

We absolutely love it , our daughter and her husband love their bar with hors d'oeuvres .

Came here last weekend and didn't regret it! I came here once before and got the fiery chicken rigatoni which was amazing and spicy! They have a huge menu and spotlight a different city every week with food and drink specials - this time it was Venice, so I wanted to try something new. They had a lasagna that was calling my name and I didn't regret it. The lasagna was a decent size and I finished the entire thing because I was so hungry and I was stuffed by the end. My friend and I also split an appetizer, Buffalo caprese which was so flavorful! I also hand 2 glasses of red wine - I don't usually like red wine but these were good. One was a Lambrusco and I can't remember the other one, but it was one of the ones near the top which wasn't bitter. For dessert, we went with our waiter's recommendation - unfortunately I can't remember the name but there were blueberries at the top and the second layer tasted like custard or flan. It was good but probably wouldn't get it next time. Can't wait to come back!

The food here is amazing! I went with the Bruschetta as a starter. Zuppa was Minestrone Campano so delicious. Had the Ravioli de Mamma. With the assortment of beers, wines and other specialty drinks. The service is very friendly and professional. Toscana 52 is very dim but it sets the tone for an amazing meal. I would recommend Toscana 52 for an amazing meal.

Hello, Today we had an event at Toscana, we planned to have it here because we simply love the food. However our experience was far from good. We were promised the sun room as long as it "wasn't booked" by another party. (Regardless of the amount of people) the manager at the time of our walk through told us to put it In for 30 people and then call the day before with the headcount. He knew I had my heart set on this room and wanted my family to be seated at a long table. Well, the day before comes and they tell me that we do not get this room unless we pay the difference of 30 people Also, this room was not booked by another party, no one was even using the room except for one table. Then, we arrive on time and are put in the back of a room with tables set up at random, completely off from what I asked for! No one knew where to sit is was such a mess. I was beyond angry at this point because I had seating arrangements and We wanted to be seated all together, not scattered. We waited 30 minutes just for water! About 20 minutes for drinks, if not more. 45 minutes for our appetizers! This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never have another event here. Oh not to mention the kids burgers that were practically raw and needed to be sent back. I'm very disappointed to say the least.

I love this place! I wish I would have visited here before because it is amazing. The rollatini was absolutely amazing, the mix of cheeses was perfection. The pasta was also fantastic and a nice portion. In a world of Olive Garden and Bertuccies this place is a welcome change with real italian food. They have a nice wine list and a fun bar area too.
