Solid hotel for a great price and good location if you want to be in El Cangrejo. Someone was always at the front desk who was helpful. Good breakfast

The room is very good, especially from a cost to value perspective. Everyday cleaning is very good! Staff is extremely helpful and polite! The breakfast is not the best but is ok to be ready for a new day. Location is within walking distance from main streets and you alway have Uber.

One of the best staffs I have encountered anywhere. Very knowledgeable and attentive. Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. Location is great. The breakfast is free but unfortunately not good. One egg, one piece of ham, 2 slices of bread. There is good all you can drink coffee. Overall very good value and can definitely recommend.

(Pros) Free breakfast buffet was yummy. Property is really nice. Staff is also really nice but not much English language -awesome to practice your Spanish! Beds and room are like the pictures, pretty and comfy. We only needed the hotel because we booked a canal tour excursion with a 7am pick up. We were allowed to leave our car in the parking garage all day for free. ||(Cons) Hotel location is so-so, tight street but okay. Parking is safe in the garage but tight in the garage.

The staff is great. They speak English. The hotel's nice it's centrally located the rooms are very nice the linens are nice sufficient towels good toiletries. The reason I gave it four stars is because they say they offer airport service but the only service they offer is that they'll call you a cab.

As a budget traveler, this place felt like luxury accommodations. Definitely well above budget feel, but at budget prices.||It's troublesome to read prior reviews though. Several months before my stay, another guest reported hot water issues and a broken elevator.....both of those were issues during my stay as well. ||I hope they are able to fix these issues and that the hotel is on its way to recovery, not in decline. I really liked staying here. The staff was wonderful and the room was MUCH more than I expected! Great location, too. Really close to the subway station.

We enjoyed to stay here with our 10 months old baby. Compared to other places service has been good and the room cosy. Breakfast was American style, good and we always found something for our baby to eat. Tasty fruits.|Recommendable!
