Tosei Hotel Cocone Ueno

Great value for money . They have enough supply for shampoo,conditioner,hand wash unlike in other hotels. Coffee is also unlimited for in house guests. Space is a lil small but it’s still fine. Location is great for skyliner and other metro lines too. Very close to Ueno park. Staffs are nice too. Thank you team . Will definitely stay again if i visit tokyo next time.

Nice small clean room. It’s situated near Ueno station so it’s easy to travel to different parts of Tokyo. Across the street is a street full of restaurants and convenience store! You will never get hungry when you are staying at this place. Best is in the reception area, there’s free coffee and tea and some snacks! Oh, go up to the terrace at night, you can see a fully lit Tokyo sky tree tower!

Super good location to ameyoko (literally across the street) and to Ueno station as well. Snacks, amenities, bath salt, coffee machine , and various types of pillows available near the front desk. They have a rooftop sitting area which was nice too. I didn’t have any meals at their dining area though. The walkway for the hotel room floors were rather narrow and sound proofing wasn’t that great. The tv was super high tech and one could check the availability of the washing and drying machines and even the restaurant crowd levels. Room wise I must say it’s small and rather cramped but they tried to make best use of the space so there is nothing missing that you would need, just a little hard to pack suitcases.

Good location in Ueno. Few minutes walk away from hotel with a lot of eateries. Family Mart just across the road. Room is slightly small but acceptable. Amenity bar and reception at level 2. Vending machine, microwave and laundry at level 2 too. There is a coffee machine free for hotel guests at level 2. Total of 11 floor. The price is reasonable too. About 17,065 yen per night.

Great rooms, clean. Free coffee and snacks. Super near Ueno train station. Worth staying again if in Tokyo. Great night market within minutes for shopping and food

Small room so be smart with your language. Clean and comfortable bed. Walking distance to main stations and the skyliner which convenient when arriving form the airport.

Chose this hotel because it's a 300-meter walking distance to the Toyota Rent a Car location while not too far away from Keisei Skyliner after arriving from Narita. Location is great - it's located near the shops in Ueno. Equal walking distance to JR Ueno or JR Okachimachi. At first I thought crossing the road was gonna be an obstacle but the hotel is located next to the cross walk. Clean business hotel. Chose the room with the bunk bed which was more spacious. Will be happy to stay here again if coming alone or with my partner.

All are good, I believe it is normal that the space of the room is small in Tokyo. It was a little cramp to move or open the luggage for a 4 person room. Other than this, the hotel is great!
