An absolutely fantastic cocktail bar. From the moment you walk in, everything just clicks, the ambiance is stylish and authentic, the service is attentive and the cocktails are genuinely exceptional. There’s an impressive range of spirits and drinks, with a level of creativity and balance you don’t find everywhere. You can really feel the craftsmanship and passion behind each cocktail. Easily one of the best cocktail experiences I’ve had in Japan. Highly recommend

I visited Toshiro’s twice while in Hirafu / Niseko and each time it was GREAT. The staff are extremely welcoming and kind. The bartenders are great. And the cocktails are delicious. I enjoyed an Amaretto Sour made with Japanese Whiskey and highly recommend it.

Classic cocktails with a twist - my favorite was easily the smoked old fashioned, from the presentation to the smoke forward but well balanced drink. Best part, no queue met with warm service and saw Toshiro himself! Have been here the previous 3 trips, and can recommend coming by solo or in a small group to enjoy the service, and bottles of art that originally drew me in when he was at his previous location down the street

Stopped by this spot for a quick drink before our dinner reservation and was blown away by the quality of cocktails. I ordered Vesper and it was probably the best martini I've ever had. My husband had the old fashioned, which he said was very good. I also tried a yuzu infused gin drink which was also tasty and refreshing. It's clear that the bartenders are the best at their craft!

Toshiro is a master at his craft. Alongside his wife Yoko and the rest of his wonderful staff Toshiro runs an incredible spot. The drinks are exquisite and next to his extensive selection of japanese whiskey and local gins he also has a small variety of more exotic drinks like mezcal from Oaxaca and Durango. His smoked old fashioned is worth coming all the way from Mexico just to enjoy once more. My congratulations to Toshiro, Yoko and his wonderful staff. Sophisticated and full of passion. If you are in Niseko this place is a must. 10/10

This is an ABSOLUTE MUST VISIT if you’re in the area. By far the best cocktails we had in our few days here to ski. And the only thing better than the cocktails was the amazing service and atmosphere. We got the margarita, Moscow mule, whisky sour and some unique Hokkaido cream drinks that were unlike anything we have had before. Do yourself a favor and stop by.

The kind of special place that brings you back to a town over and over again. The cocktails are sensational, naturally! Such innovative ideas perfectly executed. The non alcoholic drinks are good too, my matcha ginger beer was fun! But the highlight is the service. Such sweet and friendly people. Heartbreaking to have to leave this bar, we must come back!

TOSHIRO'S BAR トシローズバー Fantastic experience we both had a very talented Mixologist, it's such a nice I was amazed to see the way he makes the cocktails. I really loved it and she did too. We liked it so much that we would like to go again for pre-drink before our dinner somewhere else. Staff are attentive. The bar was beautifully designed. They do have very good collection of whiskey, including Hibiki (many collection) | would say if anyone visit Niseko please go to Hirafu to enjoy this phenomenal bar Cocktail experience.
