Can’t take it on the chin and admit they are wrong when they are. Our laundry splash back was 4mm out at the top, creating an uneven gap which completely stands out as soon as you walk into the laundry. They did give me options to fix it, like removing and replacing (and said this could come back even worse) so I decided to settle with leaving as is and asked for a deduction of the final bill. He refused to agree to a fair and reasonable financial amount ($200 which is nothing!!) And ended up offering an amount that equates to less than 5% of the cost. Over all poor quality of work, craftsmanship and poor attention to detail.

DISHONESTY! Totally Glass installed 4 frameless showers in our new home 5yrs ago. Recently an issue has come to light of dishonesty. We had a glass protection product applied to the shower doors, which requires a pink liquid to be applied monthly for maintenance. Totally Glass supplied this to us in a white bottle with no label anywhere on it. I had trouble contacting them to get more, so went direct to the supplier of the product to get it. I noticed the product I now have, which is labelled, is a lot thicker than what Totally Glass was supplying, and after some enquiry, it's evident that's they were obviously watering it down, and charging just as much as the original product before supplying us!!! See picture for comparison. Plus they never told us about a Conditioner product we were also supposed to be using. This could very likely have voided our warranty on the shower door finish! VERY DODGY!! I also understand it's illegal to sell product in an unlabelled bottle in NZ Also just after the showers were installed, I was horrified by the carelessness of the installer, as they had forgotten to glue in the supporting glass bar across the top of one of the showers, which then fell on top of my child while they were showering, but thankfully didn't shatter!!... it also risked the shower collapsing around them!! ** My advice is to avoid this dodgy company!!

Totally Glass installed a beautiful sunny yellow splashback in my kitchen last week. Although the perfect colour choice was all my own, I can't take credit for the immaculate job Geoff did. The final result was fantastic and every time I look at it, it brings me joy. I even enjoy washing the dishes 😳 Thank you Totally Glass! 😊

Great service with good communication. Am thrilled with my bespoke splashback. Once I got the mock up I wanted to tweak the fit to avoid the power plugs and create balance which was no problem. I would rate them very highly and definitely reccomend
