My son just started hockey and we needed everything. Jacob helped us out from start to finish, was very knowledgeable and did an incredible job. Prices seemed very reasonable. Staff were super pleasant across board. I'll be back for sure!

Had to get hockey equipment for a first time player and didn't know where to start. Totem had a list for us to make sure we didn't miss anything. They had a great selection of new and used equipment. Andrew was the gentleman that helped us and the service was above and beyond. Highly recommend!!!

The store is enormous. From what I gathered I would say more tailored to hockey-related items. The staff is super chill and helpful. Helped me quote my items better and even gave me a generous offer.

Went here few days ago, I did not expect getting all the snowboarding gears. I went there to only look for my snowboard, but ended up getting all the board, bindings, boots and even the helmets. The prices here are amazing. Very affordable, not overpriced. Service was excellent, the woman with blond hair, she explained everything about all the gears and kindly helped us for trying the boots. Even though it was me and my boyfriend's first time for buying snowboard, we were completely comfortable for buying all of them. I would highly recommend everyone to visit here who is willing to buy ski/snowboard gears.

We come here regularly for whatever the next new sport my kids happen to be into this season. I’ve always had such excellent service, helping with fitting and advice for skates, helmets, cleats, shin pads, anything I don’t know about, they are amazing getting the best fit. So impressed! Thank you!

Matthieu was fantastic to work with when we needed help with our broken SUP. He was friendly, honest, patient and very quick to fix the board once we finally got him the parts he needed. It's back in the water like new! Thanks Matthieu!!

Not knowing much about the sport, we were a bit lost and confused trying to figure out the right size for our kid’s ball hockey goalie equipments. We had bought some gears in the wrong size so we went in to return them. Parker was the staff that helped us process with the return. He not only answered all of our questions, he also helped us find gears in the right size for our son. His experience and enthusiasm made the whole shopping experience so easy and enjoyable!
