Lunch special. Black garlic ramen. Karaage chicken with rice. That broth is on point one of the best broths I’ve ever had. Loved the noodles had a nice snap to them & wasn’t soggy. All the ingredients complimented eachother. The pork was very tender. The garlic cloves weren’t over powering. Would definitely recommend & will be coming back again & again till all ramen has been tried. They packaged it well so don’t worry about anything spilling which was a concern of mine but they got it all covered!

The environment was clean, and customer service was good. The food was okay, but it was a bit salty for me. The price is similar to other sushi restaurants. There is plenty of parking, but the restaurant is on the smaller end, it is not that big.

They were open on a holiday so we were able to stop to try their menu. Friendly staff, clean, fast service. Their spider roll was on the salty side, but a generous portion. We ordered garlic ramen and also chicken karaage. The kids enjoyed the ramen very much.

Ramen was delicious but bordering on the salty side. Tempura was on point. So crispy. However, sushi roll, had really really soggy sushi rice and way too much sauce. Really didn't like the texture and flavor at all. Service was very friendly and welcoming.

Had the tonkotsu ramen. It had good, above-average broth (IMO the most important part) relative to your typical ramen place. The biggest issue was probably that it was really corn-heavy. Also not as filling as other places I've been. But the flavor was still good either way. The prices were also reasonable for ramen (base ramen prices were all around $16.50-$17). Most of all, the staff were all very friendly and attentive.

Totto Ramen ~ Unassuming location but superior in every way. Close to I-80. Parking is easy. Seating accommodates maybe ten tables. Staff are friendly and hustle to get your food. Take out / to go orders also fly out the door. APPETIZERS: Tempura combination was delicious. We eyeballed the neighboring table’s Napa Sushi Roll and ordered one for ourselves. Yum. RAMEN: Black Garlic Ramen is delicious. Be sure to order some spice on the side. Of course, we will return for the ramen and also for the Lion King (Baked) Sushi Roll because we eyeballed that too on the neighboring table! Next time!

Sushi rolls had too much rice, not enough fish and were drowning in sauces.

When they first opened their sushi was rather good. Now, at best I would say they are using very little fish and a whole lot of sauces and rice. The freshness of the fish, if it's even fresh, cannot outshine the huge amount of sauce they put on all their rolls. Seems like they're trying to cut corners and sadly I probably will not return to this establishment. When spending money on sushi that should be worth it!

I ordered the Nemo roll. It had crabmeat, lobster, avocado, and Lion King sauce. relative ordered lollipop shrimp 2 kinds avocado and lion king sauce. The Nemo roll was so delectable. I really liked the Asian decor. It was not bright somewhat dim. I have sensory issues so somewhat dim is ideal for me. I could hear my relatives talking so it wasn't loud. which is good too! Our server was really good. filled drinks without me asking. He didn't ask us if the food is good over and over. I would like to savor my food when I am eating. the right amount of attention. Ramen is definitely good considering this place is located in Fairfield. Not much of a food scene here, so was pleasantly surprised to see a Japanese restaurant with fairly good food! Walking into this spot, it is always busy! Went here for an early dinner around 5 pm and the tables were already full. Be aware, this spot does close from 2:30 to 4:30 in the afternoon each day they are open! The restaurant itself is clean and well decorated. I think maybe 15 tables can be seated here at a time! I got the black garlic ramen and my friend got the hot night roll. We shared the veggie and soft shell crab tempura. The ramen was pretty good but very fatty. Yes, it is a tonkotsu broth os of course it will be fatty, but it seemed more like a layer of oil on top rather than the fat being well incorporated and cooked into the broth creating that usual rich, creamy texture you associate with pork ramen! Overall still pretty tasty. I think the large amount of black garlic oil included in this dish added onto the over-oiliness. I love the amount of fried garlic they had. I am a garlic lover, so that was nice. Wish the egg was marinated! The tempura were both really tasty. Softshell crabs are a favorite of mine and they did it right here! All the veggies were fried well, too. The oil was clean and you could still taste what each individual thing was rather than oil and batter being over powering. Good! Overall, a great spot in Fairfield to get some good grub. Try it out!

1st time here and it was very good. Tried black garlic chicken ramen 8/10 - they gave us the spicy paste but could've been spicier but still very good. Also had the sushi rolls - priced alittle high but quality was very good and portions as well. Customer service was very quick and attentive and accommodating. Def coming back - prob my new go to for ramen ! Loved up to their reviews.

Finally found a ramen restaurant that serves delicious ramen. Not only do they serve ramen but sushi as well. Coming from Hawai'i where there are many ramen bars that serve up tasty broth with the perfectly cooked noodles. I'm happy to say I found the same in Fairfield, CA. I ordered the lunch special your choice of Ramen which was my favorite Black garlic tonkatsu that comes with a small bowl of rice and chicken karage. That was only $20.00 so affordable. The service was very good, waiter was very friendly and checked on us frequently. The restaurant was clean and tidy with nice decor. The music was softly playing in the background. Then I heard one of my favorite local singers Maoli song playing "Every Night" and I got so excited. I will be back for sure to satisfy my ramen craving. Mahalo Totto Ramen and Sushi

Totto Ramen and Sushi Bar is a local gem no doubt about it! Trust me you can't leave this place without getting their delicious toro roll and trying at least one of their ramens. This is a smaller space, but service was quick and efficient. What we got: * Sashimi (9 pcs) * Bluefin Fatty Tuna Roll * Super Rainbow Roll * Black Garlic Ramen * Chicken Kaarage

Went here on a Juneteenth night. Did not have to wait too long, despite the place being busy on a holiday. We had the Black Garlic Ramen, Bluefin Roll, Love Love Roll, and Napa Roll. The Black Garlic Ramen was excellent. The broth was pretty good. It had that essential salty and savory flavor. The temperature was nice and hot for a windy evening. The noodles were cooked very well. Loved that chewy texture. The chasu was nice and tender. Also loved that fat, it added another wonderful flavor. The seaweed in the ramen was nice and chewy. The soft boiled egg was good. Loved the bamboo in the ramen. Gave it that added texture: pretty crunchy. There was some bean sprouts in the ramen. Another wonderful addition to the complexity of the dish. The bits of garlic were wonderful also. The corn was sweet and plentiful The Bluefin Roll was hella good. This was a substitute for my first choice of the Fatty Bluefin Toro Roll. The latter was already sold out. Kudos to the staff for the audible decision on the Bluefin Roll. Loved the freshness of the fish. The tuna just melted in my mouth. Loved the simplicity of the roll. The wasabi and soy sauce flavor with the sushi rice and edible flower. For $20 a roll, this is the roll you should get. The Love Love Roll was nice. The crab meat and avocado combo was wonderful. The spicy crab meat and spicy mayo was nice. The spicy and sweet flavors paired well with each other. The unagi, tobiko, and unagi sauce was a wonderful combo for the roll. The Napa Roll was very good. Spicy salmon and cucumber inside the roll was good. The cucumber was crunchy and salmon fresh with that spicy marinade. Loved the white tuna. Paired well with the spicy salmon. The avocado was creamy. The wasabi cream sauce with the unagi sauce had a nice balanced flavor of sweet and spicy. I always enjoy the tobiko pop sensation. Very good overall. To sum it up, Totto Ramen and Sushi Bar was a wonderful restaurant to dine in Fairfield. Excellent food with friendly staff is a nice way to enjoy our visit. Definitely will stop by here next time. Recently visited again because we remembered this place was delicious a few years ago. Still, after all these years, a great place to dine in to. Area is small, but they'll try their best to accommodate your party. We were a party of three and were seated at the bar. Ordering is fast, and food comes out soon after that.

Small place but great food. The manager and sushi chef, Jay, really took care of our large party of 8. He had the table ready for us, took our order and was on top of everything. His personality is what got us. The, Totto Roll and Climax Roll, were both delicious. The spicy crab crunch on the Totto roll was a game changer. I also had a Tako Nigiri, 3 piece order. My go to order at any Japanese restaurant, this didn't disappoint, even though I was full. Shout out to Chef Jay. I'll be back.

Noms! I love the takoyaki. Best appetizer on the menu. The fish is fresh and sushi rice is on par. I also recommend the amaebi nigiri. It comes with deep fried shrimp heads too!

Came here with my sister because this place was close by and we were really hungry. When we arrived, it was crowded. There were open tables outside and we were only 2nd on the waitlist, but it took them a while to seat us... Anyways... we ordered the Philadelphia roll, the spicy tuna roll, and the dragon roll. It tasted aight. The food wasn't bad, but not impressive either. But we did get full. I will say that something is off about their rice, but I can't put my finger on it. The service was kinda slow to be honest, but their staff is very nice. The restaurant is also pretty small. Most of the seating is inside but they also had two tables outside. On the bright side, parking here isn't really an issue here considering this place is next to a Raley's. Anyways... Try it out if you like. :)

The ramen was good for the area... I was expecting a bit more garlicky taste but it was good overall, served very hot! The service was okay, could improve in attentiveness. The place was clean the ambiance was great, there were several people dining in.

I recently dined at this fantastic restaurant, and I can't say enough about how amazing the staff is! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that made me feel right at home. The ambience is vibrant, creating a perfect backdrop for a delightful meal. One of the standout aspects of my visit was the generous portions! The servings were more than enough, allowing me to take some delicious leftovers home. Speaking of deliciousness, the Ramen was simply incredible--flavorful and perfectly balanced, without any overpowering saltiness. And let's not forget the Agedashi--hands down, the best I've ever had! Everything was served fresh and piping hot, which truly enhanced the dining experience. If you're looking for a place with great food, a lively atmosphere, and outstanding service, this restaurant is a must-visit! I ate everything soooo fast, I sadly forgot to take pictures:(

We had lunch here on a Saturday afternoon, and took our seats and had orders taken right away. The food came out pretty quickly. We ordered the Sapporo Miso and Tonkatsu Ramen bowls and they were delicious! The broth was very flavorful, and the ramen noodles were not too thick like another unnamed ramen spot in Vacaville... Nice to open our kids up to new types of food beyond pizza lol. They loved the fish cakes! Fast, efficient service and the staff were super friendly. We will definitely be back for more!

If it was just for the food and service I'd give a 5. Chicken karage was very tasty. Black garlic ramen also had great flavor and generous portion. I appreciate them trying to provide a kids option with their plain noodle ramen. It was weird that they had ice cream on the menu but denied having it. Maybe they ran out. The bathroom lacked soap... which made me question the cleanliness, hence the downgrade.

Came here craving some ramen and this spot did not dissapoint. Located locally in the Fairfield area with plenty of parking.Restaurant is small but has some seating for dine in. We were seated quickly and the staff was great. Our order did not take long to come out. I ordered tonkotsu ramen and it was delcious. Their sushi also looked delcious,We'll come back and try the rest.

I enjoy my local Toto Ramen. The food is super yummy. My fav is the ramen and the sushi rolls, super fresh and tasty! The service is always friendly and in timely manner. The Ambiance is chill and very easy going. Certainly recommend for a quick bite or yummy date night meal.

Totto is convenient and right off I-80 and Manuel Campos Pkwy. It's a small restaurant with lots of Raley's parking. There was one party ahead of us. The hostess asked a small party that just sat down to move to a smaller table so that was cool (for us). Soon there was a line waiting. Three of us shared Ika Geso, Deep Fried Squid Tentacles as an app. For $9 I think each of us only got a small bite of my favorite part of calamari, but at least it was good and had a tasty mayo sauce. We all wanted to try the same thing, Black Garlic Ramen. The ramen came out looking delicious but was a disappointment. The ingredients were fine and garlicky. The "creamy pork and chicken broth" was very bland and flavorless. Was it this batch? If it's the same broth as their Tonkotsu, I'm glad I didn't order my second choice. I asked for Togarashi to spice things up. We all agreed on this. The staff were pretty good and attentive. Hopefully their "flavorful" special ramen rises to their level next time.

Stopped by here while passing through town and we got lucky to be seated right away. Within 20 minutes of our arrival, the restaurant was packed and there were a handful of people outside and on a waitlist! We couldn't decide between sushi or ramen so of course we got both! The black garlic ramen was so delicious and garlicky. I do wish it had one or two more slices of pork so next time I'd pay more for the extra meat. The rolls had tons of flavor and I loved that they sliced them on the thinner side. It made us feel like we got more rolls.

I'm recovering from Pneumonia so I was craving a good ramen. My sense of smell / taste is not there all the way , nonetheless I needed something to get me right. lol. I was unsure of which ramen to get so the waitress suggested the Sapporo Miso Ramen, I'm so glad I went with her suggestion because it was DELICIOUS. The broth was perfectly seasoned, the noodles were tender ! The chef had a friendly smile when I entered to pick up my food as-well that was nice. I also ordered the Nemo roll, I'm sure for those of you who enjoy baked rolls will like it, I tend to like fresh rolls more but I saw someone on TikTok try it. Not really for me. But still good !

Came for dinner with my husband and my 2year old. The inside is small but doesn't feel crowded at all. The food was great but I can't say the same for the service. We sat down and one of the worker brought us menu and water. After we got our food, he never came back to check on us or refill our waters. But other than that, everything was good. My husband got the black garlic ramen and he added extra chashu and eggs. The flavor was sooo good. I tasted his broth and to my surprise it's not as garlicky as I thought it would be. Some places, all you taste is the garlic but this one, the flavor is just right .I got the tonkotsu ramen. You can taste the pork flavor in the broth. It's so nice and creamy but I will have to say the black ramen was better. I love that they put a lot of corn and mushrooms in there. Every bite you get a little of everything and the chashu was cooked perfectly to my liking. We also ordered a side of spicy sauce to add in my ramen and got an order of chicken karaage. The spicy sauce isn't as spicy. I would say it's more mild than spicy. But it still gives your broth that extra flavor. The chicken karaage, man, that was probably one of the best chicken karaage I've ever had. It was juicy, not dry at all and the sauce they put on it is a little sweet and tangy. It goes perfectly with it. I would go back again. Hopefully next time will be a better experience.

I have eaten here a few times and I want to say I've been here late before. Today was very disappointing. I wanted soup and got here with 30 minutes to spare before closing. Everyone looked at me with puzzled looks The guy in the kitchen asked me something, thinking maybe I was there to pick up an order or something. I asked if I could dine in, and he just said no. Then I asked if I could order to go, and he said no, they were done for the night. Why say you close at ten if your going to stop serving food before 9:30? Anyways not sure I'll ever come back here.

Was driving through Fairfield, on our way back from Vineyard Jam at Solano College. Stop in around 4:45pm. We have seen the place and wanted to try it but it was always crowded (which is a good sign). We lucked out and the place was open and only 4 people were eating. Hint: timing is everything when you want to try and get the "full" experience. We walked in and were greeted immediately & seated promptly. The place was clean and comfortable (coming indoors from the hot weather). We looked at the menu and saw similar named sushi rolls as other local sushi places around the area. Our server, Cylus walked over and greeted us again asking if we wanted to start with a beverage and/or if they could get started on an appetizer for us. I'm an easy-going type of person and mentioned that it's our first time trying this restaurant. I asked him about the menu items and mentioned things I have enjoyed at other similar places. He took the time to review the menu with us and offered suggestions on trying their "signature" roll - The Totto. I added a Spicy California roll as well. The wife ordered a special roll and wanted crab added AND flash-fried. He said, I'm pretty sure we can do that. We enjoyed our meal and had leftovers to take home. Cylus checked on us often to make sure we were doing well. We appreciate that type of service. The whole experience was enjoyable. The only downside that I can say, is it's a little pricey but hey, it's weekend and we were having a little date night experience. Thank you Totto and Cylus!

It's the only good ramen spot in Fairfield! I got the Tokyo shoyu ramen and the broth was very flavorful without being heavy. Noodles were cooked perfectly and the toppings complimented the broth well. I'd definitely get Tokyo shoyu for anyone wanting a light but flavorful broth! I also asked for a side of their house made chili and it added the perfect kick! I also tried their chicken karaage and it was great as well! It's crispy and the sauces drizzled on top wasn't too over powering. Only thing I'd deduct from this dish is that some pieces were heavy in the batter so when I took a bite that's all I would get. Kind recommendation to the chef/owner to put less batter The place is on the smaller side but people tend to eat pretty quick here. Service is also great during all the times I've been here.

Food was delicious. I highly recommend the Black Garlic Ramen add their spicy chilli paste! the tempura was cooked to perfection. The Salmon Belly melts in your mouth. The carpaccio was seasoned perfectly with a burst of flavor. Gyoza had a great crunch. Service was great. Servers are very attentive. Clean place. Great location.

As much as I would like to give my visit a 4 star, a 3 is warranted and only saved by the nice gentleman that greeted us, checked on us, and in the end provide us with the service we needed. Our waitress just took our order never checked on us to refill our hot water. We didn't even get glasses of cold water. She forgot the roll we had ordered so had to wait for that. Overall service was ok if not for the gentleman. Sorry I didn't not get your name but Ty! Food: warm broth should never be ok. I should have sent it back but service was so slow and I was hungry. Sushi roll was ok. I get that this place can be busy but that shouldn't justify the service quality or the food quality. Bathroom: needed cleaning idk if because it was about 2 hours before closing but trash was overflowing and floor was wet not from cleaning

We were in the area and stopped by on a Saturday at 6:45pm. The restaurant was packed and there was a line after we got seated. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We ordered the climax roll, soft shell crab, tonkatsu ramen, and Sapporo miso ramen. The climax roll had plenty of salmon and tasted really fresh. There was quite a bit of imitation crab meat used as toppings but it falls off easily if you don't it. The flavors were great. The ramens were okay. Noodles had a springy texture and ingredients were fresh. The flavor of the Sapporo miso broth was a little too bland but the tonkatsu one was pretty good. I wouldn't come here expecting bay area level ramen but it would definitely satisfy your ramen craving. Hands down would eat here again.

I love this place! I met Gabriel as soon as I came in. He was friendly and very helpful in helping decide what to order. I started with the Dragon Roll minus the eel or eel sauce. I got the spicy Mayo as a dipping sauce instead. We ordered the chicken appetizer and the shrimp tempura. Next time, I will order the sauce for the chicken on the side and ask for seasonings for the tempura. The Black Garlic Ramen was excellent! It was very flavorful and yummy to eat. The service and atmosphere were great! Great music as well. I will return again. Thank you!

First time trying this sushi spot for my birthday. Sushi was not bad but a bit too heavy with the Mayo and unagi sauce on the rolls. The ramen had a lower rating in my opinion... broth was not rich, a bit watered down. We ordered the tonkatsu and the black garlic ramen. Flavors didn't stand out sadly. The rolls are not bad but rice was a bit loose. It was hard to pick up the rolls with my chopsticks. I would've loved the rolls if it wasn't so saucy. They were generous to give me a complimentary taiyaki ice cream for my birthday. Overall, service was good and they have an extensive menu so it took me awhile to decide what I wanted! But glad I gave this place a try!

Stopped here for a quick lunch before heading to Silveyville. There were 5 of us & luckily we only had to wait a couple of minutes until they were able to put two tables together for us to sit comfortably. Along with the ramen, we ordered a couple of Climax rolls, Spider roll & Cherry Blossom roll. Everything was delicious! Service was great and staff was friendly.

So just actually ran into this place about two weeks ago. first of all la comida estaba rica. The food was good and I guess what?? it's up in our lil 707 of a town!! The inside has enough seating , but does get busy around lunchtime. they offer are great lunch menu if you get the time dfinitetly check it out. I recommend the Black Garlic Ramen-flavor, spice, texture, egg, and meat it was all on point. ***ask for a side of their chilli on the side.***

This restaurant is a hidden gem, located in the shopping plaza. We came later in the evening and the place was packed. Our server was great and the food was excellent. The portions were generous especially the chicken kara-age.

Oh gotta get the black garlic ramen....! Was recommended by friend of mine. Trying the Karaage (fried chicken), too. The sashimi looks so good as well! There is a nice open seating area...but took my food to go. Will come back for sure!

Their sushi here is lit, you have no idea. I have always wanted to go to this place after seeing reviews online and now I have been a fan of this place since July of this year. My favorite rolls are the Lion King, Fish on Fire and Climax rolls. The rolls make me feel like I am in sushi heaven. The service is always excellent. I haven't had the chance to eat inside the establishment yet, but I hope to do so soon. I will also say whenever I call to order and pick up, it is always smooth-sailing. Each time I order from here, the rolls are always fresh and spectacular. The place itself too is awesome, next to a Mexican restaurant. The place is great for locals and residents for their sushi fix and the environment is always casual, not like a bigger sushi buffet, but still excellent enough to draw in customers. I hope to come back soon and actually eat inside the establishment soon.

Specialty roll - Totto Our favorite roll because there are so many delicious flavors. The toppings are a nice change of pace compared to other rolls. This choice is a must try for being a house special. Specialty roll - After School This roll was very filling. Solid flavor bomb with the addition of mustard, which is not a common sushi ingredient. California Roll Basic roll with good size. This roll was added to complement the other specialty rolls and it did its job. Chicken Karaage We consider this item as the best appetizer. Sauce on the side was requested and delivered. The chicken packs flavor from the first bite to the last bite. Korean Corn Dog This item was ok. We just wanted to try it, but we didn't finish it. Sugar is sprinkled on the outside, which wasn't stated on the menu details. We wouldn't get this item again. We've eaten at the restaurant twice prior to this occasion, which was a to-go order for a Friday night. Food was expected to be ready at 9:16pm, but it was delayed for about 12-15 minutes. Dine-in service is prioritized. Ambiance is casual. Totto is a solid spot and it is one of the better sushi places in Fairfield.

Food was great, fresh tasting and not drenched in sauce. I did a togo order and the staff asked if i wanted water while i waited. It was really packed on a friday but itll be worth the wait.

Inside: Great interior vibe and clean space. Servers are constantly spraying down tables. I found no signs of poor cleanliness here especially being very ocd. Food: We had a mix of sushi a few appetizers and ramen. The Black Garlic Oil Ramen was okay it reminded me of Marufuku kind of ramen with fresh ingredients. The chicken karaage was very tasty and I asked for a side of spicy mayo (personal preference). The spicy edamame was good and soft. The climax roll was the best and super tasty. A good portion of sushi was given where I almost needed to take two bites. Service: Amazing service, out waitress was prompt and attentive when I asked if there were any peanuts in their menu since I was deathly allergic. She assured me that they don't use peanuts and will note of it. She also added a member of their chefs was also allergic to peanuts to reassure us. Overall great price and vibes for a date night.

I love coming here! Staff is always so friendly and attentive. They actually remember me when I come in and they always make me feel welcome and well taken care of. My favorite is the salmon carpaccio and the amaebi. I love that they have a toro special, its so yummy & buttery if youre a sashimi lover! Love this place so much

My sister and I decided to eat here for lunch, we got seated at the bar! We got great service by seating at the bar for some reason that we got to know Chef Jay a little during our lunch! The food was as always was delicious. I always take turns between the Sake Don and the ramen since I love salmon sashimi. Chef Jay was super friendly and gave us a great recommendation on the Tori. It was phenomenal and he told us about the beautiful Uni they have but unfortunately we were so stuffed that we promised to try next time! Thank you to Chef Jay to make our experience memorable, we hope to visit again soon!

Totto Ramen is hidden in large shopping center. It is a nice intimate spot with inside seating. There was adequate staffing and they were friendly. The black garlic ramen was good. The spicy edamame had a sweet edge to it that wasn't my favorite. Overall, it's a nice locally owned restaurant.

5 stars due to the excellent food. They offer the best ramen, especially the miso and black garlic. Agadashi Tofu is the best, must-have when ordering. It's not only delicious but also addictive. Good customer service from a friendly staff. The restaurant's interior creates a genuine Japanese atmosphere.

Food here is always fresh! I had a hard time looking for a good sashimi spot until I found Totto! It's always fresh and Service is quick and friendly! The ambiance is super chill, it creates a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Definitely my go to sushi spot

On a very rainy day, ramen sounded very good and I kept seeing good things about this place on tiktok! We went during dinner time on a weekday and it was very busy. It is small inside, so expect a wait during busy hours. Service was attentive and quick. We had the tempura, the black garlic ramen and the toro roll. My favorite was the toro. Inside and out, so decadent. I ate it in slow motion to enjoy every bite! Fresh and just melts. So yummy. The ramen was okay, maybe we will try the tonkatsu to compare. But definitely coming back for the sushi!

Food: I want to first say that this has been one of my favorite places to get a chirashi bowl within Solano County and was just as good as (if not better than) Mikuni in Davis/Concord. I've started to notice that not only the presentation, but the quality of the dish and selection of fish has been going downhill. See the photos from past times I have visited. I will let the photos speak. I never ordered anything different in the past. No upgrades or additional pieces; just the same menu item. Service: Service used to be very attentive and welcoming. It has been inefficient and lackluster the last two times we have visited. For example, this last time, the waiter came to the table and asked for our drink order. He then comes back 5 minutes later to deliver our green tea and immediately takes the order from a table that arrived after us. At this point we are more than ready to place our order (enough time has passed). He walks straight to the back and chats/laughs with his coworkers for another 5 minutes before coming back to our table and taking our order. After receiving our order, he never came back to our table to refill water or ask how we're doing throughout the night. Work should be fun, but business should be prioritized first and guest shouldn't feel neglected. Overall: Like I said, this was one of my favorite places before, but I'm not sure it's worth a visit anymore due to the declining quality, value and service.

Ate lunch with family here yesterday; had heard of this place and was curious Ambiance: We arrived at 1 pm and our party of 4 was greeted and seated right away (I appreciated that our table was cleaned and wiped before we were seated even though it looked clean already); limited dining area (10 tables that seat 2-4 guests, but can be combined for larger parties); 4 sushi bar seats. Service: our host, Jay (per receipt), was all smiles, friendly, helpful to answer questions, and attentive. Food came out within 10 minutes of taking our orders. Food: Light and clean, flavorful, good deal (especially their lunch deals)! All 3 lunch specials were huge portions. The quality of food tasted authentic and not bogged down with oil, salt, or excessive ingredients compared to other ramen spots.

I am a huge fan of ramen so automatically the food is delicious. They have various items on the menu from different ramen broths and sushi rolls. I always get the miso ramen with spicy paste on the side. I will say the only downside about this place is that the spicy paste has an up charge automatically. I have been to many ramen places and almost all places have had spicy paste ready for the customer to use as they please. I wish they had that option as well or at least gave more for the price they have it at. Nonetheless, the food is super tasty and I love this ramen place.
