Walking distance from every major sight in Thessaloniki. Old, but recently refurbished. Very cozy. Best breakfast we had in Greece. Some of the staff were supremely nice, others more indifferent. Very good value for our money (we paid slightly less than 50 euro in mid season).

We reached Thessaloniki in the morning around 10.30 am and then took a cab to our hotel - Tourist Hotel. It was a very old building. The staff was cooperative so they checked in our luggage and asked to come back after an hour so they can get the room ready. the check-in time in the hotel was 2pm. the room they gave us was quite comfortable, sunny and big. loved the room.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. The night however was very exhausting. First of all, there was no curtain and the shutters were certainly not effective to stop the light. Additionally, if I could speak Greek, I would understand every conversation on street. We had the feeling that we were sleeping in a tent on the street. For a nice rest we don't recommend this hotel

A very nice hotel, that is located just 2 minutes away by foot, from Aristotelous square, the main square of Thessaloniki! Perfect location, nice and helpful staff, great prices, especially for this location, nice breakfast, clean rooms, fully air-conditioned and last but not least it's fully surrounded by cafeterias and nice bars for quick, or not quick drinks!

I booked a room over the reception and agreed on a price.
A day before arrival I get a mail that hotel accepts only cash.
I say no way! and ask for the manager that informs be that actually I can pay CC ( so they lied to a customer) but the price is higher for 10e!!! Greek management, be aware of this and don't let you get mislead. I shall report this to tourist authorities and the owner.

Overall a great experience. The rooms are clean & the size is decent (neither small, nor big). No double bed for couples, but 2 connected big single beds. Mpougatsa for breakfast was awesome, even though the variety could be improved. The price was decent. Location is very central. Very close to Aristotelous Square, Ladadika, Nikis Avenue, Tsimiski Avenue, the port & bus terminal. Highly recommended for people who prefer to walk around the centre of Thessaloniki & spend most time outside the hotel. Not recommended for spending the day inside the hotel.

Great location.
Employee are very kind.
Breakfast is something simple.
If the remove the breakfast and reduce the price for me it will be better.
Because you staying in the center of the town and you can find anything you want.
Easy access with the bus from airport.

A great little family owned hotel with very helpful family & staff members. It is close to the promenade along Leof. Nikis with its restaurants & cafes/bars, the Ladadika district (nightlife & restaurants) & many tourists areas. What is there really to complain about? It is cheap with a great breakfast included, close to many walking distance activities also with buses & taxis close by. I have stayed at 2 star hotels in Athens in not so safe areas that are what I would call 1/2 - 1 star places, this hotel is so much better (at least a 3 star)
Bus from airport stops on Tsimiski st. (1 block north) & across the road from the hotel for return to airport or 20€ (2017) taxi fare. Yes there are things that can be improved, but I have been staying there every couple of years since 2008 & they have been slowly renovating the building.
