Poor quality for the 1000% or so upcharged price. Not one other customer on a weekend during prime shopping hours the 10-15 minutes we were in the store, a complete ghost town. I also believe the manager Kris misled my mom about how easy it would be for us to return the item. Poor management=Poor business.

They can only return the credit (if purchased with a cc) to the same credit card. However, their system somehow put the Apple Pay device number instead of the last 4 digits of the cc. The associate was refusing to return. After a bit of arguing the manager called and told the associate to return the items. Watch out for this. Maybe don’t use Apple Pay if you purchase here. I found my products for cheaper online. This was the original reason for the return. Probably won’t be retuning for purchase due to how difficult the return process was.

Bought a Touro bag for my son to take on a golf trip to Kansas by van. The gentleman in the the store told me how durable this Touro bag was. Remember this is a van ride from SC to Kansas. When he unloaded his bag in Kansas at the hotel one of the zippers was busted. Bummer but not the end of the world I’ll just take it back since it’s brand new. When my son gets back I take the bag back to the Touro store in Haywood Mall where I dealt with the manager Kris I believe. She said she would get in touch with them and see if they will repair the bag or give me a new one. Good deal right? Wrong! Less than 24 hours Kris called and said Touro would not do anything on the bag but she would give me 20% off a new bag hahahahahahaha. I told her I have never heard of such poor customer service. Oh well there goes 200$! Steer clear of Touro in Haywood Mall and all Touro stores. Terrible product and worse customer service. Kris wasn’t much help either.

If I could give more stars I would! The employees here are awesome and super helpful! We are traveling to Greece next week and they were super knowledgeable about the different travel items we would need and really went above and beyond to explain helpful tips. We will definitely be back!

This was at the airport and I got a very good deal on a bag that is over 3 years old and still smells like leather. It was perfect. I was able to fit all the stuff I bought at the airport shops. But by far this was the best deal!

Always.liked this place. Really only place in town with pens I like. Prices are good. Sales are even better. Friendly knowledgable people. There are moving locations in the mall soon....
