Everything was pretty good! The pastries were fresh and tasty, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, a nice place for a quick coffee and something sweet.

I had a great 4-star experience at Tous les Jours! The food was the standout, earning a solid 4-star rating for its quality and taste. Both the service and the atmosphere were pleasant and dependable, each deserving 3 stars. It’s a wonderful spot to grab a treat or a quick bite!

I went in on Christmas Day in a good mood and placed my drink order while on the phone. I clearly ordered a tiramisu latte and repeated it multiple times. After waiting, I was told it wasn’t ready, and then the cashier became rude and insisted I ordered a different drink, blaming me for being on my phone. He refused to take accountability and said I had to either accept the wrong drink or pay again. I stood my ground because I did not order that drink. The staff did not try to help, and I felt singled out, uncomfortable, and disrespected. The experience felt unfair and ruined my day.

I had a very disappointing experience at Tous Les Jours due entirely to the staff’s attitude. From the moment I walked in, the employees seemed uninterested, unwelcoming, and dismissive. Simple questions were met with short, rude responses, and there was no effort to provide basic customer service or courtesy. The quality of the products may be fine, but it’s hard to enjoy anything when the staff makes you feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and unfortunately, this location falls far short. I hope management addresses this issue, because the attitude of the staff completely ruined the experience.

Worst cake. The cake is a dry sponge cake. Over paid. Worst day of all to eat this

This is absolutely my favorite bakery. It’s a bit pricey when it comes to birthday cakes, but it’s so worth it. The strawberry cake is perfect in texture and sweetness. Lately, I’ve been addicted to their pastries including the croissant, the brownie, and macaroons! The staff is very nice.

I just love this place! Delicious pastries and baked goods! The coffee is very good, I always get the Americano, they make it fresh, as order it! My only complaint, with the savory items, most of them have ham, or ground pork, sausage, or hot dogs. I prefer not to eat any of that. I'd LOVE to see them make, for example, an egg and cheese pastry, MINUS THE HAM!! Otherwise, this place is great!! (Some items are a bit pricey)
