Calm, clean cool atmosphere. Located in the park so the surrounding is a pretty sight with Condos in view in a distance. The inside is very roomy, Texas big. Service was good. Food was good. Well prepared, well presented and most importantly, clean. Always one Super attendant on duty! Good job

Lovely café in a peaceful park setting. The coffee is excellent and the atmosphere is very relaxing. It can get a little busy since the staff is limited, but overall it’s a great spot to unwind.

We walked here from our Airbnb for lunch. It's reminiscent of a Tous Les Jours or Paris Baguette in the Midwest which are both French-inspired Korean bakeries. This means that the pastries are not American-level, diabetic sweet. Thank goodness...The desserts were very good. The lunch items were okay. The wraps lacked flavor/character even with the added protein, but tasted decently fresh. The tostadas were particularly tasty. I would recommend them for the pastries, though.

⸻ I’ve been visiting this place on and off since it first opened, but after returning recently, I was extremely disappointed. The atmosphere was dim and uninviting, the bathrooms were unclean, and several homeless individuals were frequently entering—asking for money or helping themselves to the self-serve station. There was standing water both in the dining area and the kitchen, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. One staff member, who appeared to be juggling multiple roles—cooking, bussing dishes, and even escorting people out—was working tirelessly and truly deserves recognition. Unfortunately, the food itself was a major letdown. Some dishes tasted as if they had been reheated rather than freshly prepared. This restaurant is sadly no longer what it once was, and after this experience, we will not be returning.

Absolutely the best place in Houston Downtown. I enjoyed every minute there. The food is nice, tasty and not greasy (if you know you know). Very light and nice atmosphere, great deserts and coffee, amazing burgers and wine. And the best thing about this place is service. The barista Benicio is the sweatiest and nicest person I have ever met. Absolutely perfect experience, love this place and hope this review will help you to choose it for your evening relaxation.

This Tout Suite location is in a nice modern building within Trebly Park. There’s plenty of seating indoor, and in several shaded outdoor areas throughout the park. The menu seemed pretty extensive with breakfast, lunch, dinner, pastries, coffee, alcohol and more. I just got an iced latte during my visit. The latte was good but not outstanding in any way. Overall, a good spot and I’ll be back!

Bright, spacious interior with modern decor My friends and I tried several different pastries and items. The macarons were solid. Both the brookie and croissant bread pudding tasted stale (even after getting warmed up). The charcoal latte was interesting but tasted like dish soap and the mango margarita was solid. Staff were super friendly and helpful! It’d a nice atmosphere but don’t think the coffee and pastries are to my liking.

The flat white was solid. The service was friendly. My only “complaint” was that the music was a little bit too loud. If I had wanted to get some work done I would’ve found it distracting. It wasn’t crowded so the only sounds were the music… nice ambiance and atmosphere otherwise! I also liked the air plant terrariums hanging from the ceiling mixed in with the lights. It was a nice vibe.

Go to spot in the morning! Great croissants and pastries. Not too big of a fan of their full menu but their breads and snacks on display are amazing . Great environment to get some work done or vibe with friends .

Could've been a better first experience. I ordered a Strawberry Smoothie and an Açaí Bowl, but both were too watery and lacked the rich flavor and texture I was expecting. Hopefully, the quality improves on my next visit.

Great spot in downtown for coffee, dessert, and even lunch options. While Tout Suite is slightly more expensive than some other nearby coffee shops, I'd say it makes sense because of the greater variety of options, plus food portion sizes are quite substantial. Special shoutout to Kara, who has often been running the ship almost entirely by herself during many of my visits , yet maintains great composure and does not falter in her excellent customer service!

Great location because of the park. The service always seems to be slow when I visit. The 2nd time around there was 1 person working with a line. The place is typically well kept and the service is great once you are greeted. Initially, I didn't like macrons, but this place helped gain my love for them. I thought about adding macrons tower to my upcoming event but wasn't sure which flavors I wanted so I came here to try a few. I love the blueberry and anything vanilla related. The Astro theme macrons were pretty good too. I hope they keep them.

I am not sure if they are understaffed but the service is incredibly slow. We waited almost 10 minutes at the register, there were two guys in the kitchen and no one would come to take our order. A line eventually started to form and still no one came. We decided to go somewhere else.

Great ambience, average drinks. I've been here twice in the past 2 months because it is conveniently located near my work place. Best to come on weekdays after 6 pm or Sundays because parking is free! (Otherwise the metered parking is about $1.50 per hour which is not bad, but not ideal). I tried two of the Valentine's specials: Iced mocha with strawberry cold foam: 4.5/5 Great flavor - both the mocha and strawberry come through. The strawberry doesn't taste artificial and the amount of cold foam they give is so generous! Strawberry milk with matcha cold foam: 2.7/5 As you can see, there is hardly any matcha. No matcha taste whatsoever. It just tastes like strawberry milk. Still yummy, but disappointing. A small cost nearly $7. Overall this is a great place to work but the drinks are hit or miss.

Love how open this place is and is a great place to grab a snack and study! The seating area outside is great (when the weather is cool) looking out into the park.

I visited here for brunch on Saturday around 11:30am. To my surprise it wasn't crowded at all. My friend and I ordered several dishes to try. The French toast was good if you like thick bread. The whip cream served with the French toast was soooo delicious! The chicken biscuit was okay as well. The hash brown and potatoes were yummy. The strawberry Bellini was very tasty. They also have several pastries to order. Unfortunately, I was to full to try any but I will definitely be back. There is street parking only. The customer service was really great. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

I visited this location on a Friday evening and it's a lot more chill than the one on Commerce. I was impressed with how clean the inside is and love that you have plenty of outdoor seating as well. The food was consistent and tasted really good. I usually only go to places like these for coffee and sweets but I'm happy that I chose to have dinner here.

Group of us WAITING to be acknowledged. Please train your staff to have better customer service by GREETING people when they enter and asking them to wait if need be. The staff is nice enough, but the lack of personable customer service is a major drawback.

I was really excited to hear that Tout suite opened up a location in downtown since it's close to my office! This location is in Trebly park and they have a pick up window so you can quickly street park, pick up your order, and go. When I went in for the first time I was impressed by how gorgeous the interior was! This cafe is a 3.5 but I decided to round up since I like the ambiance of this location a lot more. Ambiance: 5 What I love about this cafe is that there a lot of windows which allows alot of light to come in. It's also alot more quite then the Commerce location. Pastry: 3 Unfortunately, like the pastries at the other location this place can be a hit or miss. Which is why overall I would give it a 3. However, they have an abundance of desserts so I'll definitely come back to try the ones that peaked my interest! Pasteis de Nata: 3 This rating may be low since I am use to the ones from Macau/Asian Bakeries. While the pastry was flaky and not too oily the filling was a bit on the bland side. While it was ok I wouldn't come back specifically for this item Macarons: 5 So after taking an antihistamine, I had one of their macarons and it was just as good as I remembered! It wasn't to sweet, flavorful, and the perfect texture of a meringue cookie! Parking: You'll need to street park or park at the Green Street Garage.

Lovely location! A tad pricey. Cute shop and nice ,manicured sitting area on the outside of the building as well. They have a walk-up service window on the outside that makes it very dog-friendly.

My daughter ordered and paid for food only to go ask about it 45 minutes later, and they said the kitchen was closed and that she'd need to wait an additional 45 minutes. I contacted or left a voicemail for management and never received a refund for the food or even contacted at all for the food that we didn't get.

Perfect location in downtown Houston. The view gives a peaceful city vibe with excellent beverage and bakery choices. The service is friendly with indoor and outdoor seating. I'll return again. Thank you Tout Suite Sodo, I'm pleased with the visit.

They are kinda rude. They also left a bucket of water to collect water from the leak in the roof. Looked unclean and unsafe.

This place is a lil more cleaner than the one on Commerce, service is a lil slow here. I just spent $33 on literally a toast and coffee, NO JOKE. So if you're on a budget, i do not suggest this place . I ordered my order online and I'm still waiting in line forever for my order .

I work from home most of the week but like checking out some coffee shops a few times a week to change up my scenery and have been frequenting this shop due to proximity to my house and super great ambience. Great music, great decor, always always clean, and super nice staff. Matter of fact, I was helped by Cara the other day and she went above and beyond to make my experience there a good one and from the way she interacted with other customers I could tell she was providing the same experience for others. Will definitely keep making this place my go to during the week & if you've read this far, I hope you decide to check this place out!

Food and drinks were solid but the customer service is not just bad, but absolutely horrendous. The workers hate working there, which leads to apathy, this leads to incompetence, and then they talk to customers like crap. Houston has amazing coffee shops, cafes, restaurants so Tout Suite better figure it out. The guy working the register on 5/11 at this location needs a lesson on customer service and being a respectful person. Over the years I've spent thousands at tout suite but I will not spend another penny.

Drink was a pistachio white chocolate matcha recommended by the barista with the tofu power bowl so yumm and looked clean too

Definitely needs new management. Busy place with little staff. Food and coffee is good but you need to keep up with demand.

Worst service ever received in a coffee establishment. Never seen such an inability to run a coffee shop. Trash won't be back

This place is such a vibe, the bathrooms are always clean. The food is always fresh, and the staff is super sweet. My favorite is Kara, she always remember how I like my coffee.

My go to spot for a quick bite. The strawberry crème and the chocolate croissants are my favorite! The staff is friendly and the food is good.

I visited this location on Saturday 10/20/23 and wasn't super impressed by the service. I had my dog with me so I went up to the window outside and pressed the button for service 5 times before asking someone to watch my dog while I went inside. The attendant said she couldn't hear the bell because it only sounds in the kitchen. The kitchen staff walked passed me several times and the person making the drinks had clear line of sight to me standing outside. What's the point of having two walk up windows with no one even bothering to care. My coffee was mediocre and the only thing I enjoyed was the croissant. Tout Suite in EaDo has better consistent service.

Their music selection is very bad with lots of cursing and using the N word. It's disturbing and inappropriate for public setting.

The service here is terrible, save and except one person. It's like it's their very first day in a cafe, every day.

I stopped in with my parents for a late weekday lunch. We walked inside and aside from one or two patrons, we did not see any staff working. We went outside and rang the bell a few times before someone came to the window. We order the chopped salad and the salmon sandwich. We waited forever for our food, which was definitely a disappointment. The chopped salad was a generous portion but the lettuce was old. I ended up picking out quite a few brown wilted pieces. Not much turkey on the salad but the bacon was good. The croutons were stale and flavorless. The salmon sandwich had good flavor but was an incredibly small piece of salmon. The fries they served with it were definitely yesterday's reheated fries. Some pieces were so hard and crunchy you couldn't even eat them, they were cold and just tasted old. It's a really cute place and a great location downtown, it's a shame the food and service weren't good. Save your money.

everyone that works here is SO sweet, specifically Cara. She has my drink memorized and constantly makes me feel welcome. The coffee is amazing and weekend drink specials. Depending on what you get the food is pretty good! Also, it is right next to a dog park and a kids park. Dope location with amazing city view!
