Towa - Japanese Cuisine

Have seen the ad in FB, we have been wanting to go and today was the day with my sister in town. The restaurant is located to the right side of the Sedona Suites at 28th floor. Spectacular 180 views. Restaurant is subtle decorated , very elegant. We had set lunch which price is very reasonable. There are quite a few choices with bento styles, either meat or seafood, rice bowls. We ordered steaks and chicken, it was good but I took away one point as it was not piping hot. While price for set lunch is reasonable, a can of Saporo is VND 160,000 which is a little expensive to add on since tea is included in the set lunch. Service was great, our server was Ms Thanh Tuyền, she was absolutely amazing, super professional, super polite and knowledgeable answering all the questions. We will be back to have dinner to try on their menu, the view at night must be amazing

Located at 28th floor at Sedona Suites, food was excellently served, great view of city of Ho Chi Minh City, if you are looking for a romantic place to have dinner, Towa is highly recommended.

This is my second time here, the food was still delicious and fresh like the first. I had a new experience with the table outside, It's gorgeous scenery with pleasant weather. To enjoy this dish, there would be a wait of about 15 minutes but it's ok, I can go around to take a lot of nice pictures with my boyfriend and the staff take a photo of us. Compliments to the chef – that lobster was delicious! By nine o'clock the restaurant was beginning to fill up. But that server paid attention to me a lot. We had a romantic dinner here. I would introduce this restaurant to my friends.

My family visited on a Thursday night so the place was only sparsely seated. We enjoyed a set menu with fresh, plump and juicy cuts of fish and seafood, prepared as tempura, sashimi or nigiri. Everything was fresh and tender. The service was great with attentive and friendly staff. As we sat in a remote area, by the floor-to-ceiling window, the atmosphere was nice and cozy. The view of Saigon at night is as comforting as always.

Beautiful birthday celebration with my girlfriend. First of all, I want to thank the staff. They helped me arrange a flower delivery and promptly brought those to the table when we were seated. Throughout the evening, service was amazing, thoughtful and friendly. The food is amazing and I can highly recommend the Chef’s Special Selection of Sashimi (moriawase). Thank you so much Towa for helping me give my girlfriend an unforgettable birthday experience 😊

Very delicious food, fresh ingredients, you can see the chef demonstrates in the middle of the restaurant. Not much choices of dishes of but the view of central of Saigon from 28th floor was the plus. Nice staff and professional. Clean restroom. Decent price.

Lovely dining experience. The server gives you a steaming hot towel scented with a refreshing aroma (lemongrass?). The view of the city is nice, and the kitchen is situated in the center of the restaurant. Staff are very friendly. Of the dishes I tried, the wagyu tacos were the best - phenomenal, in fact. They’re served on a thin crispy base and the beef is thinly sliced and delicately dressed with a delicious sauce. The miso soup is dressed up with more vegetables and seafood than the traditional dish. The chicken was hot, juicy and crispy. The aburi salmon was perfectly seared and paired well with the onions, avocado and slightly sweet dipping sauce. Finally, the ambiance: the seating was comfortable, the temperature perfect and the music upbeat and trendy. This would be a great place for a date or spending time with friends.
