Me and my girlfriend just finished our second stay here. As usual the service was exceptional and the room was beautiful. Our first visit we really loved the complimentary breakfast they provided especially a specific raspberry danish. To our surprise when we arrived was that same raspberry danish ready for us. They truly pay attention to every detail. Worth every penny.

Absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcome and attended to every detail with care. The suites are beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and spotless. The view from the sky is breathtaking, and having breakfast served in the room was such a special touch. The location is perfect for exploring Reykjavik, and the thoughtful amenities and personalized recommendations made our stay truly memorable. We can’t wait to return!

This is not your traditional hotel as it sits on the 9th floor (top) of an office building. To check-in, you receive emailed instructions and once on the top floor, you're met by hotel staff. It's hard to pay attention to what they're saying because the views are spectacular. I had room #6-corner suite and it did not disappoint, with breathtaking floor to ceiling views on 2 walls. Suite is huge and the king bed was extremely comfortable with fine linens. Bathroom is very modern with separate shower from toilet. Shower was also roomy and water pressure was exceptional. There is no room service but there are at least 6 restaurants within a 1 block radius of a very safe area. There is also a central meeting area on the 9th floor with soda, alcohol, milk, coffee, light snacks, etc. Breakfast is served in-room at the time you designate and it is plentiful and delicious. There is a very small parking lot with paid parking during weekdays. I strongly recommend this hotel and will plan to stay here again.

The service was great; the hotel representative actually calls you before arriving to go over reservation details. We had a Mountain View room which oversaw the city and a slight left glimpse of the bay, stunning. The soak tub has an equator view and is quite relaxing. There is a self serve-pay-bar area to make most any desires cocktail or beverage. Very close to multiple restaurants and a quick drive to old downtown. Bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious, we had a king suite. Breakfast is exquisite and the staff was superb.

I spent a few days here after the end of a tour of south Iceland I could see some muted northern lights from my room via camera (there were a lot of clouds, a lot of city lights, and reflections on the glass) - the room was spacious and the views of the city and harbor/ocean lovely. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a mini fridge stocked with water, some milk for coffee, and sodas (included in the room booking) There was room for 3 or 4 Skyr Puff cheese (not really yogurt due to rennet) - staff was friendly, professional and very helpful They booked a northern lights tour (4 - 5 hours) with HappyTours, who has an SUV rather than a bus, so fewer people and they pickup at the hotel entrance. The walk to the center of town area for sight seeing and the particular restaurant I wanted was a bit much after a long day walking in the chill and occasional rain, so they called a cab for me. Best taxi rides ever, very friendly and informative cab drivers (unfortunately I’m not sure of the taxi company name, but I think the restaurant summoned the same one via a dedicated device). All in all, I was very happy to stay at Tower Suites Note: there is a coffee shop and a burger place (upscale, try the lamb burger), on the ground floor of the building, as of the date of this review. The elevators are lined with images of Iceland. Really cool. Image attached. I did see porpoises in the harbor early one morning (via binoculars).

Although parking is expensive, the location, quality, comfort and service at this boutique hotel are unparalleled. The accommodations are extraordinary with walls of glass bringing Reykjavik Harbor to each guest. Modern, tasteful and immaculate, the rooms are both dramatic and restful.|The hotel features an honesty bar where self serve cocktails, wine and beer are available in the beautifully designed lobby, while all other offerings, which are extensive, are complimentary.|Tower Suites is a perfect way to begin or end a tour of Iceland, as this property is as extraordinary and unique as the country itself. Unmatched.

Wow, this place was unbelievable! We were 3 couples traveling together | The suites are on the 20th floor with incredible views. Room was well appointed. We chose to have breakfast delivered to the common area each morning so we could eat together. The common room is a great place to congregate, equipped with a bar. We'll definitely stay here again

Triple A service, extremely kind and helpful staff and the suites are simply incredible with absolutely breathtaking views. We also loved having breakfast in our room while savouring the view. We've enjoyed every second. Any time again.
