Town Barber

Michael does a great job of my hair every time, listens to what I ask for and I always walk out thinking “this is the best haircut I’ve had”. Shop has a great friendly vibe, everyone seems great. 10/10 would recommend :)

Had been going to see Ryan. Was referred to Andrew B. and was very satisfied with the experience and result. He listens to what your preferences are, makes suggestions as to what he thinks would look good and, then executes the plan flawlessly. Plus, a great conversationalist. Definitely will book with him again.

Awesome barber shop! The decor inside has got an old school vibe to it, awesome to even just look at. My boyfriend got a haircut here over the weekend by Dexter, the cut looked great and Dexter is really nice. Major Treat, a little coffee shop, is also located at the front of the shop! I grabbed a drink from there while I wait for my boyfriend to get his hair cut, great location all around.

First time visiting today, I had Ryan do a men's cut for me. It was excellent! I'm not the best at styling my hair but Ryan helped me figure out a good look and the results were great! Loved the casual environment and enjoyed the conversation with Ryan too.

The vibes are so good here! Liz did an awesome cut and I felt so comfortable the whole time. All the barbers were super nice and I am very grateful for the service.

When I first moved to Toronto, I thought there was no way I could replace my old punk barbershop with a new punk barbershop... Then I found Town Barber. Honestly, this place rules. The staff are amazing, everyone is so friendly, and the decor is awesome. Liz does a great job and provides excellent service and conversation. This is where you want to get your hair cut or beard trimmed in Toronto.

The work is great, but be careful... if you are late by 5-10 minutes regardless of the circumstance, they will eat your cash and cancel your appointment. My standard haircut at this location took on average 25-30 minutes to complete (I had been there at least 15 times) and was 8 minutes late, appointment cancelled, even though the time slot is 40 minutes. One last thing, I'm always on time for my appointment (except one time), but I'd say about 50% of the time I have to wait an extra 10 minutes for the barber to complete their previous client's haircut. In conclusion, I will likely not go again because of this 0 tolerance rule.

I thought I already left a review for this place... Anyway, Dexter has been my barber for years, he does an amazing job and has a reassuring and calming presence. One time he went away and Ryan cut my hair, he was pretty solid too. I'd trust anyone here with my hair cuts but Dexter has my heart ❤️. Just wanted to say that Dexter still has my hair heart and always will!
